Jessica Russ is fantastic! She has always been there for me and willing answers all my questions with her knowledge. When my hearing was decreasing, she adjusted my hearing aids and also found a plastic end to my aid in my ear canal. Didn’t have a clue, but she gently was able to get it out. I won’t go anywhere else.

Connect Hearing is an awesome place to take your loved ones. She is kind and caring and knows how to handle your loved ones. She is efficient takes her time and you can tell she really wants to help. Heather at the front desk is efficient in getting the paperwork done with the insurances for any devices that maybe needed. They are AWESOMELY WONDERFUL!!

I am so grateful for the help we received from Heather. She is absolutely amazing. I would recommend this location hands down. If I could give them a 6 star out of 5 rating I would. We had previously used the Anderson location and we were treated so poorly with rude behavior and very poor service on more than one occasion. One of my husband’s hearing aids were having a problem where they were going through a battery every other day. The Anderson office only cleaned them and said they were fine and was extraordinarily rude. We continued to have the same issue and my husband eventually just quit wearing them. I felt defeated and unsure what to do next. I’m so thankful I called this location and heather answered the phone. She immediately put my worries at ease. She assured me we would get to the bottom of the issue and get them truly fixed. She recognized we were almost out of our warranty period so she made it a priority for us! I’m so glad I made the extra drive to go here.

Appointment was held on time with no other clients around (social distancing is observed) The audiologist was masked and gloved and I was able to perform the hearing test with my mask on. The results were as expected and the price quoted was very reasonable for excellent equipment ( Ive used Phonak before).

Absolutely, hands down a great place to visit for your hearing (aid) needs. As a parent of a child who recently lost his hearing and having to learn the new normal of a hearing aid- and the anxiety that goes along with it. We felt nothing but comfort and ease while visiting Dr. Russ and being greeted and checked in by Heather (even phone call prior to appointment), I immediately felt calm. Heather was very helpful and informative. They was able to answer all my questions.Long story short.... I highly recommend Dr. Russ and Heather. I have been a patient for about 7 years now. I find it very easy to get an appointment when requested and never sit in the waiting room more than a few minutes. Very professional group. I have never had any problems with billing or treatment. I refer everyone I know to them, and that speaks loudly.
