I went 1 hour ago for a free birthday scoop only for the employee to let me know it doesnt work with their Tuesday $1.99 scoop special. I dont understand what my coupon has to do with their special but Ill never be back thanks!

Fast and clean

I would rate this place a 5 star but today i was there to get the only two flavors i like and it turns out they dont have them any more when i asked the team member she just said no it was 8:20 and they had half the flavors covered it was weired because they close at 10pm thats the reason why i asked i figured they just had it covered so i said never mind and she just smiled instead of offering something else or say sorry thats not great customer service or trying to make sales. My family loves this place after tonight I dont think it will be our #1 ice cream place to visit but its a nice place and the other team members Ive had helped me in the pass are great employees this one tonight just seemed like she wanted to go home early today.

Great customer service, they serve you pretty quickly ice cream is always cold and yummy . There is more than enough parking. Place is always clean and cashiers & peep are always helping with a smile. They also have the app where you can place your order and pick up if you are in a hurry .

I was just surprised to know that the cost of banana split is almost $8. with tax 😲 too way pricey! ill just make my own banana split at home, using a better healthy ice cream, yes it will cost me more but, it will serve a healthy dessert for my whole family. to baskin robins please make sure bananas are fresh 🍌

These Lil girls have awful customer service and need better training. Go to another cleaner location.

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION! I pre ordered and paid in full, for 3 birthday bakes for a large party. I received my email confirmation of the order and pickup time, and an alert once my credit card was charged. When I arrived the day of the party to pick them up, and they were NOT made AND they would NOT issue a refund! I left all of my contact information (which they already had on the order), and have gotten NO response. I am disputing the charge but save yourself the trouble and pain, and do not give this store your business.

My favorite is praline and cream...yummy, guilty pleasure. Comfort food.

Jamoca Almond Roca Fudge is my favorite. Great customer service. Busy in the summer but quick and efficient to the best of their ability. Love coming here with the kids.

Free waffle cone check-in with a purchase of a double scoop!!! One of my local go to places for ice cream and I totally dig the 31 flavors! The service is on point here too with plenty of samples given before you decide to make your selection on one or two or even three flavors (which Ive never done - a triple scoop).
