Duration one coat is the best. This company does paint right. I think customer service is mostly based on the customers attitude. I usually experience good customer service. Unless you’re the customer that always has a bad day, then the service u receive is a mirror image. So customer service is absolutely horrible And know matter how you act toward them it won’t be good. Sherwin was very professional. Thank u
