This place is totally underrated such a wide variety of things. I have also purchased many items from the clearance section. I would say this place has the ability to warm my heart every time.

Gertens is THE place for al your gardening and landscaping needs. Its always a treat to shop there.They also have as great staff of friendly, knowledgeable associates.We dont live close to Gertens, but consider it worth the drive.

Always seems to have what Im looking for.Did landscaping this summer they were more than generous with the amounts of soil and rock that they brought in for our landscaping. Always an amazing selection of plants and shrubs to pick from.

Walking around Gertens is like going to a clothing store. The colors of flowers, the texture of variety of leaves are just phenomenal to look and touch. and ohhhh the staff makes me feel welcome.

This is a great place for finding full size trees, shrubs and other large plants. I felt like the annuals were to pricey for my taste but I am cheap with my annuals. Pricing varied though on other items, some items were fairly priced, while others were over priced. I couldnt find Candy Tuft and a few of my favs (maybe not available yet?) Also is pricing related to the pandemic? Parking was not fun but I am always up for a walk be careful if you park on the road. Its a fairly large garden store but I felt like its composed of a large selection of common plants. I bought cat mint, it is hardy and has lasted but its also pretty hard to kill catmint so I cannot attest to the health of their plants.

Gertens offers a great variety of plants. I love the place.

You will pay more for the product there but its all super quality whether it be garden hoses or plant bulbs. I would give it five stars except in the peak of the summer its ridiculously busy there. Also they are extremely knowledgeable from Weeds to the best grass seed.

Great place for decorative pots of annuals to quickly brighten up a patio

Huge store. Some prices seemed high, but plants were in great shape.

Interesting landscaping and outdoor kitchens. Great bird section. Seasonal lights and such. Large pottery selection. Shrubs, pots, indoor plants, and a nice kitchen and grilling section. Of course Christmas lights and such around Christmas.

Wow! Plant overload! Lots of trees, some vines, flowers, shrubs, native plants. One trip wasnt enough.

Gertens is our go-to choice for flowers every year! Well worth the 40 minute drive from our home in western Wisconsin to stock up on annuals and perennials.

This place is massive and can be slightly overwhelming. The staff is super knowledgeable and if they can’t answer your question they will find someone that can. A lot of their stuff can be a bit pricier that the big box stores but you’re paying for knowledge, experience, and quality. Plus it’s local and that’s just excellent for everyone. If you can’t find what you’re looking for there then it probably doesn’t exist.

If you need plants, gardening supplies, or landscaping materials, this is THE go to place. Id bet money they they have what you need, no matter what it is. This place would be overwhelming if not for the employees to help guide you.

Poor social distancing practicesThe place was packed, no control over how many people are in the store, very narrow aisles - I felt on top of people the whole time. They manage the checkout process well, but I wont return for a long time.
