This is one of only two Walmart in Irvine, and like walmarts in other cities, it is also quite complete of the stuff they sell.

Decently well stocked and generally has what Im looking for. Havent had an issue at this store although some sections are disorganized and/or messy but no real complaints.And, in case anybody was wondering, they have at least 6 lbs of sauerkraut available

Store is closing down so everything within the store is 25% off and should be dropping down to 50% off by the weekend. The stores last day open is March 4th. Was so clean and they had so many available items even though the store items were on sell. Glad I went when I did. It also was not packed between the hours of 10am - 3pm.

Gets a little busy for my liking and they run out of stuff a lot during pandemic. But I like it. The staff is friendly and they always have affordable necessities and veggies. Best black Friday and cyber Monday deals online and in store.

1 person at Entertainment department. Waiting more than 20min to be helped out. Just need someone to open the display. Still waiting.... unbelievable. Same person also just one for the Photo Center department

This Walmart puts the Wall in Walmart!Actually a very well run store. Easy to get what you need and easy to check out.The stores also clean but we looked around and didnt find any wall-martians.

Irvine Spectrum is a large outdoor mall. It has many great shops & restaurants & is a nice place to visit. The area is safe & has a police and mall security presence. Steve Concialdi

Josh is an amazing employee at Walmart, he went beyond costumer service to help me get a product. Really dedicated guy, knows how to use Walmart’s systems. I am glad I encounter him because other employees would just tell me that the item I was looking for is out of stuck. He deserves a raise and to be promoted. Josh thank you for so much for help me. Wally World! This location is clean, parking is never an issue, lines can get long sometimes but the front line workers do a pretty good job!

Every time I visit this particular grocery, I have bad experience with the return desk. They start the conversation that you cannot return because - whatever reason, they do not suggest solutions ever, you need to say by yourself that you have 90 days return and you can get a refund. Always when I have to speak with Customer service I have bad mood after this. Workers newer say hello on entry, and newer say hello back, when you said first. The only helpful and polite people is the guy with a pony tale and woman on self check in. The store itself has very limited variety of food, compared to other Walmarts.

I wish I had known about this place before I heard that they are going to be closing this location. I found that some grocery items cost less than Albertsons. And the place is clean and organized like a Target, not overly crowded like other Walmart.

It was good, but this store is closing for good so there is not much to say.Other than everything is 25% off!!

While I understand that many stores do not accept returns for food items during a pandemic, apparently walmart does, but they dont accept clothes! A person in front of me returned a whole weeks worth of food items while I couldnt return a still packaged and non-opened piece of clothing.THERE IS NO PROBLEM WITH THAT IF THE STORE MANAGER PUTS SIGNS SO PEOPLE WOULD KNOW! They just put a small note in the return area, NO ONE will see this note unless they try to return an item. Thats when you learn you are in a customer trap! Its always about money and thats what makes Target different from walmart.

Unfortunately this store is closing in a couple of weeks and everything is 25% off. Thats why no groceries and refrigerators almost empty. But still managed to leave paying over$100.

I think the prices are great. The place was very busy, but understaffed at the checkout and service desk. I hear they plan to close this location--I have no idea why.

The store did not practice social distancing at all and hand sanitizer thats supposed to be provided by the store was non-existent. They are also closing the store so it was a bit chaotic. There was no help from the employees when needed. Isles were packed with people who dont care we are in the middle of a pandemic. But hey, Walmart has always been a horribly ran store by unhappy employees. Dont expect much.

This is a very safe place to shop they have People cleaning shelves every 5 to 10 minutes

Better than my last visit! Everyone had masks on, directional lanes on aisles seemed to help a bit, some people cant follow directions, but whatever. I meant to use self checkout with my own bags, but bought quite a bit, so I went through a lane and just bagged my own groceries away from the checkout clerk. They also have hand sanitizer and mask patrol at the entrance which is nice.

5/5 - people of walmart were everything that Id hoped for.I also bought some drain cleaner pretty late at night, which is always a good thing to be able to do.

Most of the staff that work there are wonderful and are willing to help you with anything you need. There were a few times I went to self checkout and this one staff member was rude to me because I couldn’t figure out why I couldn’t scan one of my items, so her answer was to be rude and send me to an actual cashier (which note the lines were extremely long) when she could’ve rang me up at her station, but her answer was “I don’t have time to do that”.

I keep wanting to take a picture of myself in Walmart to show them that normal people go there too. This is a supercenter so it has almost everything you need one stop shopping who can complain about that. And in 2020-2021 the pickup at the curb is great and I bet that will continue past cuz everybodys enjoying the convenience.

Very nice store the Walmart supercenter.very clean has a big selections of food .they have there own bakery there so you always have good cakes pies my favorite there cheese cake very delicious.they also have a deli and yes its a good one drop by for lunch sometime and youll know what Im talking about.there prices are also very good.xl pizza 5.bucks hole chicken with two sides and bread about 12 bucks cooked and ready to go.freash and hotNow thats what Im talking about.

I saw in that store, workers coming back to work after the visiting restroom and do not wash hands! I saw 2 different times 2 different workers. First time I notified walmart management, but looks like some workers in this walmart do not wash their hands constantly.

It would be nice if there were more designated spots for the shopping carts. If ther were, perhaps more people would use them instead of abandoning them in empty parking spots or between vehicles.

As crowded as usually and only 2 open cashiers. You cant use self check when buying alchohol. They should always have more cashiers!

I called three times and each time they took the phone off the hook and hung up. I called customer service and asked to speak with the manager. She instead gets the guy that was hanging up on me. I explain that its unprofessional to do that and he responded that the first one was on accident. He then laughed and hung up. It was an Indian man on shift around 3:30 on Nov 18, 2020.Go to Walmart expecting unprofessional, underpaid workers who dont care about helping you.

Its a Walmart! This one is I dont want to say poorly stocked, but heavily visited, theyre often missing things. Overall, pretty good though! Not a Bentonville Walmart, but its good for being so far from Home.

This one has a much larger food section than most Walmarts. They have always had everything I needed and was looking for and short lines most of the time.

Asked for the stock of specific product by call and the staff doesn’t even know anything what they are selling of. Literally it shows on the Walmart site and they want me to say the number of the product, which is how do I suppose to know that? Am I a staff at the Walmart? 3 of the staffs just put me on waiting room without notice. Horrible customer service. Definitely not going there again or call them again. It took 1hour to find out is there any stock left when it’s literally a time that I could drive my god bamn car at the store. Mange your staffs behavior and knowledge. Walmart.

This store is closing down. The workers say its because Irvine enacted hero pay, but it looks like the closure was announced just before the city council approved said pay.

Sometimes the lanes get backed up from time to time and the customers would have less items to buy which would make the lines move a little more faster than the extreme long lines at Santa Anas Walmart.I like the irvine walmart better than Santa Ana walmart.

Pretty poor selection in all departments I looked in which were varied from camping - electronics and beyond. I was pretty disappointed. I stopped here on the way to a camping trip with a buddy and we split up with carts to expedite our shopping plan and we both ended up with less than half of what we went in for and of our needs there were only a few items that we thought might not be available. The one thing I can give as a really good rating is that it was one of the quietest Walmarts Ive ever been to (in terms of amount of people and the usual hectic nature that you come to expect). It was shocking and I was really happy when we walked in to a very subdued atmosphere. I am a fair person so that being said, it is important to mention that this was Saturday afternoon on Labor Day Weekend. However, some of the lack of inventory as mentioned was due to them not even having it as an option in their store at all. Either way I couldnt really recommend this Walmart if youre expecting to tackle a shopping list with a wide variety of needs. Id say look for a different store in the area and hopefully that will fulfill your expectations.

Doing an electronic item return is not easy.My son returned a phone he bought here a week after making the purchase, the first person dropped the phone and set something wrong with it, then the screen became unresponsive.Then two other people took over 20 minutes to complete the process, manager had to get involved.4 stars is the most Id give because they didnt take the initiative to apologise for taking so long, except for Emil who was trying his best to process the return.PS the attendant at the front told us to go to returns, whereas we should have been directed to go to the electronics department to make a return.Bell seemed to be the manager and she never said a word to us. Emil was one of the people who helped, the remaining members of the crew were not wearing name tags.

Alot of times theyre out of a lot of stock. Otherwise its a clean store. Hard to get help from associates a lot of times tho and when they finally do help its a hassle cuz they dont really know the job like they should which is frustrating.

This is a unique Walmart in that California is diversity is not seeing here. Also I would say the most normal Walmart in the bunch. They would have a hard time feeling super store here but don’t worry there’s many other Walmarts to film
