I purchased 2 rear triangle decorative window covers for my Kia Soul and loved the way they looked. I had a problem with the tape adhering and one fell off. Bob sent 2 new ones free of charge. Those were applied and BOTH came off, which he said had never happened before with other buyers. Bob gave me a full refund, although I did love those covers on my Soul. Recently purchased a 2016 Kia Soul and decided to add the window sun/rain visors to both the front and back windows. Found FourGreen Auto Parts website, checked the reviews and ordered. The order was placed on a Thursday afternoon and received it on Monday. Easy to order, fast shipping and the product is perfect. Already put on the vehicle. Will use FourGreen Auto Parts for additional parts as needed. The visors ordered were Item #K901135

The price may have been right, however the headache of receiving the wrong product and then not getting the prpoer communication from this company is disturbing. I read the reviews that explained exactly what was going to happen to me but I still chose to give them a chance. I wish I didnt. I ordered the right window vents for my Kia Optima 2020 was sent 2021 K5 product. Bob contacted me and did everything right to make me feel better about my issue. Refunded me and gave me a free item. I will now attempt to purchase from them again.

I bought a 2017 Hyundai Accent plastic undercarriage floor pan (splash guard) and with shipping cost ($43 on a $42 part) and taxes it was still a good price $89-paid for it and then emailed them to see if another part could be added to the order without incurring more shipping costs-so far so good. The additional part was $7.00 and they not only couldnt they ship them together, but they wanted $211 to ship the additional part (engine splash guard)! To top it off, they also wanted an additional $97 to ship the part I had already paid for!!! Wow!

I purchased a component from FourGreen on eBay. There was a discrepancy in the listing and I received the incorrect part that I was expecting. I sent an email expecting to have to file complaints with EBay and PayPal but was shocked when I was immediately sent the correct replacement part and a label to return the incorrect part to them. They did not demand any difference in price. They did not argue the error. They resolved the issue immediately with nothing more than me asking what could be done about the situation. The customer service was EXEMPLARY!! There is no question that I will do business with them every time I have the option to do so!

Poor communication. Ordered an item on a Saturday, didnt ship until the following Wednesday only after I e-mailed them asking about. I returned the item on 08/22, since I got the part from elsewhere, and its 09/04 and still no refund.My advice just use them to get the part numbers you need and then buy them somewhere else where your business is valued and where the employees actually respond to customer inquiries.

I was stuck in a pinch with a Kia dealer near me that couldnt get me a part that was supposed to have come in. I called FourGreen and talked to Haus in customer service. It is a Thursday evening and i really needed the part for this weekend which was not looking possible; however, Haus was super helpful and actually offered to take it to ups personally and drop it off after business hours so i could get it Friday morning!!! The guys at FourGreen are true customer service representatives. I received my part damaged from shipping, I emailed them as soon as I got the part unboxed and sent them a picture of damage, they emailed me back within 30mins, they sent out a replacement that same hour.

I did not see any reviews for these guys so I thought I would try to help out. I ordered three parts and paid for the faster shipping out of Korea. I had my parts 48 hours after I ordered them. That is pretty impressive. One of the parts came with a broken tab, the shipping companys problem not Fourgreen. I contacted Fourgreen and they sent me a replacement and it also came with the upgraded shipping. I am very happy with the authentic Hyundai parts and their service.

WORST EXPERIENCE. I purchased a product from this company that was damaged. I was told to return the product for my refund. Of course I returned the product but now it has been 3 months and i still have not got my refund. They never answer the phone & every time the amazom team emails them, they claim they file a ticket.

Received an auto response that they would let me know when my items shipped, after a week I contacted them to find out what the status was. I received a 3 word response, poor business skills at least. Cancelled the order online but received no response back. Contacted them after three days to verify cancellation. Response was childlike. I ordered the same parts from S. Korea and received them before four green ever cancelled my order. Would never do business with them again.

Horrible experience!I purchased an item here, and a few days after the order I received a PayPal invoice for extra shipping (the extra shipping invoice was more than the cost of the whole order, original shipping included!) with no explanation whatsoever of why. I wrote to them and after a week they never answered back, nor did they send the item. I had already paid for both the item and shipping (which was not free), so this was very irritating.The seller never responded or sent the item which obliged me to open a PayPal case to get my money refunded. I certainly wont be buying with them again since this is the definition of a poor online seller.Your mileage may vary, but that certainly was my experience.

These people are crooks.Purchased products off of the Amazon marketplace. Order prior to shipment was cancelled, Four Green Auto Parts identified that they had an issue with the shipping address and therefore cancelled the order.Amazon intervened and identified the address was correct and reccomended the company carry out the contract terms. I reviewed the product which had the remaining stock listed, now with a new price more than twice what they had sold it as. I just did not expect such unethical and illegal behavoiur.Stay away.Claim pending.If this review is still up bring your business someplace worth it.UPDATE:BBB Complaint Filed for Breach of Contract 12/15/2016. Seller agent, Zein confirmed the fradulent claims to Amazon regarding an incorrect address causing contract issues was false and that the issue was price on their end.
