I just wanted to offer a great review for these folks. I had an alarm installed by them a few months ago. That installation went well and I was completely satisfied. Today... I called them and asked to have the sensitivity of that alarm adjusted. I expected to be put off and scheduled down the road. Well, instead of that... A gentleman named Ice told me to come right in. I did. Ice promptly stopped what he was doing and addressed my issue, without question. Solved my request right away, at no charge. Mad Props ICE! Thank you! Customer service like this is hard to find these days. If you need Auto audio... take your ride here. Theyll do you right.

In the beginning I had super high hopes for the install here. It took 10 hours to install my system, then when I needed my steering wheel controller installed, I was kinda kicked to the curb, so I went elsewhere.When I did and the other audio place pulled out my radio, the cable management was horrendous. Curr a basic system, have them do it, but dont expect great service when the boss takes off unexpectedly to Vegas and leaves his employees short handed.

These guys put in some serious work. I have a 2016 Mercedes Benz sprinter van I knew it was gonna be a challenge and they excepted it! I dropped it off at around 1 PM the shop closed at 7 PM and they continued to work on it three hours past the closing time to finish the job. They where able to hook up the alarm system on the front two doors, and also fixed my previous alarm job (from someone else) cleaning up the wires which took most of the time. but them being professionals did a professional job and I am very grateful that they did that because the electrical system is very important and having a bad wiring job is not good. They did not have enough time to do the side door and back door but they gladly said to bring it back Thursday and they would finish it and I gladly said thank you and I will! The amount of time they put in was definitely worth the value of the alarm plus more I will be bringing my Toyota Camry and having them fix my stereo system which the previous alarm guy messed up as well that’s why you need to take it to these guys and have a professional do it! It’s worth it to pay $100 or $200 more and have it done right and safe with a one year warranty and a shop you could drive it to anytime of the day. Instead of hiring someone to do it for cheap which seems to always cost more money down the line so it’s worth it to have a professional do it! Thank you very much and I will be leaving more reviews because I will be a returning customer.... So update I went back on Thursday and they completed the installation of my alarm system on the Sprinter Van and only took them one hour and they even fixed my Toyota Camry head unit for free these guys are awesome I’ll definitely be heading back there again with any car maintenance!

Be ware, i was charged $170 and my radio still wasnt working. went back to the shop and they keep trying to sell me new radio. well i have resolved the problem by simply raising the antenna ! coast to fix $0

I went to this place because it was a few blocks away from my shop. The price seemed reasonable to get four speakers installed. When i went to pick up truck the rep told me that it will have some distortion when the volume was turned up. Right off the bat that comment seemed questionable to me but didnt think much of it at the time. A year later i started to have issues with speaker in the driver door. The sound would cut in and out. When i took part my door panel to inspect my speaker i notice the connection to that speaker was broken off. I determined that it wasnt soldered properly. It wasnt soldered all the way through the wires. It was only soldered on top. I went ahead a d repaired it myself and it solved my speaker issue. I havent checked the other three speakers yet. I wont recommend this place to anyone.
