Its quaint and quiet. They have a nice variety of wines and cognac. Customer service is always nice and helpful. They dont always speak when you walk in the door, but they do greet you with a smile and convo as they ring you up!

Called around for beer prices on the east side for a party, not only did they have the fairest prices, they also had the best customer service.

Wish the parking lot had more capacity, this place is busy.I can usually find what I seek, and has a reasonable stock variety.What I like is the counter help can give recommendations, and theyseem to have local/knowledgeable customers who also aregenerally friendly and provide recommendations too.

Cold beer good selection

Huge selection with friendly staff. In and out of the parking lot is bad if they are busy. Variety of IPAs and wine. Lots of cold storage beer. Lottery and tobacco also.

This place is fantastic. They carry everything you could possibly want, and prices are very reasonable. The employees are kind and very knowledgeable. And during the strictest social distancing measures of the pandemic, they provided truly excellent and unforgettable carside service, which ran very smoothly. Well be customers for life!

This is a great place to find almost any kind of alcohol you might be looking for - it may seem small from the outside but the variety of products they manage to cram into such a small space is impressive. And if you cant find what youre looking for, the staff is friendly and helpful. Also, during the hot summer months when the heat has melted and refrozen half of all the gas station ice bags, Elite has an indoor ice cooler so youre always getting fresh, quality ice that hasnt been affected by the outside air.

I mean, its a liquor store so love it seems a bit strong. I only go in 2 or 3 times a year, but they always have what Im looking for and the staff is friendly and helpful. Its pretty tidy, well organized, and brightly lit. Its right on US 40 and easy to get in and out of. As far as liquor stores go, this is the one I recommend.

I definitely recommend going to the one on Washington Street. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. We do a lot of cooking with alcohol. The staff has always offered great input whether it be for an amaretto for tiramisu or a rum for a rum cake. They always offer up a cheaper sized bottle or version of what we are looking for. It is nice to see a place more concerned with helping the customer instead ofaking a profit. They have a great selection of craft beers as well. We are definitely repeat customers.

Great customer service. Good selection and they will try to find it for you if they dont have it. Most importantly I feel very safe shopping here. Never seen anyone intoxicated outside the store or had anyone ask me for change or a cigarette. Cant say the same for liquor stores in Indy. I shop here regularly.

Always a little higher price wise than say Meijer for standard booze, but they have a great selection and some beers you cant get get anywhere else super close. Staff is always nice and helpful. Be sure to have your ID even if you are clearly ancient - - store policy is to check every ID, every time.

I walked into this place with a friend I was not making any kind of purchase. However i was asked to show my Id by the blk woman behind the counter. I handed it to her and Im from out of state and she comments on how old it was (Im only 38) and then even asks me to leave the store!!! I wasnt buying anything and i have NEVER in my life been asked to leave anywhere. My advice to anyone who is from out of state or otherwise..just go someplace else. That woman is very rude and delivers very poor customer service. And Im told she there ALL the time.
