Cashier/employee asked if I didnt care about dolphins or turtles when I asked for my gallon of milk to be double bagged.

Do NOT BUY THEIR PREPAID CARD. They are quick to take your money but will not refund or solve the problem if something goes wrong. I bought the card for $4.95, and on top of that, I added money about $300. You go into the store. Find a prepaid card, trust that everything will be fine especially with a store like Kum and Go They should be able to resolve the issue. But once I informed them not only did the employee not want to refund my money. But he acted like he couldnt solve the problem, that again came from them. The card was not valid. And there is still no answers its been a week. Ive gone to 2 locations and each time the employees dont know what to do and dont give answers. Oh and also dont want to provide the supervisors number which is the right thing to do as they are the experienced ones

My friends and I(only three of us )were driving around at 11:20ish at night and we needed to use the restrooms really bad. So we came to our favorite gas station, know as Kum and Go. We went to the restrooms when we got done, we went to go see if we wanted to get drinks or not(keep in mind we only been in the gas station for 3 mins)as we were doing that, the cashier was talking to a customer, having a full conversation and watching us. We decided to not get anything and wanted to just go back to our car. The cashier stopped what she was doing and immediately started to assume we stole something,saying that we were and I quote her “playin around over there”, when we literally was minding our own business, talking about the drink NOS. She assumed that we stole something and wanted to leave so she had us stop by the door and we had to explain ourselves that we went to the bathroom and wanted to see if we wanted any drinks or not. Ruined our night, and not our favorite place to go to anymore after that night experience.I wouldn’t recommend this Kum and Go to anyone especially if this woman works here. I understand you can have suspicions but there is a more polite way to ask a customer if they found everything they were looking for.01/14/20

Pretty nice place to get some cheap sandwich and drinks. Gas price is okay, not too bad, but not the cheapest in town for sure. Not far away from Engineering building, perfect place for me to get some snacks and coffee. Recommended.

My favorite gas station in iowa city i always go her because of the personality in the cashiers. Cashier kendyl is always very friendly and a amazing out going person she always makes my night when she is working.

Needs some upkeep on this location, especially the bathrooms. But over all this is a nice location with lots of items! A total pain to head west bound unless you go out by the gas pumps and take a left a the light.

This woman had the audacity to tell me to hurry up and buy something’s while I was browsing through the store. She told me that she had a lot of stuff to get done and I was getting in the way of it. She was rude and nasty she had no concept of how to interact with customers and no concept of how to be courteous and that the customer is always right she just gave an evil look in anyway like she cared not what you did the only thing she cared about was getting her stuff that I would recommend that nobody stop at this Kum and go due to the fact of rude management a very very very rude worker just so you guys know this was on may 4th 2018. Other than that thave a nice day. #pissedtfoff

Organized but rude clerks and inaccurate prices according to sales signage.

Poor Gas quality based on total miles it shows I would get out of the tank after filling up here. You pay little more for the gas here, probably because it is closer to UI campus. I have not been inside the convenience store so cant comment on that.

Get coffee and monster from there all the time. Be sure to avoid the donuts with flies on it
