They are very prompt in their work & take care of your vehicle needs as much as a car dealer service does. They give you advice and share their honest opinion on anything required right away or can be taken care next time when your vehicle is due for service. I took my Honda Accord for brake pads replacement and service & tire rotation & when balancing. Now my car runs smooth. Sent my cousin for his car wheel balance, they fixed the repair which we thought was a big one & would cost us a bomb. It was a simple screw loose that was causing oil leak & he was super happy. Also their pricing is super cheap.

I brought my own parts and they installed it for me. Slotted and drilled rotors and ceramic brake pads, they did it for pretty cheap and good work too. They didn’t mess up my wheels that are dipped and they took good care of my car.

Brought my 2015 Volkswagen Passat in because I had a cracked radiator. Joe was super friendly and professional, quoted me lower than the other two shops I had brought it in to, and got the work done quickly. I brought my car in a few days ago to be checked because it was making an unusual noise that appeared to be related to the transmission. (By the way, I am a novice when it comes to auto research and repair.) I eventually checked the transmission fluid and discovered that the last technician used too much fluid. However, I wanted to explain the issue to a mechanic and have them double-check the fluid level.The gentleman who helped me (I think his name was Jabbar) was professional and thoroughly explained what he was doing as he worked. He checked the transmission fluid and validated what I noticed and also checked other fluids. He drained the transmission fluid to the proper level, added engine coolant, and added windshield washer fluid.I had peace of mind knowing that someone knowledgeable checked out my car and was honest and charged a very reasonable amount for the minimal work needed. I am thankful that I stopped in to try this shop out. I will be going back for future services. Thank you!

I was gassing up my vehicle and glancing over to the shop when I noticed a uniformed employee move a customer vehicle from inside [being worked on] to outside [storage until customer returns].I cant help but mention the vehicle abuse. He floored the gas pedal for 10 feet and abruptly stopped.Im never taking my vehicle to this location after seeing what is done behind the scenes. They may fix the original issue but joy rides, bumper cars, drag races and donuts are not part of the listed services offered here. So please treat peoples property better than you would treat your own.Perhaps there is only one bad apple but where was his supervisor? This offender was around 6ft tall, thin and dark skin dark hair. Age was mid 20s.While typing this review I noticed a second car had been moved outside. Im not seeing any cars get locked.Valley Ranch Automotive PLEASE RESPOND.

I am so happy I came here today. Joe was such an amazing help. Came in to get my inspection, but my license plate light wasn’t working and my trunk wouldn’t open without being opened from crawling thru the car. Joe said it was probably the wiring so he checked it and fixed it. Before I got it looked at and was told it was the trunk latch and would cost me $300 to fix. I’m so grateful Joe was honest and fixed my trunk brake light, license plate light, and trunk button to open it for $80 by fixing the wiring. Got my inspection done as well. Him and his other employee are very kind and knowledgeable. Everything was done in a very timely manner as well especially with it being a Saturday. I will definitely come to them for any cars issues I may have in the future.

Went in for state inspection. The owner was extremely professional and courteous. He took me in 20 minutes before they closed to get me taken care of. We even chatted about my custom led setup and I told him where to find it! I would recommend for state inspections for sure!

Not a good place for state inspection, went for inspection and got my key safety fuses blown up which controls doors and sensors. Had to spend couple of hundreds with authorized dealer to test all electronics and change fuse

I had been checking around for prices to get a clutch replacement. The quotes I were getting were more than I had expected. Frustrated I googled average cost for that make model and sure enough it confirmed the quotes I was getting. Feeling defeated I committed to the closest one on my map, I would go the next morning. Being lazy, I happened to call one more place, Valley Ranch Automotive. A genuinely kind man named Joe gave me an estimate lower than the lowest estimates I had seen online and that he could start right away. It turned out the route was much safer than the one I had intended (my car being in the condition that it was) and when I got there Joe honored the quote he gave me on the phone. I brought my bike, intending to ride it the mile or so back home. It started pouring rain by the time I had done the paperwork so I was just kinda waiting for the rain to stop which was nowhere in sight when the only mechanic he had working went to his boss Joe and asked if he could give me a ride home. This nice man whose name I will not attempt to spell stuffed my wet greasy bmx bike into his BMW m5 and drove me home. This whole experience is what keeps my spirit full. I am instantly a dedicated customer and there is no other shop that Ive encountered I would even consider doing business with in the future. I strongly recommend this shop even if you have to go out of your way, they are 100% worth it bc they will go out of their way for you.

WARNING! My experience here may be unique, but I would not advise giving this company your business.I brought in my car to have them run a general inspection. They ended up quoting me over $600 worth of work and told me that my car manufacturer warranty had expired. The next day, I took the car to a dealership, where not only was I informed that my warranty was fine, but also that the fix needed was a simple one that only cost me $60.I would not recommend giving this company your business.

History of great service for a couple of years handling a/c repair, belt and oil changes and was 5 stars. Unfortunately I recently was unable to get a verbal quote after multiple attempts to replace drip molding. I dont live close-by anymore, so they lost my business to Texas Body Works on Midway (and dont get your parts from Lewisville Toyota!)

This is an honest repair shop. I brought an aftermarket part to be installed on my truck and we thought it would be a simple quick job and they quoted me a price for one hour. It ended up taking much longer. They called and said it would be an extra hours charge but at the end of the day it took them 4-5 hours of work and they only charged me for two. I offered multiple times to pay for the amount of work they performed and they refused saying they quoted me a price and they were sticking by it.

Engine check light was on n was due oil change.. took my car n told the same, they changed oil n said come later n scared me engine may have issue..If engine had issue u should look into it on that day not just do oil change...The price of oil went up every time I spoke to him, it started at $45, then 55 n finally when I gave cash took $60.. I asked him n no explanation n no invoice.. just money spinning yard!!!

I believe they would do some decent job, but I did not feel their professionality. I have asked the tire rotation (swap the front and rear tires), but did not do it. They simply forgot to do it.Got the refund right away as soon as I reported it.

The board saying we charge x dollars just to take the car in the bay...Second thing ...the coldness...felt the person I was talking to was not interested in understanding my car problems but was more keen about how much can he make from me...I was told by my friends that there are two guys ...one of them is really good...probably I met the other guy...this is almost a month ago

Great Service, 5 Months before changed Struts after few days started to hear cranky noise whenever car run over a dip. When to FS and they said its because of struts. I went Valley ranch automotive for wheel bearing change, they checked and identified that cranky sound is because of Lower arm and there is no issue on struts . They changed bearing and Lower arm. NOW there is NO cranky sound and I got my CAR back to normal . Thank you guys :)

I have 93 infiniti j30, which was having problem because it was dropping RPMs and lurching while at a stop sign. This was our first time in the Auto Shop and I feel like we were fairly treated, kept in the loop and had no surprises. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-service focused. When they tell me a repair needs to be made, I know for sure it needs to be made.I was one helluva wrench when I was younger and usually know when someone is telling me fairy tales.I would recommend them to anyone.

My 2005 Nissan Quest had few major repairs.Had check engine light for camshaft sensor,needed catalytic converter.Front struts and lower control arms.Brake jobs,oil change and state inspection.Had some body damage like dents.All these repairs was done with Valley Automotive for very reasonable price and timely manner.Not a brand name organised shop but very friendly and honest.Does good job.I do recommend everyone to go and save money.

Avoid this place.. they dont diagnose the correct problem in my car. He said there is issue in oxygen sensor and asked for $400. When I went to the other shop they said no problem with the sensor.. there was a minor issue in the car. Had very bad experience. Will never go again this place

Went to get my car inspected. Very polite employee and fast service.

I went in for an oil change and brought my own synthetic oil and (wix xp) oil filter. Theres a sign out front right now that says oil change for $19.95 (regular price $24.99). They tried to charge me $24.99 even though I brought my own oil and filter. I argued that I should just pay for labor and said I wouldnt pay more than the price on the sign (which includes oil and a filter). I agreed to that price, so I cant complain about paying an unfair amount. The service techs seemed nice, but the man in charge of ringing me up was lazy and unhelpful. I insisted on paying before I left so I wouldnt come back to pick up my car and have them try to charge me differently.

If you need work done on your car, please consider Valley Ranch Automotive. I think youll also find that someone you can trust makes the experience of car repair much less stressful and taxing.

-----------AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR SAFETY------------Brought in a Mini Cooper for a simple oil change and annual inspection. I received a call after 30 minutes asking me how to open the hood! Then they couldnt find an oil filter for the car. After paying for the inspection and oil change without a new filter, the car almost caught on fire the following day and had to be towed to dealership. They informed us in writing that the filter was installed incorrectly and oil leaked into engine tray and flooded the bottom of the engine. I called them and provided number for dealership to handle, they started playing games by stating that they cant verify the workmanship of the dealership and they refused to take responsibility for their mistake! Luckily, the car warranty handled most of the related expenses and we paid for the balance.AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY AND YOUR CAR...........

We brought our Nissan Altima 2009 to this place and luckily met Jabbar (Joe). As we were new to this place and country, I was very scared with the costs of auto repair. But Jabbar helped us quickly with our check engine light and told us the issue. We also got our break pads changed, he charged us very fairly. Now we always visit to Jabbar for any issues with our car. I would highly recommend this place and Jabbar for your cars. He is very kind, honest and helpful. Crooked mechanics. I was out of sight, but within hearing range when they said my car had a blown headgasket anf was spewing white smoke. It did not have that problem when I left it. When I confronted them the Manager Tom said not to listen to the thing his workers said. I got my car outta there and found a better mechanic. Turns out they were tinkering with the engine and my car over heated.

I had some minor body damage to a newer model vehicle and I came to Valley Automotive on the 18th of December seeking repair. I was told parts for my car would be ordered the next day and that I could expect to bring my vehicle in the following Monday or Tuesday to begin repair. Tuesday came and went and I heard nothing from the shop. I assumed this was due to the approaching holidays..no big deal. I grew frustrated when I had not heard anything from the shop on 12/28, more than a week after the parts had been ordered. I called the shop and the gentleman that answered acted like he had no clue who I was or what I was talking about. He said he would find out and we hung up. A few hours later he calls me back and says the parts will be available within 2-3 days. It was obvious they had not ordered the parts, as a friend that works for the Ford house stated that it should not take 2 weeks to receive the parts I needed. I finally brought my vehicle in for repair on the morning of January 4th and I was told it would take about 2 days to finish the job. I am a nurse and I work night shift so I had to rent a vehicle. That same afternoon at about 4p.m., I drove by the shop on my way home after picking up my rental and noticed my car was sitting outside in the shop parking lot and had not been touched. I was incredibly annoyed, as I could have saved a days worth of money on my rental had I known they werent going to begin repair until the day AFTER I dropped it off. Again, I assumed that they were just probably very busy and didnt think much of it. I didnt hear anything from the shop by Thursday, 2 days after I was told my vehicle would be ready, so I called to get an update. I was told my vehicle would not be ready until late Friday evening, so I called and extended my rental. I had not heard anything from the shop on Friday, so I called for another update. I was told that the shop manager had not yet arrived and the gentleman that answered the phone knew nothing about the status of my vehicle. He assured me that the manager would contact me as soon as he arrived. Again, Friday evening comes and I hear nothing from the shop. I call back and they say my car will be ready in half an hour. I had worked the night before and stayed up all day waiting for my car to be finished so that I could return my rental ASAP and avoid being charged for another day. By the time my vehicle was ready, I was exhausted and I had already missed the opportunity to return my vehicle without being penalized, so I told the shop that I would pick my vehicle up the following morning. I returned my rental this morning and went to the shop to pick up my vehicle. I have never been more dissatisfied with body work in my life! The work they did was awful. They did not repair all the damage that we had initially discussed and the quality of the work they did do was terrible. The mechanic I spoke to this morning was very apologetic and admitted the work was terrible. He stated that they send vehicles that require body work to a different shop and that the shop had done poor work on the last 3 vehicles they sent. WHY would you send a customers vehicle to this shop if you know they do terrible work?! He wanted me to leave my vehicle with them a few more days so that they could send my car back to the shop and have the work improved. Are you kidding me? Ive already payed for a rental three days longer than necessary, and you want me to leave my car with you for 2 more days, requiring me to pay for another rental, with a body shop that is notorious for doing low quality work? No thanks! I returned later in the day to speak with the owner, Karim, for resolution of the issue. His proposal? Leave the vehicle with us for another 3 days to improve the repair and a $200 discount, which would not even cover the cost of the last rental. I just took my car to another body repair shop and they cant believe that this guy charged me $1,000 for the work they did. They have agreed to fix Valley Automotives mess for a fair price.

Left my vehicle with these guys. Apparently they put some type of sealant into my radiator and charged me 270.00 to release my vehicle. And they were too busy to give me the receipt after I picked up my vehicle. Days after they other excuses while they couldnt furnish a receipt. Crooks! Karma will catch up with them in due time!

I’ve been here waiting since 8:00 am right now is 10:15 am and the workshop is still closed. The Irresponsability of the personal is bad for the schedule and repairing your car. Don’t go here please. The personal’s responsibility sucks.

This is in regards to Mr Hinata Yuu, why dont you tell the whole story, you brought your car in and wanted it looked at and diagnosed for free! Any car with issues can over heat while being looked at. As a tech, or as a customer, you should tell the true story!
