This is the best Shake Shoppe around! The hotdogs with sauce and milkshakes are delicious! The staff is always very hospitable and friendly. They go above and beyond when it comes to customer service.

I only go for dessert but the service is great and the hot fudge cake is the best around I get it every Monday

I LOVE all of their fried foods and their milk shakes are hands down the best in the area. They have amazing customer service and are very friendly. This is perfect place to grab a quick bite to eat, I ate there all through college.

The owners are a gem to our small town. They have really went above and beyond to bring the ice cream parlor back to being hip.....or lit as they say nowadays. :-) the sweet potato tots dipped in the marshmallow cream is just scrumptious. Highly recommend this place!

Last 2 times Ive called to pre order a person by the name of Michael has answered and put me on hold and not picked back up to take my order, I regularly eat there the food is pretty good an a bit expensive but phone service is horrid. Doubtful that Ill order from again. Sad but true.

Hand’s down the best chili dog I have had in years!!! And the creamsicle milkshake is amazing!! All of the staff were very pleasant and friendly, we even spoke to one of the owners and asked her to open a shop up in Columbus!!

A cold Hamburger at lunchtime is inexcusable. They told me the fries had no seasoning but were salted. They failed to tell me that the salt they were using was seasoning salt. Just a bad experience all the way around.

Its really busy here so expect to wait unless you call your order in.Its worth it though, trust me.$18 got my family and I a lot of food (including this ginormous cheeseburger)They now have a drive through which is nice. Especially during this covid 19 situation we have going on.A little slow on the service, but it definitely doesnt take away from the quality of the food and the positive vibes of that the staff gives off.4/5. Would definitely return, but would call my order in next time.

Best shakes ever. Omg try the (black)Raspberry Shake. I dont like raspberry anything but this is the best shake Ive ever tried. Banana is great too. Also the cheese curds are awesome. Even better than Cheddars cheese curds. Plus the owners are great, the sweetest people. go above and beyond to make their customers happy. I travel from Ashland everyday just for my daily Ras shake.
