5 starts for the fact that their staff went above and beyond. We purchased some Canopies for the beach but we needed to order a Uber SUV because they wouldnt fit in our car. We were able to call them on the phone and they brought the Canopies out to the driver. We are so appreciative of you guys, it really made our day.

They did not have my size in the particular boot that I wanted to purchase and they called ahead to there other store were I was able to obtain the style and size I preferred.

I was surprised that they had shoes in all the sizes I needed. I was prepared to make several trips but I got lucky. Customer service was excellent as the employees were very attentive, from getting shoes from the backroom to checkout. We were in and out in no time, considering that this was on a Friday afternoon.

Good sports supplies, Ammo is still very expensive at this store. But is expensive everywhere.

Big 5 also was a great selection for me to go to this one is located on West Century Boulevard in Inglewood they have heating pads that are weighted theyre on sale Shih Tzu heating pads and also blue tube just went on sale its a speaker and that was priced at 29.99 I bought it for 1199.All the activewear is on sale mens and ladies shoes are on clearance purchase a pair of Nikes for my husband.

Popped in right before they were closing to to exchange and pick up a set of bike lights. All who assisted were patient l, one staff even went and got all of the bike light options while I processed my exchange. The young guy was super cool...thanks

It was great! Very clean space and helpful staff. Always willing to help you carry heavy items to your car. I got boxing gloves and a boxing bag, all great quality and very sturdy.

I went to the gun show at this place and the gun show was outstanding. All types of people where there. And the vendors were outstanding and the the prices were reasonable i will recommend people go to this.

Kinda crowded, aisles are very narrow. Register is cluttered I had a hard time making sure everything i purchased was bagged.

Big 5 overall can be a bit pricey than other sporting goods stores, but if youre going to shop at Big 5 I would highly recommend this location. The staff are incredibly patient and helpful. They try to give you the best deals and always reminds you to use any coupons that may help you save money. The manager is very kind and so is his staff.

I went there to get rollerblades but they didnt have any brand name rollerblades. I honestly dont know if they still make them though. I think they do. I did get some nice roller derby skates. I have not tried them yet but they look good.

Took the lily lady to get some baseball shoes and the staff in the shoe area were excellent very friendly and know thier products also I was gonna get me a bb gun to practice on cans and forgot my extra cash but the guy thier was also great will go back to get my toy 😁 would give six stars but only 5 shop thier

Great service

Got there after 8pm, and asked if I could get a pedicure. Their question was You pay cash?. Yes I had cash, so she said OK. Floors were extremely dirty with litter. The basin looked dirty, and as I objected and grabbed my purse to leave she said it was scratches on the basin, not dirty. She put a plastic liner in the basin and began. Midway through the pedicure someone came to collect money. She said next time come earlier. They actually close at 8pm, but door was open and hours of operation were not visible. Before I left someone did sweep the floor. Hopefully the pedicure will last a couple of weeks, AND the instruments she used were sanitized.

For a small store compared to the bigger competition they have some great gems of a deal for the bargain shopper, athlete & outdoor enthusiast such as myself. I find some great running shoes everytime for unbelievable prices athletic apparel too. Its a secret so dont tell anyone.

They have every outdoorsy thing you would need. Would recommend.

Very good the second i walked in 2 people said Good afternoon. They had loads of items for sale and they were really nice when they spoke.

Saturday, and Sunday, 8 the 9, big 5 as having a storewide sale. 25% off on regular prices. 10% off things that are already on sale Im going today by me a sports bike.
