Sharp is one of only two companies with whom we have a long-term relationship, stretching back 14 years or more. Jay Miller and the service team at Sharp always provide us with technology we can afford AND meets our needs. Jay takes time to understand our needs as a business and provides us with a true partnership. The service and tech support continue long after the sale is over. I have worked with Gordie Ratliff and Bernie Tripp at Sharp Business Systems for several years. I have always found them to be honest, fair, and very personable. They have been extremely helpful in supplying our copy needs of ten machines in seven WorkOne offices. Being funded by tax dollars, our procurement standards are rigorous. Gordie and Bernie have always been patient and helpful in providing the documentation we have needed in selecting a copy machine provider. The quality Sharp machines they have provided have met our needs, and the maintenance provided by Sharp is incomparable.

This Sharp location is absolutely amazing. The people are great, the service is unbelievable, and the technology is fantastic. They work with you to discover exactly what you need and want and provide you with a solution. Their showroom allows you to see all the touch screen tech and copiers available. I have used SHARP office technology in my daily worklife for ten years. They are easy to use and painless to operate. The output and quality on the copier/printer is great and as someone who takes documents out to our market that is very critical. Not had any real issues for reliability or sevice in ten years.In addition to document equipment they have helped me with going paperless and with visual communication, including signage and interactive whiteboards that really elevate our presentations and the impact.
The service is no longer what it used to be! Takes 2-3days to get a repair done. Stay away
