These guys are just simply amazing! Ive been buying cars from here for years and their customer service is awesome! If I ever have an issue with the vhcl they do all they can to get it fixed asap. Never disappoint.

Cristian was honest about the pros and cons of the car; told me exactly what had been done to make it more reliable; took the fear out of buying a used car; was willing to negotiate too which was important. My experience with him has been very good, he even attended to an issue which came up after I had the car; another family member has bought two from him with the same experience and my niece had her Volvo repaired there and was very pleased. Before you just go to a big dealer out of frustration give this guy a chance. One last thing, he has a lot more cars than are on his website.

Cristian, the owner, is an engineer and is great at diagnosis of trouble some issues as a result. He understands how things work and troubleshoots from that perspective. When I have a problem that I am not confident a mechanic will sort out, I bring it to Cristian. Saved me again today, there was no check engine light, but the car was not running right. Turned out to be the variable timing of the intake camshaft was faulty.

I’ve been dealing with Cristian at Synergy for a few years now. I’ve bought two cars through them and they were extremely helpful. I’m very wary of dealer finance places as my parents got involved with a lawsuit with one when I was younger - but Synergy is not like that. Reasonable, flexible, and he doesn’t carry cars he wouldn’t drive himself. He addressed and fixed issues I had with one car after a week and I’ve gone back to them for maintenance as well. You can also call them and tell them what you’re looking and they will start looking at what’s available to them to bring in for you. If you are buying a used car, I’d highly recommend them.

I bought a 2004 VW Beetle from Synergy for my high school daughter. The experience was wonderful and the owner was really great. I have not had any problems with the vehicle. I have referred several other people to him.

The biggest thing I can say about Synergy Motors and Cristian and that I can trust them. I know to me, trust is the most important feature in a dealer and person. I believe in Synergy so much so that I have purchase a vehicle for my wife, son and myself from Synergy.

Christian at Synergy came through a second time with selling my wife a great automobile! Used cars are exactly what they are, but Christian goes above the call of duty and offers assurance that if theres a problem to let him know and he will work things out. Fortunately, we have had great purchases from him! Our vehicles have had very minor things like oil change due and battery replacement but never any major issues! Thanks again Christian! My daughters car is next and guess where were buying it! Thats right! At Synergy Motors!

Great!I purchased a 07 Passat and a 07 Kia Van.My wife put 70,000 miles on the Van . I put about 50,000 miles on the Passat.Both vehicles were great.

Dont ever go here to buy a vehicle! This is the most dishonest dealership (actually only two guys) Ive ever seen and this is the most awful experience I can ever imagine!Bought the 06 Passat from here just 6 months ago but purchased another vehicle yesterday, why? Because this Passat is totally a wreck! The checking engine light goes on again and again since the first week I bought it. The guy told me he had fixed the problem every time I handled the car to him for a fix, but the light would just come on again. It turned out that he didnt fix it at all except shutting the light down!No wonder he would not fix it, when I took the car to Firestone last week, the mechanic there told me there were severe problems with the fuel pump and camshaft, which would cost $2000 to get fixed. Also, very bad manner! Very impatient when you call him about the problems once you paid for the car!The most unbelievable thing (also illegal I think) is that he changed the odometer! Right before he put the vehicle online for sale! The mileage should had been 70000+ instead of 50000+. I didnt know this until last week when I tried to trade it in to a big dealership.Stay away from this dealer! FAR AWAY!

I bought a 2005 Prius from Christian at Synergy Motors and I am very satisfied with my purchase. Initially, I was apprehensive about the life of the battery in the Prius and Christian assured me it was reliable and guaranteed it for up to a year. After a day of driving the Prius there were a couple minor issues that needed to be fixed, Christian asked me to immediately come back to the shop so he could fix the problems, which he did. I am confident that if I have any further issues he would address them, but I feel very secure about the mechanical integrity of the Prius as it is a very reliable car. I trust Christian and will definitely recommend Synergy Motors to any of my friends or family looking to purchase an older model vehicle.

I bought a 02 Volkswagon Jetta over 2 years ago at Synergy Motors...and my car still runs fine,, the car has not given me any major issues at all, other than a battery fuses type thing,,which when i reported the matter. the owner with no questions asked, told me to bring the car over to inspect it,,my car was fixed the same day.I do recommend to everyone buying a vehicle here.
