While my vanagon was at the body shop to get painted I dropped my windows off to get them tinted.First I didnt want to write a review because they let me go without making me pay so I was kind of ok.Now at home trying to install my windows I learned that the window they broke was replaced with driver side instead of a passenger side window. Also both rear side windows were tinted on the same side so I have one window with the tint on the outside...In order to avoid going back to that store I had to buy a new window myself. The guy on Craigslist only wanted to sell both windows so I have 3 driver side windows and one passenger side window now. YayI think its time to warn LA about this store.Here a few points about their work in no particular order.- Every window has air bubbles and fisheyes even after complaining and getting them redone.- They called me 3 times telling me the windows are done. First time out of 9 windows 3 were actually done. Second time 5 done and 2 were half done. Third time I had to wait for the last one to be done.- Rear window had a scratch in the foil in the middle of the window but was redone.- Side window is not tinted all the way to the edge of the window and has a gap between weather striping and tint.- front side window had a torn edge and was hanging lose off the window. Was redone.- Vent window not tinted to the edge of the glass.I could continue but I guess you get the point.

I took my car (Audi A4)here to get it tinted windows, everything looked good until I was changing the car seat of my daughter when I saw this...I wished they had told me about it but their poor customer service and how they do business is not cool...Not recommending this to my friends, it you come here, check for damages.

This place is great!! I have gone to them for window tinting on my cars and they do a perfect job each time - very clean and sharp. The guys that work there, Moe and Rad, are also both so nice. When I forgot to drop off my keys, they came and picked them up from me because I was at work! The whole experience was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place.

I needed an up to date radio for my 91 Corvette and it’s a little difficult shopping because of the number of radio choices and various install charges. After 2 days of research I decided on Pacific Audio In Inglewood. Good choice Kevin. Moe made promises of matching prices and a good deal and he backed up his promises. The Sony radio is great (w/Apple Car Play) and the service was done in under an hour. I strongly urge you to go here for your Audio, tinting etc. needs. My experience was very pleasant here. To start off Rad and his team are amazing and he is very helpful! Had a situation where my car was in an accident and as you can imagine the process to fix all the various things took over a month. Once my car was returned to me by the people the insurance linked me with it was clear as day that they forgot to properly fix my stereo unit so by the time I was introduced to this place I am was over explaining and dealing with anything car related 😂... I just wanted it to work again.Say that to say that Rad made sure to check my system and got it back to the quality my ears appreciate.If you’re gonna get stuff installed this is a quality place! Also had fun meeting and joking with a few people I met that day who also spoke very highly of the work they’d received.

I had been looking around for a couple weeks for a tint and car stereo installer. I couldnt find any in my immediate area that I believed were worth going to. A couple friends recommended this place to me, its a drive from my house, after they had work completed. Its worth the drive to make it here.Went in to initially get my windows tinted and 4 door speakers replaced. Spoke with Mo at the shop and ended up getting a subwoofer as well. Initially there were a few bumps with timing (told the car would be ready at a certain time but wasnt) and miscommunication as to what exactly was to be done (speakers and amp configuration). Upon Arriving before closing Mo apologized for the mishaps and made sure that all work was completed properly. He went the extra mile to make sure I left a satisfied customer. The work was completed but still had an issue with the amp and hissing noise, Mo advised to return and he would take care of the problem for me. I returned the next day and did not have to wait as Mo had promised, the work was done within the hour. All in all Mo and also Jorge were very knowledgeable and friendly. He reassured me that if anything were to go wrong that there was warranty on the components that were sold to me. Great deals and great customer service can be found at Pacific 1 Car Audio. I will gladly recommend them to friends and family.

My experience at Pacific 1 Car Audio was great. They have friendly and respectful service the job is done right and if there a mistake they fix it. Mo & everyone there who work on my car and showed me how to use my alpine stereo were great as well as helping me pick the right speakers too. I came here to do my window tinting. They offered me a good price but sent me to the other location, Pacific Stereo 405, claiming that it will be cheaper this way. Appointment was at 10:00 am next day. So I came there at 10 and nobody there. I called the first shop and they told me the guy will be there in 5 minutes. Okay, I wait... at 10:20 still no one there, there was only guy was eating next to their door. I asked him if he was waiting for that shop, and he said that they always late 30 minutes- 1 hour. So I had to call back, drive to the first location and getting my money back. I can’t say anything about the quality of work, but they are late and seem unreliable.

Go elsewhere. Over charging for installations is where they get you. Installation was well more than double the parts going on. $500 for installing a radio and backup camera. Took about an hour and a half... Upsale and over charge to max out the progressive loan once they know you are approved. Go elsewhere. Also dont believe all the reviews. They will beg you to leave a good review on Yelp before doing anything on your car. Shady ass people. Also, I wouldnt doubt they pay for reviews. They will ask whom ever you show up with to leave a review too. Even tho they did no kind of business with them.

I was told 45 minutes to replace an overhead DVD player. THREE HOURS later I was still waiting. This was after being told over the phone that they had units for $125, which they did not. Why is honesty so difficult?!

Im very upset.Brought a van here to upgrade amenities, such as power locks, tinted windows, backup camera with display, remote, and front dash camera (hardwired).When I gave them the van, I told them I wanted the dash camera and monitor to be mounted to the headliner of the car. When I went to pick it up, I saw the monitor was mounted to the headliner, but not the dash camera! I then tried to adjust the monitor, and it broke off immediately at the slightest adjustment. Upon closer inspection, it was apparent that the mount was broken from the beginning. Its the cheapest monitor that Ive ever seen. I pointed this out to the guy, and instead of replacing the mount with a new one, he proceeds to just super glue the broken mount back in place (which now renders the monitor nonadjustable). The crazy glue is already leaked on the windshield.These guys did not do the work that was expected of them, nor did they complete it on time but they charge you for a very high quality work, what I got is poor results.  Dont waste your time and money by going there.Update: I just found out that they destroyed my vans auto window close function!VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!

The owner of the place helped me personally. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and paid half the price for the parts and labor that I would have elsewhere. I won’t shop anywhere else, this is the place to go for car audio hands down.

The prices are quite fair. I had an issue with the installation of an item, and contacted the owner, Rad. He had me bring the car back, and made good on the issue, so Im quite pleased. Ill likely do business with them in the future.

Dont waste your time here ive been coming here with MOE for over 2yrs and still get no respect or appreciation for my business.ive spent a couple grand with these thieves and ive had enough.apart from letting anybody work on your car they also break things while uninstalling&installing equipment.i went in to replace my stock radio and gave me a price starting at 450 for an old radio from 2015 then he told me i needed a kit specific for my car another 50 then he said my bluetooth will not work without a bypass 30 totals 530.work was done saturday and had to take it back monday because the kit for the center console was broken and did not close on the bottom.upon inspection the clips were broken on the kit they sold me and tried to glue it back together and hold it in place with tape instead of giving me a new one.This is very unprofesional and unreliable customer service.IM NEVER GOING BACK HERE AGAIN THEY LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR TRYING TO CUT CORNERS AND BE CHEAP AND CHARGE TOO MUCH FOR POOR QUALITY WORK.

I got Lambo doors on my 2001 Tahoe here in 2009 worst place ever. After a week one of my doors came off track. They told me when I came back up there that I would have to pay $500 for another sock on that door. Which I shouldnt need since I paid extra for heavy duty socks. The only good thing about this place is they have the best H.I.D. headlights but they will cost you 400 dollars and they burn out after a year and a half of service.... You have been warned.
