Great staff, very helpful and informative. But, what good is a new phone if you have no Bars and no service! We cant make a call or receive calls with any consistency.After talking with them, I learn that all towers in my area are being converted to 5G with work to be completed by April 8th. Good to know! I will hang in there.
The lady who helped me did not understand what i was explaining to her. She gave off a vibe like she was annoyed with me being there and acted like she did notreally want help me. She was not very acknowledged on how to set up my tablet using the google services. Was very disappointed in the customer service.
