Went to Sherwin-Williams this week to pick up some paint. The sales associate was very helpful (it was very clear I has no idea what I was doing). I was able to order online and just do a pickup.It was very easy. The paint was good quality and Im happy we went with Sherwin-Williams.

Best staff in town, very helpful and quick

I’m really disappointed because my order was place and the employee (lady) didn’t let me pick up my order and according with the sign on the door and the website state that the store closes at 7:00pm and I got there at 6:55pm Because I was stuck in traffic so I called the store at 6:51 pm to let them know I was around the corner to please have my paint ready just for pick up. I really need my paint tonight because tomorrow I had to head out very early to Arizona so my plan was to drop off the paint at the side job tomorrow at 5am but thanks to her bad customer service I would be taking my business elsewhere.

They never kept there promises for paint damages to my carpet for not sealing the can correctly. 3 years later I stil my have this paint on my carpet in my truck. Floor may on passenger side destroyed. Spoke to manager, city manager and district manager and they all just never did anything. I have emails and texts states what they said and what they never did but they dont care they just ignore me. For the last 3 years

Unlike the large home improvement stores, yours is a paint specific retailer. If you have questions, need a color match, etc., I recommend Sherwin Williams all day long.
