Great service. Fast. The staff seen the lines back up and open two lanes ASAP to keep the people moving. I love it. Take initiative and do what’s best to represent the company. Five stars today. Only problem at checkout lady seem me with 5 bottles of liquid and didn’t offer a bag. I had to asked after the fact. Otherwise great experience.

This grocery store is right around the corner from my home so its conveniently located. Actually, I try not to go to Superior for several reasons. First, there are many items that I use on a regular basis but superior doesnt carry them. That in itself irritates me to the max. 🤨 Their produce is often hit and miss when it comes to taste, flavor and sweetness (fruit). Although the store is very clean and the staff is friendly, there is always one line open and its usually quite long. Irritating! At one point, the manager told me they were allowing people to return items (because of Covid) which I thought was absolutely ridiculous when I was returning an item that was in a jar that obviously hadnt been opened. Parking is also a hit and miss depending on which day of the week you decide to go. All and all, I really dont like superior. I only go there when Im too lazy to go further down the street to the other grocery store that has just about everything I need and use regularly. Now that Im writing this review, Im realizing that the other store isnt that much further. 🤔

Ive been a loyal customer to Superior since it was called Fiesta. If i cant find an item in one Superior on Avalon and 104th in South Los Angeles i go to this one here where ill find the item.

The Store itself is nice, but when checking out, its a different story. Because the cashiers are in a rush to get the customers out, they get rude. This Black lady with a Bob haircut, wearing all black, about 52 - 54 (didnt catch her name), we were putting our food into bags (we already paid for it) she didnt separate the food from the person behind us, then blamed us that we were getting the other ladys food, when it was her fault that she didnt separate what was ours and what was the other persons food. She was Super rude, and was basically screaming. Horrible customer service at the cashiers.

I had a last minute order for the bakery and was told it could not be accommodated but Miriam the cake decorator came through and helped me out IMMENSELY! I was so grateful for her help, compassion and kindness.

VERY CLEAN NOT CROWDED A NICE PLACE TO COME AN SHOP AND OR TO PAY YOUR BILLS. THE CAKES HERE ARE SO BEAUTIFULLY DESIGNED & DISPLAYED, FRESH FRUITS & VEGGIES FRIENDLY PEOPLE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE AS WELL.

Good deals on grocery shopping. I like that they have marinated chicken and pork that u can buy so that saves time in making meals. They have very good deals on their cleaned fresh shrimps, I think I bought some at the the price of $5 a pound for cleaned & deveined shrimps. Their hot section is also good. I also used the DMV kiosk machine inside the store to renew my cars registration and it was super easy and quick to do so.

Great deals. Very clean. My experience was normal, but the cashier Darline G was very unfriendly. She didnt say hello, she didnt offer me a bag & she didnt say anything to be honest. She seemed frustrated & it showed even through her mask! I get everyone is a bit frustrated having to work during a pandemic but she should be VERY GRATEFUL she has a JOB! Im not one to knit-pick but she wasnt friendly. A simple acknowledgement would have been great but in the end, I wished I should have just went to another cashier. Maybe Darline G needs to be retrained on her etiquette towards customers. Might not be coming back to this location anytime soon 😬🤷😐

I just had back surgery. I was looking for some lemon juice, as walking around my back started to hurt. Ask the cashier if someone could help. No one ever came. Ask to see a manager no one ever came. So sad cant get decent help in the hood

This particular Superior was a little less than that in the Produce department... No Persian cucumbers at all, and their stock of Roma tomatoes looked like their buyer was the last guy at the wholesale window.On the plus side, the lines at the cash registers were short, and the cashier herself was jovial and quick.They also had some nice seafood, at a reasonable price.

Check the meat before putting it in your cart because I just got home and when I opened up the bag with the prepackaged meat it smelled very bad. Let me also note that I saw a guy stocking up on this expired meat on the shelves of the meat section. They really need to check their products because one of these days someone is going to get sick!

#Communism101 - This Superior has disappointed EVERY Visit. They have 1-2 brands/types of items (if Ur lucky enough to find it in stock or at all)! The items that are available, makes U feel FORCED to buy them...Id suggest the Bakery Section ONLY!! Cakes n Pies... Cakes and Pies!!

For the meet they do not use numbers when you want to get some meet. They first help peple that came after you. Very disrecpecful.

Love their fruit tray. Everytime I get one the fruit trays they are always sweet. Its a big hit at the office. Their produce are also very good.

When they first came out the stores was one of the popular places to grocery shop. Now their stores are out if control with their prices I go to Food-4-Less to shop. All my friends and neighbors and associates shop at Food, 4 less because they are very reasonable with their prices. Its hard to shop at Superior especially when u have children and you are on public assistance. U dont get that much on EBT. And when it comes to feeding your family u do it at Superior but at Food 4 less u can.

I like this store its very economical if your on a budget..plus usually vegetables are pretty fresh..their meat department is great..you can usually get exactly what your looking for.. plus they pretty much got everything you need..

This particular superior is well-stocked, its fresh produce and short lines make it a great location. every other superior that Ive been to is plagued with long lines and no cashiers. the parking lot is kept clean, spaces are limited here, this shopping center is always busy so finding parking here is a hassle, nevertheless the price that you pay for everything here is superior by far the biggest bargain

Lost my wallet here a year ago with all my cards and info with 200 cash in it . Went back to ask for my wallet they lied to me said it wasnt there I spoke to a female manager at the time. Skip to today as Im a loyal customer and most likely will never go back to this store due to the fact the manager lied to me about my wallet being there as a cashier who works there that knows me as Im a frequent customer returned my wallet to me . So Im perplexed as to what type of management they have to take a mother of 2 wallet and steal 200 dollars from my wallet and for it to show up a year later at said store with the money missing. Time to try northgate.

The reason I give them 2 stars is because I bought cooked chicken and it was couple days old hard like rubber....

My mom brought some meat that was on sale and the next day she took it out the freezer and it had a bad smell like it was bad. This wasnt the first time this has happened. So be careful when youre buying meat from Superior.

Well stocked store with a good meat department. The staff is horrible though. Grumpy and unhelpful with the simplest questions and the check stand person was texting on her phone while running the cash register. Many typical items are locked up and the cashier had to retrieve those items before checkout. They seem annoyed at having to do this. Ill travel a mile or so to a store where I dont have to do this in the future.

The only thing I like about this store is the bakery. The employees are horrible they never ring me up when Im trying to buy. All they do is stare and one time they even laughed at me. Another employee was putting bread while talking on the phone. They want to hire more bakery employees but they already have like 5 people working there and they cant even work the cashier. There was already one employee who fought with me. I havent seen her in a while so I thought things would pick up but its just neutral.

I have been shopping at superior for the longest of the time, and I’ve always so far have had great customer service. But this arrogant cashier decided to give me an attitude for NO reason and he even threw the bag to me, he didn’t hand it over or anything, he decided to throw it to me. And this is NOT the first time I’ve experienced this with this fellow cashier. So angry and disappointed with this.

I do not go to this store anymore A cashier was rude I bought this hot food combo and I told her was a combo that I got from the meat department with the soda included and she said no and charge me separated So I left everything there.

The place is not good theyre every limited on allot of things. The baby section is very small. Not a place to do shopping. Mabe just to pick up something quick.
