Came in today to look at furniture for my new apartment. There seemed to be atleast 3 or 4 people working and maybe one other customer in the store that I saw. Nobody acknowledged me, welcomed me or tried to ask if I needed help the whole time I was there. Im not sure if this is because I dont look like their normal demographic or what, but it was off-putting so I took my business elsewhere.

Good place for modern furniture shopping with reasonable prices. Laure is the store manager, and she ordered a sectional sofa and four chairs for me. She is very kind, and I always received prompt responses to my emails and phone calls. My sofa came with some defects, but Laure helped me to get a replacement order within 2 days after I sent out the pictures. The replacement went very well with another delivery company. I would highly recommend you to ask for Laures help if you shop at Modani.
