My daughter drag me to beltobe at the Indiana State Fair. I think I had some hearing loss but from hearing good to mild. I found out that Im more of mild and moderate in hearing loss. Having a sample while other State Fair made me realize that my left ear wasnt that great. Its like the moment you put on your first pair of glasses. It was epic!

What an amazing experience we had with Justin today. My Mom is getting on in years and needs hearing aids. She was skeptical at first and probably a little embarrassed because of her failing hearing, but Justin made her visit so pleasant and took away any worries she had. Im so happy this company exists and such great people work there, including the very pretty young lady that checked us in. Awesome Company.

I had a hearing check during the Indiana state fair. It only took a few minutes and they reviewed the results with me when it was finished. If you want to know how your hearing is, stop by and have them check it, its quick and pain less and they let you know as soon as youre done if you are good or need to have more thorough testing to to determine corrective actions needed.

The Beltone hearing aids are awesome - far exceeding my expectations. Cleaning & ‘tune-up’ are performed every few weeks but issues are addressed whenever needed. I absolutely love the phone app to adjust settings to the environment - and it’s ability to recognize a frequent location and automatically adjust as programmed. Service staff are attentive and responsive to needs.

I first went to Community Hearing when I received a card advertising a free hearing exam. They assessed my.needs and I purchased my first hearing aids. They were great and my regular check-ups were included. This year I got new hearing aids and received the same excellent products and services. I highly recommend Communitt Hearing for all your hearing needs.

Ive had my hearing aids for about 10 years. The staff explained the test results and showed me how much hearing loss I had. They explained how getting hearing aids early would help preserve the nerve cells that were still functioning. I also learned that your hearing can actually improve wearing hearing aids, but not permanently. The staff are very knowlegable and help you get good deals in the hearing aids, batteries, and a service contract. Thats all you pay for, all the appointments are free.

They were welcoming and helpful. I was disappointed that Bryan the one who gave me my test wasn’t wearing a true mask, only a bandanna which they say isn’t as effective. Especially during these times of increased numbers and most of your clients are older!

I have dealt with Community Hearing in Castleton for about 3 years. Most of my interaction has been with Bryan Seals in this office. Bryan is always professional and eager to provide me with the best hearing experience he can. He has gone out of his way on several occasions to go beyond my customer expectations. I have also dealt with Valerie and Sasha at this location. Both are excellent and care about their clients. I highly recommend this office and very happy with their service. Try them, they are great!

Ive been coming to the Castleton branch of Community Hearing Health for about five years. Ive been treated as family, and the customer service has been great each and every time. Ive had some hearing issues, and I needed to upgrade to two hearing aids. I was helped through the financing process, and that was easy to set up and manage. I like being able to drop in and have them do maintenance -- dehumidifying -- on a random basis, which someone does gladly and quickly. Whether its batteries or wax guards, I can get the supplies through the office. Ive had two times where Ive damaged the device, and Ive been helped to get a replacement quickly. One time my dog mistook it for a chew toy or piece of kibble and obliterated the device. Its those emergency or non-routine circumstances in which you can tell whether or not they care about you as a customer. They do. Ive recommended my brother and my mother-in-law to the place, and they both had similar positive experiences.

My wife made an appointment late March 2017 and got in for a hearing test in April. She said the place was a bit creepy having been converted from a regular house to a medical office. She saw their tech. Michelle. They went through the testing, picked out hearing aids, applied for Care Credit. I called in May, 4 weeks later. Got a lot of run around and eventually was told on my 3rd call they had NO RECORD of her having been there. We have the print out of the test, the Care Credit info and pamphlet with the hearing aid marked by the tech. Barbara the Office Manager even 3 way called the tech Michelle and she said she had no recollection of my wife. Even though when my wife was there she said her step daughter used to work with me. I contacted my insurance who said they knew about the appointment and the exact brand of Hearing aids they were going to order, they were just waiting to get invoiced from Community Hearing Health Centers. I told them not to accept any invoice from them at all since they have no record they cant charge us!! I work at a Doctors office and if we lost a patients ENTIRE history someone would be looking for a new job. This place is SHADY to say the least! Steer clear!!

They are so rude at this office. I took a hearing test there, found out I need a hearing aid in my left ear and was quite filled with questions on what to do and how to deal with it especially since its so shocking because Im under 30 and was argued with about my insurance provider apparently Im too young to be on medicare. Obviously they dont realize people can be disabled younger the 65. I was quite rudely rushed out of the door by the doctor because of other patients needs are above my own shock and need to understand what to do to protect myself. If you dont have the $ 1,200-1,500 to spend the day you find out you need a hearing aid dont waste your time or more important to them their time trying to make a less than shotgun decision.

This organization is more interested in selling you hearing aids than they are concerned about your hearing problems. They are not audiologists they are audio techs and while trained to operate the audio testing equipment thats it. As soon as they realized I wasnt willing to fork out thousands of dollars on hearing aides they dismissed me. I asked for a copy of the test and was told it would cost me $35. This was to be a free analysis - a community service. My appointment was months ago and they are just now sending me a request to review their service. I am very disappointed and will never make a recommendation/referral.

The hearing aids [ReSound] recommended to my by Liz (community hearing health center specialist) were exactly what I needed. I was able to put them in and wear them immediately without any adjustment period. I love the iPhone app that allows me to adjust them on a moments notice for the environment in which I find myself (restaurant, conversations, television, outdoors, listening to music, etc). And the app also allows me to control the volume - easily and quickly - meaning those television programs that are recorded at a low volume arent a problem any more. [No need to blast the wife out of the room just so I can hear whats being said on TV!] The price for the hearing aids was a bit steep but the financing plan was painless [no interest] and after wearing the aids for nearly a year, I believe they are worth every penny i paid for them. To anyone who is fearful of getting hearing aids - dont be - the technology has come a long way and these will dramatically improve your hearing - with minimal adjustment and with none of the annoyances previous generations of hearing aids had.

Hearing is all about understanding what you hear, clarity. Whether it is a family member, friend or even a bird singing.I worked with CHHC for many years fitting hearing impaired people with the proper hearing aids based on their need. It was very rewarding to see the spark in their eyes, a tear running down their cheek or something as simple as turning the television volume down. I knew I had a loss and would have to wear hearing aids at some point. Even with a mild loss in my right ear and a moderate loss in my left ear turning my better ear towards the wife or television and using the speaker on my cellphone trying to get clarity dictated that now it was that time to get hearing health help. In other words digital computer driven unbelievable user friendly hearing aids.CHHC has always taken the lead in hearing aid technology to enhance patients hearing.I am totally satisfied with the results Im experiencing as a patient. Costly yes, but my hearing clarity is paramount in enjoying family, friends, LIFE!Thanks Valerie and Barbara for taking care of my hearing needs!
