Jay takes time to understand our needs as a business and provides us with a true partnership. The service and tech support continue long after the sale is over. I have used SHARP office technology in my daily worklife for ten years. They are easy to use and painless to operate. The output and quality on the copier/printer is great and as someone who takes documents out to our market that is very critical. Not had any real issues for reliability or sevice in ten years.In addition to document equipment they have helped me with going paperless and with visual communication, including signage and interactive whiteboards that really elevate our presentations and the impact.

The service is no longer what it used to be! Takes 2-3days to get a repair done. Stay away
