Love this place. Amazing creamery with and array of selections. Also authentic Mexican treats that will have your taste buds partying. The coconut raspado reminds me of my Island PR.

I have such an unhealthy obsession with this place lol, the elote and the tamales are soooooo good! I try different frozen treats every time I come and I’ve never been disappointed. All the different flavors and colors really appeal to my inner child. The prices for the quality of the products here are unbelievable. I never spend more than $15 and always leave super satisfied!

Very busy day paced Mexican ice cream and fruits stand. But dont get too excited the ice cream flavors lack dimension and the waffle cups were stale and difficult to chew.Ill try them one more time. Id like to like this place... Its close to work and affordable

Amazing and delicious food, but their customer service was ridiculous. There was two young ladies and a gentleman working. No one was in there. Only drive-thru. The ladies saw me and ignored me, they went back to talking to each other. The gentleman was taking care of drive-thru. He saw me and he took care of me.

Dont let the bad reviews scare you. They almost scared us away. To our surprise the customer service was great from the time we walk through the door until we left. We were 1st time visitors and our questions were answered patiently and thoroughly. We tasted some of the unique ice cream flavors. Believe It or Not queso, is actually pretty good. There was so many I cant see how anyone can choose just one. Which Im sure they dont have to LOL. We order it tamales with cheese and jalapeno and the flavor was amazing! Definitely beyond my expectations. I was afraid because they were the last flavors left that they werent as popular or delicious. I was wrong! The elotes was classic and just what I was hoping for. Do your self a favor and stop in for a snack.

I went to this place and after I placed my order they gave me a number 81 I waited 35 mins and they were giving orders for 83/84/85/87 so I talked to the manager why my order it was 81 and you guys are serving another numbers higher of my number and she said you have to wait for you order she doesn’t know nothing about managing or customer service at all

Very great food,ice cream, antojitos really love the pico de gallo and chicharon preparado highly recommend giving it a try. Never had an issue with staff fairly priced. Definitely will be coming back.

Womderful!!!! A variation of different types of snacks, beverages, desserts and even tamales!!! They make fresh made juices as well. There is a wide variety of options, which makes it tempting to pick more than one option. Staff is quick and polite and they make sure to make your order as made.

The young ladies that work in there have really bad customer service. Also, they speak bad about you in Spanish because they think we as African Americans don’t know it. They also don’t listen. THEY ARE RUDE TO THE AFRICAN AMERICAN customers. That’s the main reason I will not go back!!!

Thee Best Mexican Ice Cream and Snack/Food Eatery in Indianapolis hands down!! I love the Elotes and also the assortment of fruit based concoctions they offer. They also offer fresh juices and different chips based foods. Its a must go too spot if you enjoy Mexican snacks.

Its alright but Im not a true Mexican food cuisine lover. The service was good although I feel like it was a little over priced. I ended spending almost $20 for two people to get some tacos to go. Some sauce was put on it that was disgusting and I ended up going to Long John silvers down the street to minutes later. Their service was horrific

Ice cream heaven

I ordered 4 orders of Takis with cheese and they were all chewy like if you were chewing gum.They weren’t crunchy at all like they’re supposed to taste or sound. I called in and told them my complaint all they said was that they were not responsible for that type of thing.Sad.

While I love the food here the young guy and the young girl’s poor attitudes have made me decide to never come here again. I will drive 4 lights and go to Georgetown market for my smoothies at least they know what common courtesy and customer service are.

This place is great place for deserts. It has ice cream, snow cones, milkshakes, etc. The only bad thing about this place can be the customer service that is received from the staff. When taking an order the staff looks and speaks sarcastically and they act as if they arent understanding you. Other than that, the items in their menu are great. 😁

I love this place. The staff is cool and the snacks, the snacks are delicious. Ive been to this place since it opened and it never disappointed. Last thing i had was a raspado de mango and a chicharron preparado, YUM.

I literally just saw them kick someone out 5 minutes before they closed. The sign still said Open, the lights are on, and the door was still open. Ladies always have a smirk on their face and always gives dirty looks if you dont know how to say the item u want. Yeah, definitely rude.

I ordered a strawberry milkshake and they gave me a strawberry smoothie and told me it was a milkshake! I tried to get what I ordered but I was refused! I do not recommend this place as they have horrible customer service! And I am very dissatisfied with the service I received!

The food saves this place from the horrible service provided by staff. Attitude from the register woman when asked why flavors were no longer being offered. No answer as to when they would be bringing back menu items that have literally just been crossed off of the menu. Menu hasnt been updated since last summer. Popular items like the Mango with chile and lime just have a big X through them. While they do have a variety of items they are never stocked up for the items. Only come back here rarely, and only for the food.

We got a variety of items and they were all good. Ice cream, esquite, mangonada and a few other items. Everything tasted delicious. The place was clean. The only thing is that the cashier could of been friendlier. However a lot of teenagers arent. She wasnt rude but just made me feel meh

The cashier gave us an attitute when she took out order, a women made an order right after us and she got her order before 10 of other orders they had before hers did which i think its really unfair. They took a really long time because there was only 2 workers, hire more ppl please .
