The Indy Flute Shop staff have always been courteous, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of flutes. Being able to stop in and try the flutes on site is very helpful in making a decision and hearing the differences between the various brands available. They also have a take home trial program which allowed me to practice with the flute I was interested in before buying.
