We had an excellent experience with Laura at The Groves Home Sales. Laura was professional, always willing to help us identify the perfect property for us. We purchased a beautiful, large manufactured home in “The Groves” and we love it! Everyone in the office was very helpful and willing to go above and beyond to help us and support our purchase. We remodeled our home and it’s absolutely gorgeous! The community is outstanding, gated, amenities are amazing, with so many options as well as a beautiful clubhouse, pool, workout, putting range, lawn bowling, RV Parking, car wash, dog park, garden, workshop etc. The community is a hidden gem, with resort type living in Irvine. Such a value for living in the heart of OC! I have referred people to Laura in hopes some of our friends buy in here too!

Rude gate guards. Rude Real Estate Sales. You cant even go in and look around to see if it looks like a nice place.

Very positive experience...they also, sold my condo in Yorba Linda in less then then week....always available to help and answer questions when buying and afterThank you for all your help.

The front gate security is top notch. Very friendly people with a family oriented style.

They wouldnt sell anything to me here... But I guess thats given since Im not 55 or older =)On a serious note, wonderful staff at the gate and a warm community. If I was 55+ I would consider moving here...

These are GREAT! HOWEVER! NOTE TO MANAGEMENT: CHANGE THE NAME!!! THE GROVES TRAILER PARK DOES YOU NO GOOD!!!! WHO THE HECK WANTS TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH A TRAILER PARK????
