Inpatient, rude, and overall noon caring. Im sure the people are lovely outside of work, but I get the impression no one wants to be there. Not using their pharmacy again.

24 hour pharmacy closes from 1:30 - 2:00 for lunch break. If you wait until 2:00 youll be told that they have a 30 - 45 minute backlog of scripts to fill that came in during the closure so your prescription wont be ready for another 45 minutes making their functional closure closer to an hour and 15 minutes.Customer service told me this is common knowledge and that Im welcome to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy.Ill never go back.

This Walgreens is terrible DO NOT GO HERE. They never have prescriptions ready even if you’ve called them in. Even if you’ve received a text they’re ready, there is always a reason they aren’t. It’s so frustrating to wait forever then only to be told to come back. Don’t waste your time here go to Hy-Vee across the street I’ve never had an issue with them.

Has mandatory mask signs, but employees are walking around with their masks barely touching their top lip. Not happy to wait in line for 45 minutes for the the pharmacist to talk to me, with not wearing her mask properly.

They have a lot of stuff there in one location, which is great for convenience. It feels like the next closest thing to a doctors office with the things they have there that arent at other pharmacies. Theyre really good about getting prescriptions filled quickly and always accessible since theyre open 24/7.Their prices are a little higher than desired, but when they have sales, they are good ones.

Super annoying that I have used the Walgreens Express pay online so I dont have to wait in line (at least that is what is says) and get to the pharmacy to pick up the said prescriptions and still have to wait in line behind idiots buying Easter candy and a shopping basket full of stuff. When I asked the person behind the counter what the point of Express pay was and he said it doesnt matter if you pre pay or not. Sigh...

I just did my application I was wondering how long does it takes before I get hired?? I want to work overnights. Because I am in Cosmetology school full time.

I ordered 1 hour photo. Several hours later, I was waiting in line to pick them up. The guy behind the counter was flustered, because the person in front of them had a complaint. When it was my turn, he said my photos werent there, but he didnt even look. I keep calling the store to ask about my photos, but no one will answer in any department. These are my wedding photos. Get it together Walgreens, CVS is across the street.

Pharmacy will help you within about an hour with a refill

It is nice having a store like this open 24 hours on the east side of town.

I will be moving all of my prescriptions. The techs are a joke and know nothing about customer service. What should have been a quick stop at the drive thru Saturday to pick up a routine refill they had been bugging me about for days (email, phone calls, voicemails) ended up with me being kept waiting for over half an hour because they are slow, have two lanes open but one person at the window, and they dont ask people to come inside for a long consult! Instead they have the pharmacist come to the window (shes was obviously in no big hurry) to answer a hundred questions while the rest of us keep waiting and the line keeps getting longer. Then, when the first lane finally opens up we try to move over to it. But no, an elderly lady creeps up and they wait on her instead of taking customers in order, many who have been waiting a long time like us. I lost count of the number of cars that turned around and left because of slow service. This was not the first time this happened, but it will be the last. I usually like Walgreens and they have been my go-to pharmacy for A LOT of meds the last three years, but no more.

I often get monster from here and other odds and ends products because the cost is lower than a convenience store.

Dont fill your adhd medication here or any other Iowa City location. They never order enough to actually fill their orders, make you drive all over town, and expect very long wait times to talk to a pharmacist. Most of the time they did an okay job, but if they cant handle their own demand, Ill take my prescriptions elsewhere. Its probably not the pharmacists fault, its probably the corporate policies. Ill take Hyvee or CVS over them any day. Never had any problems with them.

If you pull up in the 2nd pharmacy drive thru lane & theres 2 cars in the 1st lane, it doesnt matter if the 1st lanes 2nd car was there 1st or not. Theres a 2nd lane that they decided NOT to use. Therefore the car in the 2nd lane should be helped 1st. Otherwise theres NO point in having the 2nd lane now is there? If someone decided not to use the other lane provided, then that is a decision to WAIT!! Molly, a technician, decided to sit & argue about it talking over my voice not even giving me a chance to talk about how I felt. That is RUDE & DISTURBING since customers SHOULD BE HEARD!! I was no where near rude or raising my voice as she did. Then she sent someone else to help me with the rest of my order. How classic!! She said her opinion, but nobody else has the right to be heard!!?? Walgreens, get yourselves some competent technicians!!! My sister was one for years, now shes a Dr of Pharmacy. Ty for listening... Otherwise I like the store!! :)

The best customer service ever.

Anyone with diabetes already know what a rip off Walgreens is. Insulin went up from $62. To 170. A bottle in August. So after shopping around the same insulin is over the counter at Walmart for $24. I check all me personal scripts at Walgreens and to my shock and dismay Wal mart sells them on their $4.00 script list thats 80% less then wal greens pharmacy. Walgreens pharmacy is cheating us out of our money. Bye Walgreens thanks for ripping me off these last 5 years not a day or a dollar more.
