Always efficient and friendly. The prices are great for me too. When I was on a plan that didnt cover much of an expensive medication, they looked for a coupon for me on GoodRX and that made a huge difference.

Quick and easy

Woman who I spoke with on the phone about transferring a prescription was extremely rude. I tried to maintain a sense of hospitality throughout the call, but even when saying thank you and telling her to have a nice day, she said yeah, sure. And hung up the phone. She offered little information, and I had to ask yes or no questions to figure out what I needed to know to get my prescription.

Due to health insurance changes, they had to delay getting me my medication. I can see that this is out of their control and they were transparent with me about it. Staff was friendly and worked as a team to get this process going. Over all theyve been a pleasure to work with for some time now. Obviously it was the change of insurance policy that is the underlying problem here.

They dont always have my medications on the shelf even though I fill them there every month and they arent uncommon things. Its hit and miss when it comes to customer service, especially when telling me they dont have something in stock. Ive received an irritated look and a so do you want to go somewhere else? question asked in a rude tone more than once. But their prices for my prescriptions are significantly less than Hy-Vee or even Walgreens/CVS in town so here we are. On some things, price outweighs the cons.

Great service.

They refused to give me a COVID booster even though they made my repeatedly tell them my preëxisting conditions, and with the plexiglass divider, that meant yelling loud enough so all the other customers could here. They clearly have no interest in patient confidentiality or in trying to stop the spread of COVID-19. I will be looking into finding a new pharmacy this month, and Im very happy to say that Hy-Vee was more than willing to follow the rules and give me a shot.
