I am a masonry repair contractor and deal with Indiana Brick at the south side location on a weekly basis. They help me with hard to find brick matches and I often send customers in to the showroom when there are just too many variables. Both Britney and Chasity are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in this process to me and my clients. Highly recommend!

We have worked with this company for many years. The girls in the front office, the salesmen, the delivery guys and dispatch are all great people to work with.

I called looking for a specific style of brick, which is specified by the brick manufacturer and not at all arbitrary. The receptionist wanted me to just come in and look at samples, even thought they stock 10 potential matches. Its a 45 minute drive for me, and I was confident that with just a little help we could we could figure it out. She resisted 3 times before agreeing to take the time to go check. Unfortunately after checking they did not have what I needed.

This is the first time I have ever wrote a review. But I think the ibc staff needs to hear what a great job they do. Ive been a mason for 30 years and been coming to the south yard for that long. Brittany, chastity, klye, Rex and kellie Ray and staff have always went out of the way to make sure I get what I need. There kind, courtesy, polite, and very knowledgeable. Second time in as many months I have stopped in to find a certain brick and I have got to say wow - that front desk crew must be famous at night because they certainly couldnt give me the time of day or anything close to an answer for what I was looking for - they might as well just close to the general public because they obviously cant stand us- sad sad sad

I would give ZERO stars if it was possible. Just built a new house and the final cost was $10,000 over the bid/budget price. That is a huge difference when the house plans did not change during the process. The house only has a brick 4ft border around the bottom. Could not imagine how much it would have been over budget had the house of been all brick. We also went on a wild goose chase to see a sample of the brick. We were first told no buildings/houses had the brick we were interested in, then sent to an address south of Trafalgar that didnt have brick up yet. Finally after talking to someone other than our original sales person, we were sent several addresses up north with the brick we needed to see. The sales person was let go after our wild goose chase and the house not being measured correctly. So how is all this the customers fault? I dont expect my house to be bricked for free, but something should have been done with this situation. Sorry doesnt make it better. Most people I know have a budget for a new house and when something is $10,000 over because of an employees mistake, YOU as the business should do something to make it right.

I made a brick purchase there today and they ring it up wrong and charge me for it then rerang me up I literally got robbed for $400 the people at the front desk do not know what they are doing there they dont even know what they have on stock they cant get nothing right I shopped at the other location up north plenty of times Ive never had no problem there they need some serious training at the front desk.

We had a great experience with our used brick purchase from Indiana Brick Company. They were able to match the color of our chimneys existing brick so that there is a near seamless transition between the old and new bricks. Our salesperson, Matt, was also extremely knowledgeable, personal and helpful.

I did not make a purchase today. I did however, decide where I will go if I need to buy Brick in the Indianapolis area. I stopped by the store this afternoon and had the fortune of meeting Josh Wilhelm.I am not a mason, brick-, or block-layer. I am a regular Joe looking to build a basic Fire Pit in my backyard. Turns out, Josh had done the same, previously. Josh helped me out AND gave me some tips on what he did. He showed me a few different bricks; at no point did I feel I was a burden.I was pleasantly surprised because often times going into construction supply stores, I do not expect to being received warmly. My experience was so great that I feel obligated to let others know to stop into Edgewood Building Supply (Indiana Brick Company). Great people (Admittedly, I only spoke with Josh), a nice showroom, and a neat and organized yard.Thanks Josh!
