This was easily the best experience I have ever had at an AT&T store. Shelby and Lauren were incredibly helpful, friendly, patient, and accommodating. I went to the store to pre order the new iPhone 13 that was going to be released in a week then get my phone number temporarily attached to a flip phone until the new phone was delivered to me. After explaining the situation I was in, Shelby and Lauren made it all happen and were able to pre order my new phone as well as attach my number to the temporary phone. They made the process extremely smooth, easy, and fast. Absolutely AMAZING customer service!

Excellent service for a difficult problem setting up a hotspot router. Friendly and intelligent staff. Listened and clearly understood the problem and offered direct solutions that ultimately solved the issue and was able to activate the router. Thanks much.

Lauren and staff were super friendly and helpful! Amazing experience I was switching from verizon to AT&T and Lauren made it a flawless experience.

When my phone died, I needed a new, different phone during this pandemic. The staff here arranged the sale contact free and delivered the phone and receipts to our car. Then they took questions about set up over the phone and gave step by step instructions. When I ran into a problem, I visited the store and Mario quickly finished the setup. Wonderful service!

I went to the store on Hwy 1 after a very poor experience another AT&T store. The service was fast and friendly, and I look forward to bringing my business to Lauren and crew at the Hwy 1 location.

This place without a doubt deserves nothing less than 5 stars. The person who attended me, Eddie, has every trait you would expect from someone who works in customer service. He was kind, patient, friendly and most of all, knowledgeable in what he is talking about! I had a lot of questions and he answered each one and I never once felt like he was getting irritated despite how many times I would ask him to repeat something. Truly amazing Customer service!!

Wonderful staff and great service! Eddie stuck with me from start to finish, making sure I left with the phone service I wanted and needed. I walked into the store with difficulty transferring my service from another provider; this was something the at&t customer service representatives on the phone couldnt quite figure out. However, the staff here were quick to problem solve and tackled the situation right away. Case solved, I left feeling very grateful to have an in-person at&t store that I can count on.

The staff locked up my moms account for 48 hours just trying to do a SIMPLE UPGRADE! The Manager was useless, rude, and mad that he had to come help. Ive been into the store 4 times, the manager is rude and very unhelpful! Save yourself the hassle and go to the Coralville mall location

This place seems super shady.. Went in to talk about separating plans and to get information about current plans they offered. They started to quote us on a piece of paper (bc they had nothing printed out or pamphlets to look at) and they wrote out all these random charges that didnt make sense for what we were asking for. One of them was a $20 activation fee. At first we thought it was a one time thing. But when we asked, the associate insisted that it was a $20 fee PER month PER phone. After that we decided to leave and go straight to the Coralville AT&T.When we told them about our experience and all of the fishy charges the first store quoted us, they look at us like they had no idea why they would quote us for all of these random things, then they told us that the $20 fee per month per phone was NOT right and that they dont charge access fees or anything like that.Save yourself the headache and avoid this store!

This may be my 3rd time ever leaving a review, but I couldn’t help myself this time. The girl helping quite literally had no idea what she was doing, was clueless with what I needed to get done. I’m not over exaggerating when I say this, I could have went up to someone on the street to get better help with my phone. And the guy worker who was just sitting there, and just looked up at me when I walked into the store didn’t say anything to me. Was rude and just unhelpful. He had to constantly correct the girl working with me but gave no substance to helping me solve the issue. Ended up just googling for hours after I left and finally fixed it myself.

Eddie was very helpful first when I brought an old iPhone 4 (hadn’t been used in years) in. He made it work! Then after that one was shattered I brought in another old iPhone 5 which was locked and he still got it to work! He was so kind each time! I watched him be very patient with the men he helped before me while I was waiting as well.

Heads up, this place is NOT AT&T! Just a third party reseller, it takes hours to make simple changes, they have no authority and have to email their corporate to email AT&T and back again to do ANYTHING, fingers crossed they even get it right the second time. Save yourself the headache and drive out to Coralville. What a disappointment, friendly staff unable to help you because their employer is not in fact AT&T.
