This specific Haagen-Dazs is very tiny. It was crowded by four people only when we went it. Social distancing is impossible here. We didn’t like the tipping by embarrassment style: before you pay the machine asked if you wanna pay tip of 18 % or higher. We declined because serving yourself white the yogurt machine provides no justification for tip whatsoever. We tried the yogurt and it was ok and the midnight cookies 🍪 and cream and it melted immediately.

Banana splits sundae were the bomb. We really enjoyed them. The staff was super nice. She was all alone but to didnt get overwhelmed with the crowd. She just kept working. In spectrum center a very nice place. Has a giant ferris wheel. Very cool.

Its a small storefront that shares its space with frozen yogurt, but the staff were all friendly and everything was clean. and well lit. Through my mask I could smell the faint odor of fresh waffle cone and sweet cream, which is what an ice cream store should smell like. Also the ice cream was in good shape with no freezing over or signs of melting.

Stay away!!! Unless if you wanna get ripped off. 1 scoop of ice cream cost $10. Falls ads on the wall. The picture shows 2 scoops of ice cream comes on the waffle cone. But they charge 1.75 for the cones and 1.75 for sprinkles. And you walk away with 1 scoop of ice cream with little bit of sprinkles for 10 bucks. Never, ever come back to this overpriced place...

Below average service. I had to wait at least 2 mins for someone to appear out of the back.After serving us, it felt like I wasn’t welcomed to buy ice cream.

I liked the ice cream. I would like to visit again. Also the lawn near by is a perfect place to enjoy the ice cream.

This store has good location in Irvine Spectrum in front of the Center Giant Wheel. I was craving for ice cream in a hot summer day. If you are a fan of sorbet, you definitely dont want to miss out their mango flavor. Bom!I also tried the 2 flavors raspberry and coffee ice cream. These taste standard.The store service is standard as well. Overall, this place is good when you are craving for ice cream and it has good location, but not a place to go if youre looking to experience anything special.

All I wanted was a ice cream cone.. price on the chart said 5.95..fine... then once they scooped it.. they said it would be 1.85 extra for the cone... Told them I just want whatever cone is included for the 5.95 price.. was told none of the cones are included in you have to pay extra 4 any cone.. then fix your sign your cone is $8 then not5.95.. you guys are truly a joke staff was not friendly either.. but to be fair thats the norm for this shopping center.. guy was also touching his face and not wearing gloves

Hours of operation for Sunday are incorrect. My friend and I took a drive to the Spectrum for some Haagen-Dazs, come to find out they dont close at 11pm.

Courteous service and the ice cream was delicious.

Last night (7/17) my husband and I stopped in. Of course the ice cream was delicious. But the most surprising thing was the customer service. The gentleman who helped us was thoughtful, attentive to all customers, and everything he made was pristine and not hurried. The woman working was helping another family. This family informed her that their daughter wanted a mango sorbet and was allergic to dairy. Realizing the possibility of contamination, she opened a new mango sorbet for this girl. (This was her idea and not the request of the family.) This type of thoughtfulness and care is quite rare and was beautiful to see. Cant believe Im leaving such a long review for ice cream, but the employees last night deserve it.

I was happy to see non dairy option and selection of delicious sorbets! Definitely works for a 5 star! They also offer drinks and various toppings for your ice cream :)

Visited this store hoping to end the day on a good note with some ice cream, and instead I got a dulce sundae with more caramel than ice cream and bananas as well as Kelly’s attitude. Not only that, but it wasn’t very appetizing/sanitary to see her chew gum the entire time while she got the order ready.

They ran out of regular cones today, so you could only get specialty cones for an extra cost. The mini for my daughter was almost $7. The lady working there was only following her instructions. The owner needs to pay a bit of detail to inventory. Good ice cream, but expensive even for the Spectrum.
