Legendary was great from start to finish. They responded quickly when I was looking for a quote, followed-up professionally and then kept to their schedule. Their quote was clear and transparent, so I knew exactly what to expect. Best of all the work was outstanding. They replaced two sliders, two bathroom windows and some windows in my family room. I’m so disappointed in this company. I’ve had 4 problems with my windows since installation — installed screens with rips, window tracks flooding with water because of improper drainage, vinyl framing coming unglued — and I always get excuses instead of timely responses and repairs. I’m still waiting for a call back to repair, again, the same framing that’s coming unglued less than 6 months after they glued it back into place. How shameful to have such ugly windows. I really wish I would have taken my business elsewhere, maybe my windows would look like they’ll actually last more than a few years.

I wish that legendary could do all of the construction work on my new home. The process from start to finish was fantastic. I appreciate a business who can do business over emails and phone calls with limited in house reviewing. With a busy life it is very hard to make time for companies to come to the house multiple times, and I like to be able to compare prices before getting somebody in the house . Benjamin is super easy to get ahold of and is very professional. He was timely in getting somebody out here after we had decided to do business together. On the day of installation the team showed up on time installed the doors, cleaned up as they went. I was amazed at how everything looked afterwards, it was almost like they had made no mess at all. Ive had lots of experience lately with contractors and with two small kids I can tell you how much of a relief it was to have a clean area immediately after they left and not cleaning up dust for days. After the team concluded with the project and showed me how to use our new beautiful doors, one of the team members called to answer any questions and ask how everything went. If youre looking for someone to put in new doors and windows on your home I highly recommend legendary for many reasons.

We had Legendary do all 25 windows in our house, a mix of single hung, single and double casement, and picture windows, as well as replacing 2 large sliding doors with collapsible folding doors. From the day that Scott came and started the sales process, it was a pleasant experience. Scott was always readily available to answer my questions as I compared the Legendary bid to 4 other vendors and manufacturers. He worked with me on the pricing when we were close on a similar but less responsive vendor. When Jason, the owner, came out several times through the process he was easy to work with, explained things well, and made me comfortable with giving his company my business, which was not a small investment. During the install, Miguel, Danny, and the rest of the crew were polite, cleaned up every day, and did an outstanding job all around. The final product looks great, and the house is quieter and cooler! We cant recommend Legendary enough, and will be using them again soon to replace our front entry door and windows as well!

Unbelievable service. Jason the owner was always readily available to answer any questions.. His employees, installers were super friendly and installed 30+ windows in less than a week without heavily disturbing my tenants. I interviewed 5 other companies until I decided on Legendary.They know the competitors pricing and came in with the best bid, arrived on time, did what they said they would do, cleaned up and left. I had a couple of windows not working correctly (too light of a spring to raise window). They came back the next day and replaced the parts.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any type of vendor and I’m 55 ! Sales rep actually got upset and lost his cool at me for no reason. I received quote for Millgard window and when I politely asked for quote for other brands they carry he lost his cool with me and said don’t want to waste our(Legendary)time. Be careful about asking to many questions because they will get very inpatient and they are only interested in high volume sales and will make the little guy feel non important. A cloak in sheeps clothing. Many other respectable window companies that will be pleased to supply me with all the windows I need.
