The Paint Department here is top notch. Best experience I have ever had!!! The lady “Nana” and the man “PJ or JJ??” Are the best customer service experts I have ever encountered. They knew everything about paint and what I needed and set me up quickly with a smile on their face. I will never buy paint from anyone else!! I LOVE HOME DEPOT!!!

Its alright, just dont like the fact people come in not wearing masks. Even though the front door has a sign that mentions you have to wear a mask even if you are vaccinated. People just dont care. Dont get me started on how much people /customers steal from here . Like my God. Its utterly ridiculous. Im sorry honey but who goes to home depot and says ima steal like box of brushes just cuz I understand the staff here is not allowed to say anything but the customers here are out for control. They will steal anything not nailed down. They even stole my apron from here . The store isnt bad really its the customers . So if you go here dont leave your stuff unattended. People will take it .

Inglewood home depot is ghetto fabulous when it comes to services, customer service is hiding from customers, the floors are ghost town when looking for services,brought artificial turk grass,length was to long for me to carry had to look for the guys who cut it,l needed help to the car,guys said go fine a cart and pay first, when l came back they had disappeared nowhere to be found (less then 5 minutes) 1 long line had to go to plants department to pay only place with less customers, unsual services...9/10/21 about 10:30

I drove 25 min to this homedepot because of how better stocked it is compared to others.

Compared to other home depots in the are this one had stuff that I was looking for. They also have a good amount of employees there. So finding someone for help was not hard. With that said. There were places in the store that seemed a little cramped, but over all I liked this store. Good customer service experience.

Worse customer service at the return desk/ order desk area. 8 employees talking and playing around talking about how hard it is to steal from Costco. Waited 6 minutes for the playing to stop then they were able to assist me on my return. Its unfortunate to have such work ethics at this home depot.

I purchase an electric lawn mower and it fails.I purchase a warranty and with my receipt on hand they refused to exchange it and told me to claim online follow a long and complicated process they first need to send the item to a tech to be check. And if they decide to honor warranty you have to way for approval. PURCHASE WARRANTY IS A FRAUD

Terrible customer service. I was in the plumbing department and they were out of a part I needed. I asked an associate (heavy set young female, tall, big round face with long dark hair) to help but she was with another customer. I asked her to come back after helping him and she said she would. I waited for nearly 20 minutes and she never returned. I walked to the door and windows desk and there was an associate named Royal on the computer with no other customers around. I patiently waited for him. He looked right at me and never even acknowledged me. I expected a Ill be right with you or Im busy right now but let me get someone else to help you. Instead i was completely ignored.I then took a picture of the part I needed and went to the customer service desk to have them find it at another store. Once I got to customer service, I saw the original young lady that was supposed to come back and help me but never did. Instead she was laughing and joking around with another co-worker. At that point I got very annoyed and asked for the store manager. Brian the manager wasnt available so they sent Liz to assist me. I told her what happened and all she said was sorry. Along with the apology she should have asked if she can help me find what I was looking for. Instead I got just an apology and nothing more. At the end of the day, its not the fault of the team members, rather the fault of their leadership. If I was the CEO of Home Depot, Id fire Brian and Liz as the poor excuse for leadership in that store retrain the staff, set new expectations that focus on excellence in customer service.

My business requires that I regularly frequent this place. Typically they have whats needed to get repairs done on the properties. The staff thats are their have basic knowledge of the products supplied assisting the consumer with making prudent choices. Service is also offered thru Home Depot via licensed subcontractors for installation of most products in store for mid to large size jobs.

Rental fees werent disclosed upfront until I returned equipment! Not cool! Poor custmer service!

Two employees were super helpful, website said they had 19 units of tomato stakes and zero could be found. I drove 1 hour for nothing. Horrible. No consideration for accuracy or a customers time. I will not shop here again.

Today wasnt a good one. Needed a 20 gas chainsaw to rent. On the Home depot site showed 2 available. When I went in and asked to rent a 20 chainsaw, none of them were in working condition. They should just insert zero on the webpage. Makes it easier for consumers, so they dont have to make the trip.

On January 6, 2021, I went to the Home Depot on 3363 West Century and was in desperate need of help. I was helped by 5 people but I only have 3 names. Antonio Ruiz walked me through the store and assisted me in finding all of the items on my list. he was very knowledgeable and quite pleasant.I then needed more help and he asked a young lady named DeMarie to assist us in another department. she was quite kind and helpful, a supervisor came and he also helped needless to say it was a very productive visit to Home Depot. as I was leaving another young lady named Christina helped me at check out and was very helpful.. the employees at this Home depot are exceptional. I hope they receive the proper acknowledgment for their deeds and work ethic. going beyond the call of duty.

Bought a grill with assembly and was ready for pick up I come back the day after the order and I got it without assembly I called and the lady went on about the next person available for assembly would be Tuesday... Then why even tell me the order is ready bad service on their part

Return Service is very unprofessional.Had a bad experience at this Home Depot from the Return Station. I was only refunded 3 items and my receipt had 4 items that were incorrectly purchased by my husband, but it was almost closing time and maybe the Young lady who processed my return was not focused enough and should have a better attitude. Which made me feel like I’m a bother to her while she is on the clock. Honestly people like that make establishments like this look bad for their customer service being poor or have more responsible young adults working at the Return station. As a local and always going to this location makes me want to take my business else where because I do return items frequently for renovations.

This place is very fun to start brainstorming ideas that youve had planned for months! I come here more or less every month and the service is always amazing, parking is no problem there is always parking close or far. Im constantly being surprised by how much they have and how much they care for this particular home depot. I highly recommend checking out their power tools and manual tools. Youll probably find me there also.

Ive been using their online services, and their hands down the best. Once I ordered an item that they didnt have in stock, and they called me immediately. This place has a low lame class in customer service. I called to make a simple question and my call was transfered 3 times with not one single person answering. Im not taking my business to this place and I dont recommend to the people to come here if you want to be treated as a worthy customer. I see why lately a lot of people prefer now Lowes and Im another one adding myself to the Lowes family.

The home depot in Gardena is the best in quality service stocked merchandise & organization . The employees walk your to items instead of pointing. Most even talks to you with a good morning or have a great day. The cashiers & customer service desks employees greets you with smiles. Making a return is acceptable without a thousand questions. The Compton home depot is a good store as well. Its clean & always organized great employees. Ive visited Carson, Inglewood, Huntington Park, Marina Del Rey, Sylmar Long Beach, & some others yet Gardena & Compton just makes you feel comfortable spending your money.To bad I cant say that about the Hyde Park Western & Slauson location. Always dirty most of the employees are notknowledgeable their unorganized. Most of their cashiers are rude & unprofessional..The plumbing department & paint department employees are pleasant & helpful .Always great customer service in those areas of the store. Mostly other employees too much standing around talking with Co workers bad customer service skills .The return policy is awful when other stores receives returns with a smile. Lastly floor managers store managers dosent attain to situations in a timely manner.. I see it all the time customers just waiting . If you ever visit that store you would get the picture. Simply Customer service matters.
