This place is amazing, well staffed with knowledgeable workers. Trista is an amazing store manager who has turned the store around a great deal. Janice, Jessie, Taisha, Devin, and Quinton are wonderful and efficient at their jobs.

This location had a lot more items then other locations Ive visited. The store inside is much bigger and is not out of stock on most things. Customer service was A1 as well. Usually hard to find good customer service at a auto part store, especially during covid and lack of employees.

I have a mobile business with about 12 vehicles. Weve used this company 95% of the time. Weve been unhappy with the staff lately. Rude, no knowledge, not wanting to exchange bad parts etc. Its been convenient to use them but I am looking to start using a different part store completely.

Ive visited a lot of Autozones in SEVERAL cities throughout Southeast Michigan and have had mostly good interactions with the employees over the years. However Kenyon at the Inkster location was very professional, forthcoming, knowledgeable and patient. The way he conducted himself and his transactions with other customers gave me the impression I could trust what he said due to his experience and genuineness.

Very helpful and attentive. They listen to customer needs and questions and try their best to. Solve the problem.

I came to Autozone looking to get my engine lights checked and locked myself out of my car. An employee coming into work blessed me and was able to get me back in my car. Great customer service!

If you dont have any knowledge of the place you work you shouldnt be there you dont need to be a mechanic to work at an auto parts store,but you should have common knowledge of your products and basic math skills

Work on my own truck when I can. Cheaper than NAPA most of the time usually cheaper than OReillys Auto Parts They all order parts they dont have on hand from the same local warehouse/supplier. Convenience is the key.😎

The store was Very clean and very neat for an auto parts store. I easily found what I was looking for on my own by reading the aisle signs.(staff didnt ask if I needed help when I walked in or said hello).... ButI was in and out quickly not a long wait at register.Plenty of parking space and even the lot was clean. I liked that they sell more than Just car repair items. You can find cell phone holders,usb cords,car storage organizers,mace,flash lights,knives,air fresheners and lots more. Prices were ok on most of the car accessory items I was looking for. There were a few things on clearance at really good prices too.I was surprised to see all the different car products they sell being that im a lady I never really looked around an auto zone shop before. But its good to know they had the accessories I needed for my car that I didnt even think Id find there! I will be back for a few other cute items I came across while browsing around.

I give one star because the loud, obnoxious, boisterous, rude black woman day manager screams down the aisle at me what u lookin foe? expecting me to scream back across the store to state my business. I ignored her because im civil and not going to answer questions like a soldier and shes the drill sergeant. I put my items on the counter and have her retrieve a part from the back... I put back the items i was unsure i needed when she was in back bcuz no way am i attempting to return merchandise with her. So she brings my part to the register and drills me where the other merchandise is a few different ways basically interrogating me just short of checking my pockets in front of other customers. She was like dealing with a steroid enraged testosterone overflowing starving pitbull. Im a Craigslist mechanic and go to the parts stores daily... I quit shopping there for months and today was my first time back and delighted to not see that woman and delt with 2 very polite ladies. I hope to visit again due to being closest to me and if i see that rude woman again ill just go across the road with my business.

Arrived there a few minutes after 8:00,doors were locked, tapped on the door to get the employees attention, she just looked at me and walked to the back,so rude. Never again will go to thisautozone.
