Very easy to deal with. I ordered a bracelet and it had a defective clasp. They told me they would send another one, with engraving and I would have it in 3 days. Very pleasant reps.🕺

Excellent selection, reasonable prices, and extraordinary service! The gentleman engraved a label for me in less than 20 minutes and both he and his colleague were very friendly and helpful. I wouldnt ever think of going any place else for engraving or to buy a classy gift. Highly recommended, indeed!

Had a few awards I needed to get done on a short deadline. Some of the products were not carried in store, however, Chelsea really helped us out by making a trip to the other store and inscribing the product over the weekend. Cant thank her enough! The products came out amazing too! Recommend this place for any company award products. Appreciate their excellent service, craftsmanship, and hard work!

Horrible service. Brought a time sensitive gift to be engraved. Needed it for a banquet the next afternoon. Guy on the phone assured us that it could be done and picked up at close. They said they would text as soon as it was finished. Waited all night for the text and never received one. I had to call them only to be told it was done but they were closing and had to be picked up in the morning which threw my next day into chaos.Complained about it when I picked it up today and the woman in the front with the dead eyes could barely muster an insincere and dry apology. We will never come back to this location again. Horrible customer service!

We went to things remembered today at around 6:00pm. we ordered an engraved clock and they told us it would be done in absolutely no later than 1 hour - 1 hour and a half. we come back at 7:28 pm SHARP and we ask about our order. apparently, the woman who promised to make our order left work and when we arrived, the other worker did not know about our order. she said they hadn’t even started. nevertheless, they promised it would be done in ten minutes. i am not giving a 1 star review bough because i know they have good quality and a high demand so they probably got busy or had a line of people.

Love this shop. If you want something a little different and personalised then this is the shop to visit. I have visited twice this year and on both occasions have managed to get a bargain

Apple store moved to side of target. I liked the old place better but thats just prob me.

I ordered 2 things here for my wifes birthday. They engraved one of them incorrectly. They said to return in 15 minutes. When I returned they hadnt even started it. Finally, 30 minutes later it was ready to pick up. I probably wont return or recommend it to anyone else either.

They helped me with engraving of push gift for my wife. The result is just perfect! They are the best!
