These people made an oil change on my Truck about 4 weeks ago, i noticed it was a leak under the car and check, well, what happened they couldn’t change the oil filter and when did try to loose it the mess it up and now it is a leak trough the filter, very dishonest people, be aware. 10/27/21

I went to get my AC checked bc it was not as cold as it use to be the year before. They diagnosed it to find the small leak at the compressor. They say they can add freon and it will last rest of year but then I have to refill it next year. But they found my compressor for cheap and in stock. So I decided to go with the permanent fix. While at it, I asked how much for cabin air filter - they installed it for free. Anyway, A year later and it is still cold, so I had to write this review.

My ac was out for 2 years and all it needed was freeon! Good service and was in and out quickly! I would recommend going to this place ! Very friendly and good

Easy place with friendly service. I needed an oil change and to replace a gas cap. Magic was his name? Anyway, he made a phone call and they were able to have a gas cap delivered then and there. No need to come back later.Another plus if you like Laos food is that Nalinh is within walking distance so theres no need to just sit in a lobby wasting your time.

****BEWARE OF THE OWNER****Called due to seeing an add in Groupon to get more details and the owner answered VERY rudely and said he’s no longer taking Groupon and that he canceled everyone of them so he doesn’t know why it’s on there. First of all, as the owner if I you didn’t have the bandwidth to do the work you should’ve never created the Groupon. Secondly, you should’ve confirmed it was down the day you requested it that way you wouldn’t get so frustrated and speak rudely when potential customers call. Even though you weren’t accepting the Groupon I still needed my brakes fixed. But due to your lack of customer service I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Helpful on the phone, but do not call your customers sweetie in a condescending tone. I guarantee not a single person would enjoy that from a mechanic. 🙃

I found this place on groupon, I was skeptical because of other reviews. But let me tell you they were very professional and friendly. They changed my brakes and explained everything I needed to know. They didnt take advantage because I was a woman and I was able to meet MANY of their recurring customers. I felt like I was family having discussion with the owner.The only reason why I didnt rate 5 stars was because they were busy and forgot the screws on the passenger brake that caused scraping. BUT as soon as I called (after hours) the mechanic came to my home to fix it within an hour. Very very professional.They were very apologetic and confirmed their work has a warranty.I found a new shop I trust!!

I am happy I found their mobile mechanic to service our fleet. They know how important down time is to us and get our commercial trucks repaired within 24 hrs. And what is so great they can do it roadside so we avoid the towing cost.They repaired our radiator leak, alternator, and even rebuilt the transmission at a great value.

Good place fast and efficient. Got my transmission serviced oil changed. Would recommend it to anyone needing service or repairs.

I went for an oil change and the owner and brother took care of it in a timely manner. I also had a coolant leak, they repaired it with a clamp at no extra charge. Def recommend this place!

My husband and I went here to get new brake pads on my 2016 Ram. The gentleman (who turned out to be the owner) was honest about what my truck needed and didn’t need. I’ve gone to get front and rear brakes replaced for my wife’s 2014 Nissan Pathfinder and my son’s 2013 Nissan Sentra—the price was very affordable compared to local dealerships. I will be taking my Altima once those need to be replaced (wish I would have found this place sooner)!

First of all, the service was five star. I brought my Mercedes Benz SL500 for minor repairs and found that I was able to save hundreds compared to the dealer. Magic, a ASE Certified Master Technician was more than able to answer my questions which proved to be extremely helpful. While waiting a short time I observed Ali and the other technicians working on a lot of different makes and models. If you want no haggle service I recommend that you stop in for anything minor or major. You wont be disappointed.

I paid lots ~5300 to Magic to REBUILT engine and transmission. I bought new parts too. They only did half of the job. They only did the engine well.After paid. and complaint several times about speed, ( RPM are 4-5 at 60mph) they just changed the sensor of the transmission. The owner is nice, but Magic is manipulative and lier. He contradict himself “ I changed your transmission for other is there “ when he supposed to rebuilt it. they did nothing to the transmission when I left the car in the shop several times they did not fix the problem right. Something was better but after 3 hr driving is was the same. They kept saying is under warranty it runs well. Car is like a turtle when I try to raise speed forcing the engine. Estafadores!

Changed my rotors and brake pads a few months back. The bolts on my Jeep gave them issues but they didn’t give up, worked hard and got it back to me as soon as possible. And they’re all super nice, great customer service. Thanks!

This is a little hole in the wall place, but they are great. As a women I feel like every where I go Im hassled to buy more but here, they just do what needs to be done. Affordable I got both front and back breaks done for 170$ I will go back for sure.

I got off at 6pm on a FREEZING cold night and had to rush over for an oil change. Anas allowed me to get service on my car even though they were closed. He couldve easily turned me away because of their hours and it being cold but he displayed amazing customer service by taking care of my car. On top of this he gave me a discount and did additional work on my car free of charge. I will always come here

I highly recommend Fix & Drive. I live in Dallas and because the owners are so knowledgeable and honest I have no problem taking my car to Irving. They have worked on my car and my daughters car and and have the best prices and most reliable and most of all tbey are honest.

Magic, my technician, did a great job. I came in for a broken water pump and he replaced it in the same day I dropped it off. later, due to an unrelated issue, he also replaced my head gaskets on my car at a reduced rate. Honestly I recommend his shop to everyone, he does great work, is honest and fair in his dealings and prices and is prompt in delivering on his work.

This shop does not know anything about mechanics or cars diagnostics. I went there to fix my car. According to their diagnostic they did, I had a leak in the muffler and they added few screws to my muffler and charged me $45. They told me to test drive the car and come back. After I came back telling them that nothing happen and the problem is still there. The Mechanic told me to come back later on because he is busy after they charged me. I came back again, they told me to come back again. I called later to make appointment, I was told they are busy.The worst part is here, after several visiting to their freaking shop, they sent me to another shop who charged me another $ 200 for work that should not be done.Finally I could find a good mechanic who told me that the problem in my car was there no oil in the transmission and because I drove it for a while the transmission went bad; Therefore, I paid another $800 to fix it.The mechanic at this shop knows nothing about car’s mechanics. Be careful when you they advise you or before they charge you. IF you have a problem in your tire, they will fix the trunk.

Great service, reasonable price, the owner very honest, nice and respectful, never go anywhere else. They work on all kind of cars. They fix my BMW and it runs silk and smooth.

I started taking pictures under hood and underneath car after too many things started going wrong with car after going to this place. I noticed that several parts had been swopped out for bad parts. I also noticed that I had no sign of leaking just before I went in be sure enough i had a bad leak after i left this shop. Yeah hell give a discount on car repair but hell also give you a reason to need to come back for repairs the next day. It took me several visits and several hundred dollars to catch onto what was happening. Now i have to pay someone else to fix everything that I had already paid him to fix that he only temporarily fixed. I have to buy new parts to replace the old parts he put on car that were new when i took car to him. Like i wouldnt be able to tell that an old part was put on my car to replace a recent new part i had someone else put on before i brought my car to him. I knew something had to be wrong when his other workers kept trying to block my view or distract me from what he was doing. Now i have evidence how i had new parts going in but old parts after i left. I plan on taking him to court after i finish getting car fixed to sue for total it cost me to undo what was done to my car.

Fast, well priced, honest. What more could you ask for.I went to the shop to get all my brake pads replaced. He was going to charge me 150 which I thought was a great price. Halfway through replacing brake pads he walked into the office for what I thought was going to be the stereotypical bad news moment, but instead he told me that my back brakes were good and that he just needed to repair my front ones. He couldve just lied and charge me for all of them I wouldnt have known. It took less than an hour to fix them up. It was the best mechanic experience Ive ever had and I will definitely be returning in the future for car troubles.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I bought groupon to for one axle brake pad. They sold me front and rear brake pad once I showed up ( which is okay). But night mare started after they touched my car for brake service. 8 visits to the store to fix the brakes. They eventually put new drums. I spent $400 on brakes. It never got fixed. I still have the noise in my brake ( that was the original issue I took the car for) . Save you money and time.. Take your car to somewhere else.

Anas took care of my car in a fast and professional manner. He was knowledgeable and offered great advice on my car repair. I will return in the future.

They advertise 17.99 oil change with 4 quarts. They got my car in the air, emptied the oil then told me I needed 2 xtra quarts and the new price is 34.99. They need to take a business ethics class. I wont be back.

Do NOT go here! I paid $18 for an oil change last month and I had someone check out my car today and said I need a oil change very badly. So that means these guys either didnt change my oil or just used the left over oil I already had an reused it. Very disappointed. Cant trust many places.
