Our go to for all of our printing needs. They make us feel like an important customer even though we are just a small business. Every time we have a question they respond quickly and always seem to get the answers right. They continue to exceed my expectations. I have never been back to a FedEx or any other printing company since we first used Marbaugh.
4/6/17. 340pm Drivers dont know how to drive! On main st. In mishawaka headed north. Driver slams on brakes in middle of side road intersection and turns. No turn signal! Luckily I didnt hit him!!!!! Talk to your drivers!!!!!!
Back to poor ethics. The prior company before Integrity had many bad business practices. Well it is back we now do not have full functionality with our machine. We was told that it is an IT problem and that it would result in extra fees. This is unacceptable as we are under a contract with this company . The service worked a month ago and then they decided that service would require an additional monthly charge. The other option is we can have our IT department figure out their system and try to fix or pay more money. I would highly recommend looking at other options as we have replaced all other machines at our other locations with another company. We will replace this unit once we our out of contract. Bad bad bad company.
On 04/04/17 at 7:05 pm on I65 near the Greenwood exit, one of these reckless drivers almost smashed into me. Trying to catch up to this companies vehicle I was driving 80 miles an hour and could not keep up. No signal lights and weaving in and out of traffic. Why do you employ careless drivers who have no regard for human lives? I would never give this company any of my companies business. I recorded this reckless driver and am posting it on YouTube.
Terrible company. They say they cover southern Ohio but we can NEVER get same day service! Plan on waiting at least a day to get back up and running. In the meantime, while clock is ticking, they try to blame our IT people. This company has NO Integrity. They ask to see quotes from competitors and then undercut to win contract but dont fulfill contract. Stay Away!
Whatever you do, do not go into a copier contract with these people. We were in contract for 7 years, and it auto renewed, without us knowing it. Since then, the service has been horrible, and them, nor Wells Fargo Financial Leasing are unwilling to do anything to help us out. We are a small business that is trying to help the community, and we are being thrown to the side as if we do not matter. Bad service, no help.
