I’ve been coming to get my hair done with Patty for a couple months now and the service is wonderful! They have complimentary water,tea, and little treats for you to have while your getting your hair done! The interior of the salon is really nice as well, it makes you feel welcomed and comfortable! I would absolutely recommend anyone to go here. I’ve been to countless salons but out of all of them, the Bellagio is the best! (And again, ask for patty, she’s phenomenal) ❤️

I came here for hot stone massage. Let me tell you. It is beyond amazing!! Tessa is so creative that she combines hot stone massage and deep tissue together. So you really get the best of both world. I am always leaving so satisfied after the massage. This is truly my relaxation place.

I should have not allowed the original stylist to pass me off to her apprentice. I followed one stylist to this location. I wanted to give her apprentice a shot. I was happy the first few times then something changed. Not sure what but prices started going up and the general manager got huffy a couple times on the phone with me. If you have something called life happen ( kids, school, a chronic illness that limits you) and need to reschedule dont go here. They will take your money a few times and tell you, you can no longer come back cause you couldnt make an appointment. Its unfortunate really, I wanted to like this place but the lack of professionalism is sad. Go elsewhere!

I just had an Aqua Facial, and it was amazing! Im a 61 year old man and have never had a facial. I thought they were all fluff. Well, this one certainly isnt. I felt every aspect of the treatment, from deep-cleansing to micro-current to diamond microdermabrasion to some anti-aging serum. (do they really use diamonds? who cares...it works) My face never looked better. There is a little discomfort...but well worth it in my old guy opinion.

It’s always hard to find a new stylist when you move to a new city. After several disasters with my color and an uneven hair cut, I finally found Patti who is absolutely amazing. She was able to fix the mess that was made of my hair and makes every visit enjoyable. The salon is very clean and friendly as well. Love love love this place.

I came for a deep tissue massage. Tess was great and used the perfect amount of pressure. As an athlete my muscles were really tight and she worked my hip flexor and IT band. The staff was really nice and friendly as well. If it cost a little less I could fit it in my budget to come more often however it is worth every penny.

Amands does the best facials! I always leave completely happy! And i love their cleanser!

I’m a Bellagio client 7 years between Newport Cosst & Orchard Hills salon. I get my massages from Tess- she is a healer🙌🏻. I recently had an Image peel from Amanda, I was nervous but her follow up texts and after care is 100% the best I’ve experienced.Also! There was a new Organic prod. Line Bellagio has ‘Philip Martin’s’ ... wow so cool they say it’s made of Italy . My new fav ‘Revitalizing spray’ my hair shines & no more nasty tangles. I’m going to save up & get the whole line (it’s ECO friendly)& I’m into saving the Bee’s .They got it going on @ B... it’s the package!-H

I come in for color once or twice a month and occasionally for spa services. I love it here because both the salon and spa are luxurious and welcoming, and I can relax completely when I am here. Great location for all services!

I came here, expecting to leave looking beautiful. So I was horrendously upsetted when I was told there was nothing they could do about my disproportionately sized nose. The receptionist was very upset when I grabbed some of the skin cream from behind the counter and begin lathering it all over my face, even though I SAID ID PAY FOR IT. The security here is very good, though. Will not come back, because I am not allowed back.

I showed the stylist a picture of what kind of hair cut I wanted . She cut my hair way to short . Good environment bad haircut

Salon Bellagio has a great atmosphere. I love the steam room and quiet room.

This was by far the worst haircut I have ever received. I usually go to 18/8 Mens Salon and Ive always gotten exceptional service and great haircuts. The service at Bellagio was not great, but not horrible. The haircut however was horrid, I now have to go back to 18/8 to have them fix what Miryam messed up. I had to point out several errors that she made and she still failed to correct all of them. Now my hair is too short and not even on the sides! I would expect this from a $10 haircut, not a $45. My hair is not that difficult to cut, 1.5 on the sides, medium fade. Apparently that is too much to ask for. I would not recommend this salon to anyone!!

I came in without a specific hairstyle in mind and Ben did an amazing job. I am definitely coming back and will ask for him again.

I had my hair done by Joey. I told him I wanted to be a level 10 blonde, touched up my roots and old me it was platinum. Ummm...it was the SAME exact color. Actually, my roots were MORE yellow! Then he tolde to tone it at homeTo get rid of the yellow. Also, I asked for a TRiM, 4 inches later I was crying at home with ugly plain hair! However! The facialest, manicurist, and massage therapist and heavenly!!!!!!! Go to the bellagio for everything but hair!
