Its a fun little store with a lot of cute nerdy gifts. Carries mostly pop culture stuff. Disney, anime, star wars, marvel, various TV shows, etc. They have a decent variety, though some of the sections are a little small

Got to love this store so much better than Hot Topic. With the name you would never guess what they carry lol. Go online and find cool deals!!

Horrible customer service provided by Yvette. We asked kindly for information in regards some items and she looked like she was having a bad day. We stated that we needed instead someone who had a better customer service and she said that she was the higher position.

I am a constant shopper for this company and I’ve been to many of its locations I can’t begin to tell you how insulting my experience was today I was mistreated by Yvette of her name dose the scram it well let me be honest she is rude condescending and forceful I went in to return a 35 dollar shirt that I noticed it was stained after I got home and I can’t believe how unprofessional and hood this store manager was I will not return to this location EVER shameful that she can’t even do what she is getting payed to do right . Move over Yvette some one else can do your job better than you ! Literally anyone.

Cool little store. Lots of theme sections of cool gear. I would to see this store but much bigger. People were friendly and helpful. Good location across from forever 21.

It was great, they had a pretty wide selection of different things, ranging from Disney, games, T.V shows, snacks, anime, etc. The store was a little small though and people didnt really offer to help.

This store does not post accurate hours. Made a special trip here to pick up an online order during my lunch break. Just would have been considerate and good customer service to at least post a sign on the door with corrected hours. Otherwise I like this store for the most part.

The people that work at BoxLunch are great. They are nice and helpful. I love this store but if you find something you like you better get it because it might not be there next time. Their stuff is awesome and unique.

Love all the random goodies they have here & how their inventory rotates frequently. Hate how some of the prices are jacked up (ex: shirts/sweaters) compared to other places. Luckily, they are always having some sort of sale so I guess it evens out.

If Harry Potter memorabilia and the like is your thing, this is the place to go to. Go early on the weekdays to avoid long waiting lines.

This location was very helpful and extremely kind answering all my questions regarding inventory and online orders I didnt have time to really check out the store but it was really neat and seemed to have alot of things so I will definitely be stopping by again soon

I have had hit or miss days with the staff here. Most times theyre very attentive but there have been a few times where I felt largely ignored so they could gossip with their co workers. Their pop section is a mess too, but thats just nitpicky. All in all though great store for nerd gifts!
