Great place. Started a Remodel project for a new shipping office and the employees all were very nice and helpful.

Dont take left on Saguaro as your GPS tells you, its a NO TRUCK Zone! Take the second left after the railroad crossing into the receiving department. Nice people, fast unloading. Eventhough I managed to find a tight spot to sleep for the night, youll probably NOT get an overnight parking.

Nice People here and unloaded within 2 hours... But this lot is super small and crowded !

Veronica is the best! Ferguson had some issues with a software update that didnt go as planned. Orders were slow. That has been rectified now its business as usual!

Double-charged, order on hold without explanation, cannot get any response as to what is going on with our order. And this is not the first time Ive had to CHASE them to get our order which they happily charged to our credit card.UPDATE: still ongoing; driver delivered one part of our order and said the company is COMPLETELY mismanaged since Ferguson took over. They dont know what they are doing.UPDATE #2: took our business elsewhere. And they are cheaper. FlexPac is now supplying us. We even had to go so far as dispute credit card charges because HP would not refund us for what they never delivered.

Delivered load here. Fast and friendly people, in and out under 1 hour full trailer. Little tight parking

Updated: the lady was very nice and helpful from the start. Unfortunately wasnt told about a holding fee and was really upset that I was charged so much money. Money was returned after a few days and got my products not long after.

Hp product is very bad service they don’t care live unload driver that’s my first and last time to come here for delivery unloader is too slow avoid this company if u can very slow 5hrs to unload no respect to driver they don’t care ur ELD spend 10hrs break

I had a rush order that was sent in. I received an email stating they were unable to process my order, without an explanation as to why. I asked for the supervisor, emailed, called, and left voicemails and never received anything back. I do not recommend using this company. Awful customer service.

People seemed professional. Receiving hours 0700-1300. Very tight yard and dock area.
