Just purchased a modem router can combo and returned my Spectrum modem that I was renting. Matt and the guys were very helpful. Saved me money.

Was really happy with the service. Brought in a pc I had built had some issues with it I couldnt figure out. Took my pc in told them what was going on. Within a few hours my system was ready to go. The txt you a link so you can monitor from your phone when your issue is resolved. They also called and asked before they did any dramatic changes to my pc. Super nice people a fair price was charged. I plan on telling everyone I can about cbc custom computers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Typing this review from my newly assembled PC, thanks to the guys at CBPC. Dropped it off for cable management, GPU installation and Windows setup and it was all done (and done well, might I add) within 2 hours. Fantastic service by some very nice dudes. Will absolutely be going back should I ever need any service or help with a computer.

I came in about noon to check out some parts and by 4 I left with a custom built pc for gaming. Nice group of guys and helpful in the process of building and setting up my new pc. Go check them out if your looking for a new pc or upgrading or repairing your electronics!

Me and my lady friend went to get her PC worked on and they didnt charge us hardly anything and did a fantastic job! So Id reccomend for any computer needs!!

Matt and Greg have always showed me the best service possible they have always been able to recover my data when everyone else that had worked on my computer always erased everything and had to use recovery disk. They have even helped me by talking me through my problems. I would highly recommend them to work on any of my computers and I am sure they would give excellent service for a new computer. They are the most knowledgeable of all the shops I have dealt with. And believe you me I have had to use several. I am old school so I get a lot of bugs on my system. These guys are the best.

The staff were knowledgeable and polite. The shop was pretty busy which is a good thing. They had a large selection of refurbished pc running freedomos. They also had some system components on the shelf, which is a little surprising due to the cost volatility of computer components these days.

These guys gave me a great deal and much better service than the big box stores. They even recovered my data from my old PC. It was nice talking with the owner of the store. Not having to deal with some kid at his part time job.

Had a very bad experience with Best buy in West verginia, came here and they walked me around telling me about all there inventory and wound up buying a motherboard, cpu, and a really nice case from there customer service is out of this world will be going back I think I found my second home. Buy elsewhere if possible!!!!!!! Place has, bad business practices, asked if a laptop could handle adobe suite and was told yes. Update ram 4 months later to speed it up, didnt help, they sold me wrong laptop with only i3 processor, really I needed I7 and the owner Matt should have known that. If you absolutely have to go there only deal with Don or Gregg.

They take time to explain to you. Very understanding and help you get the best for your money.

Staff appears to be autistic. Very outdated parts, have mostly trash components, forgot to give me many things aswell as sold me a case without a box. All fans installed they only secured by two screws. Don’t waste your time

A couple years ago, I ordered a mid sized gaming case, and they shipped me a micro atx that was worth like half the value. I assumed it was a mistake and called, and Matt explained that they were actually out of the case I ordered so they sent me a better one and then went on to tell me I could actually squeeze an atx MOBO into a micro. I demanded a refund and he told me I would have to pay return shipping if I wanted to do that. This dude Knew they were out, and instead of contacting me, sent me the wrong product (not even a COMPATIBLE product). This guy has no integrity. Do not shop here.EDITED response- The BBB agreed with ME, pal, and asked you to provide free shipping to me and attempted to mediate, but you refused to even admit that it was YOU that talked to me on the phone and only agreed on a refund if I paid for shipping. They sided with me but said they can only ask you to do what I was asking for. I ordered a mid-sized case that you had advertised. You admitted that when you saw you were out, you decided to send me a completely different case, rather than exercise common sense and contact me to figure out a solution. Not only did you send a different case, it wasnt even in the correct size! How do you run a computer store when you dont know the difference between Micro and Atx? Furthermore, you wanted me to pay out of pocket for shipping to fix your mistake. You have no integrity and youre a complete moron.

Fixed my moms broken Ipad screen quick, but I wasnt pleased with the way I was treated. I went into the shop, asked about getting my moms broken screen fixed. He said they had ordered a new screen and when it come in they would call me. I told them I would bring it in on Wednesday, but to call when the screen come in. They gave me a work order so they wouldnt sale the screen to anyone else. Wednesday come and I called and asked if the screen was in, they said yes it was to have someone bring the Ipad in so they could fix it. My mom and my daughter took the ipad to them and they said they didnt have a screen for it. My mom called me and let me talk to the man she was talking to. He was clueless and said he would have Greg call me when he got back from a call. Greg called said the screen had come in on Monday and another ipad air come in with a broken screen so they fixed his instead of my moms and ordered a new screen and it should be in by Friday. That was my screen that he sold, I had to wait 2 more days AND a wasted trip to his store. The work was good and they fixed it fast, but I wont go back because customer service was BAD!!
