The 4 Stars are for the quality and the quickness of service. The price here for an oil change is pretty steep. I only proceeded because I had a $20 off coupon, and it was close to my work for my lunch break. We were going out of town for the weekend and it needed to be done. So! That being said, excellent service, but a little pricey for this gal.

Technicians left grease and oil hand prints all over my interior, then argued with me and were dismissive about what they actually caused when trying to clean it. My car has light colored cloth, so most would not come out. Now Im stuck with dirty hand prints all over my front seats and door panels.

I have an engine light on.it was a sanny Sand at. In 3 minutes stuff in Jyffi Lube diagnostic​ problem. I say that I will come on Monday to fix it. They did not charge nothing and they guy was really nice and polite. On Monday will share experiences of preparing service. They are very efficient and professional. I barely sat down in the lobby and they were done with the basic oil change. Bring a coupon you can find online and you get a super price. They also do basic checks in case you need something else.

Decent experience each time Ive been there, last time some oil prints were left on my carpet after I just had it cleaned. Ive been there many times and all times were good - only complaint was that one accident which Im sure was just that - an accident. Always professional.

Long overdue review! Been going here for about 5 years now, every time I go elsewhere I regret it. Jair and his staff are always super friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. The service is always quick and the waiting room is always clean and smells good (compared to other places!). Coffee, nice sized tv, outside seating. Again very professional and friendly. I look for coupons online and they’re always accommodating. Always a good experience!

I went Monday around 1pm, and the oil change took 20 minutes. Fast and reliable.

Dont go here for service otherwise, stay with your car watching what they are doing with other items!!!First time when I went here for oil change, I just stayed with them and they just peeled the tip of my windshield wiper and told me it is time to change it. Till that day I had no issue with that and from that day onwards it wasnt wiping properly at the end of the wiper. After 4 months today, I went for the next oil change. Even yesterday I have used the wiper and it had no issue. I have clearly told them, dont mess up with the wiper and I am ok with it. But I made the mistake of not showing them how good it is still and just comfortably sat inside while they worked on my car. Just after I pulled to the road I just checked the wiper and I am surprised to see the full wiper is peeled off and dangling. I took it back and asked them and very conveniently I got the answer we havent touched it since you said so. But I dont believe it at all, since I know how smooth and steady it was the day before. So I am no more going there since they are making me bring back my car for other services by ruining the other things. Probably it was my mistake that I told them that I have to drive for 7 hrs this weekend so I cannot afford any issue. Now I have to pay to replace my wiper before I have to drive to SFO. I am no more going back to Jiffy Lube. I lost my trust to leave my car with them.I never expected such an act from a such a named service company.

Best service possible!I was stranded on the freeway in the middle of my long commute, had no idea where to go or what to do.Luckily the emergency freeway tow truck got me off the road just down the street from this place.Luise actually tow strapped my truck the rest of the way to his shop w/ his own truck, gave me a great deal on a new alternator, and was very pleasant while I waited.I could not have asked for better luck in a bad situation, and they back their service well!Highly recommend this place for maintenance and repairs!

Very fast service

Went to get an oil change at this jiffy lube, and after the service, noticed that my car was leaking oil. By that time, I was no longer in California. Took the car to another jiffy lube in Vegas, and was told that an employee at the first jiffy shop had placed an incorrectly sized drain plug. I ended up having to replace the oil pan where the drain plug is inserted, which cost an extra $108. Very unprofessional service, will not be returning or recommending this location.

I’m not blaming everyone there but people who were in charge of my car did an awful job. Apart from the fact that they ripped me off they left a huge screwdriver in the engine bay and I was wondering why there’s a noise coming from my engine. I was lucky I realized soon and no damage happened. Will never go there.

Honest and friendly! Having read the past review I can write as a witness that this jiffy has changed for the best. I had an oil change and transmission service done. The attendant that helped me was Jay. Its been awhile since Ive been to a jiffy due to their pushy sales tactics from the past that I found distasteful ( was going to valvoline) but I found none of that here, just recommendations.

This is absolutely the worst place Ive ever been to to change oil to my car, if you want to lose your money just go there, because they took $60 and did absolutely nothing when I checked I found all the fluids were at the same level,nothing has been added nothing the vacuum hasnt been done and the windows hasnt been washed everything was just bad

Most likely wont go back ...cabin air filter was relatively new, they attempted to have me buy a new one because their were some bigger leaves that could have fallen off with one tap... they refused to even try... cheesy... come on guys.. I get you need to sell more but when the thing is clearly almost new and you could easily tap one time to get rid of the loose large items why not even try? now you just seem petty and unreasonable. I refuse to do business with a company like that

Dont come here! I went un for an oil change and came out this my car engine ceased up not turning on. They tried to blame this on me telling me i had not had an oil change in over 30,000 miles. I found all my record oil changes at other locations that prove other wise. I was able to tow my car and get a new engine needless to say i have proff and documents to where i am gonna sue. I had to end up buying a new car, because that was my only vehicle.
