I am happy with the vehicle and the price. There was some confusion and errors in the financial terms but they were rectified to my satisfaction once I brought them to the attention of the Sales Manager.I would recommend this dealership because the Sales Manager took steps to resolve my issues even after the sale had been completed and I had taken delivery of the vehicle.

The young man in finance (Aaron?) needs to check his attitude. When it came time for dealing with my trade in and it required my daughters signature, I asked how we were going to do that since she lives in Oregon. He snapped that it needed to be done. I had to snap back and tell him that I was asking a serious question and would like an answer. THAT was the only bad thing about the whole experience in dealing with Don Herring Mitsubishi.

Great experience with the Service Team. First off Chase was super helpful in quoting me prices and working with my limited car knowledge, as well as was super friendly in person when I brought it in. I brought my car in for an inspection and to get my brakes done because I was told during the state inspection that I needed them done. Turns out, I did not need brakes, and Kevin called to let me know that and worked with me to get the best price on what ACTUALLY needed to be done. Turn around time was great too.10/10 Great Service

I paid new car price for a car that turned out to have 6000 miles but was told I would still get full warranty.2 years later the AC went out on car. Service dept. charged $290 just to look at car and diagnose. I was told AC compressor was bad and they don’t have the compressor for the Mitsubishi I bought from this Mitsubishi dealership, and they would have to special order this part with no ETA and it would be over $2000 for the part. I didn’t feel very appreciated when leaving the car picking it back up or with any employee interaction.

I have always been skeptical about what dealers say in ads, but I have to tell ya our experience with Don Herring was great. We had been stalling for weeks on going to purchase a new vehicle. Well, did the application on Wednesday, 5/5 got a call to come in and finalize everything! You would think finalize means I provide my documents and I would be driving off in my new car? Nope, wasn’t the case at all. Got the run around, blah blah blah oh the banks are closed now. We will call you Thursday, 5/6. I didn’t hear from them Thursday or Friday. Call today Saturday 5/8, oh the manager should be calling you shortly with the details! Nope still haven’t heard anything! No worries!! If we can’t do business at least call you’re customers back! 2022 Honda Accord Sport!!! Super happy! I guess some things work out for the best!!

I went to this dealership thinking they be able to help me. Well I went about a month ago till this day I haven’t heard anything back from them. I keep leaving messages for my sales guy to call me and yet no call back. Then when I call they tell me his busy or that they will make sure that he calls me back again still waiting. If you couldn’t help then say so instead of ignoring customers then they wonder why customers get so upset and leave bad reviews. I wouldn’t recommend going there if you want to be ignored.

I went yesterday to get my oil change and was told i would get a car wash as well. Well an hr and a half later no wash and i guess they did the oil change if they lied about carwash who knows if they lied about oil change.Update: So Kevin the service manager called me and apologized about the service i was given and offered to make things right. I was able to send my boyfriend to go get it washed and detailed. He brought it home looking great! Kevin definitely made me feel like he cared and had great customer service! Im very happy

I had the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car. My salesman was Charles who was awesome got me what I needed. I would definitely recommend anyone interested in buying a car to stop by Don Herring Mitsubishi and ask for Charles.. There warranties are great the Power Tran warranty is not your normal 100,000 miles is extended for as long as you own it, but only good at there dealerships. Also for the first year if you get any door dings or any small dings they will fix free and any rocks that ding the wind shields they will repair the for the 1 st year. I don’t how long it’s been since I bought a car and they filled it up with gas. Well’ Don Herring did!!! That’s was so awesome 😎 Keep up the great customer service. Gave me 5x value for my trade in compared to Don Davis Nissan in Arlington. Warranties here are much better (3x value) better than Nissan as well. No I didnt have a bad experience at Nissan- Nissan just isnt worth a dime, nor your time, come here instead.

Love coming to this location to have all my car service needs, I feel as they are being honest with me, accurately diagnosing repairs that are needed and not feeling pressured. They greet you by name showing that they care to know you and just that would make me never take my car elsewhere.
Even after being promised that my service indicator would be properly reset, the indicator was not correctly reset. The indicator does not count mileage like it should, this is the third time I have had an issue with this reset procedure. I told the service manager that this is a recurring issue. He assured me he would personally verify that this was correctly done, it was not correctly done. I feel that I have reason to question if the work is being done to factory standards.

I dont know who actually did the install, but Kevin made sure I was taken care of and driven to and from work by Javier, who was a very safe driver.Kevin and Javier were both extremely kind and courteous.

The guys at Irving are absolute life savers. I had work done to my car at another body shop. It was so horrible! The guys at DH did an assessment on my car to see what the issue was. Fixed it right the first time. My family owns Mitsubishi’s. I recommend these guys to them every time, for all their car needs. Even though it’s a 45 minute drive from my house. I still commute because I know my car will be handled correctly and I will not have issues.

I was satisfied with the oil change and the alignment that was done. I also got the works car wash and cleaning and was very disappointed in it. It looked like they used the same cloth that was used to polish the dash on the windows. An oily film was left on windows that is hard to see through. The cup holders were left dirty along with the inside door handles. The dash was left all streaked and looked like the polish was sprayed on and left without wiping. The carpet was still dirty on the passenger side. Chances are we will not be doing here again since this was the second time doing thus service at this location.

I tried to buy a car remotely. I messaged my internet sales person for 4 days requesting a video of the car just to see it before I purchased the car. On the 4th day they finally got me the video. I made an offer on the car about an hour later. A couple of hours later they messaged me back that the car sold the day before. VERY disappointed.
I was told that I was pre-approved over the phone by the internet manager and when I arrived I never met with the person that told me I was pre-approved.. I met with another sales person and when I asked the question as to why a 3 year old car was as much as a new one a sales manager came out and tried to fast talk me and tell me that it wasnt but there were added charges.. Do not recommend because the credit amnesty program is just a ploy to get you in there.. never again.

Was not told about credit amnesty and the 4500 dollar down pay assist turned into 8500 dollar down payment with 600 dollar a month payment. Will NEVER go to Don Herring again nor will I recommend any one. Very disappointed!!!!! Did not meet person I had appointment with. Went to the Irving location.
