Customer service not good here employees will greet but communication after is poor. Once they are ready for you to pay they hand you receipts walk away before your given a chance to ask anything

Poor service both times I went, I wont be going back again. Sat in my car in front of the bays for a full half an hour, no one even approached the vehicle. Thinking I was supposed to park and go inside, I did that, and stood at the desk for another full half hour. No one so much as said hello. Finally I flagged someone down (you would have thought I ruined his day) and he said pull around then walked away. The last straw was someone else showing up an hour after I had, and they immediately pulled her car into the bay and announced oil change, all the while no one had even taken my keys from me. Complete waste of time.Absolutely embarassing customer service, not a shred of dignity or professionalism among them

This is a great place to get work done on your car. I had just moved to TX and needed the state inspection done for my car registration. I used a Groupon for my oil change and was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Fast, easy, and honest mechanic. Will definitely return.

Took about 45 minutes showing up at 8:15 am on a Friday. They use Valvoline, which is good. Nice waiting area and restroom on site, otherwise there are a number of fast food and taco places in the area if you need to kill time and grab a bite.

Went for an inspection and the guy looked at my tires and said he won’t accept me and left. Went to the shop down the road and got approved no problem. They didn’t even mention my tires. This guy was one lazy dude

I went in for an oil change. They were courteous and service was fast. The waiting area was clean & inviting.

Not the best service I’ve had. When I got there, the sign says to pull in. So I pulled in, and the guy that was there was complaining loud that I had pulled in. So I pulled back out, and there was nowhere to park out where I was told to wait. Thankfully another guy came and got my keys and did the oil change. The place could use some better organizing.

Had my wifes air-conditioned fixed for $348.00 then it blew super cold air and the next day we had to take it back because it blew warm air, they said it was a valve and then had the nerve to charge us another $70.00 when they should have fixed it the first time. I do not recommend this place to anyone they B.S you to get more money!

I like this place I got my inspection yesterday they took me and they were going to close in about 20 minutes they saved me a lot of time of not having to go later in the week. They did not try to upsell me thats a good thing I wish they had a punch card for each time that you visit so that you may receive a free oil change on your 10th visit as did the previous owners provided

My ac blet came off. I bought a new ones the guys at Kwik Kar put the belt in no time I barely set down it was done.

Ive been doing business here for over 8 years and theres a reason for that. Though its mostly oil changes, they get it done and faster than expected. The times that I have come in for other work, they were honest, professional and extremely skilled. I dont normally do these, but if a place deserves it then i want people to know. This is the place to go if you need honest hard working people who will do whats needed to take care of you and your car. A+

Went for an oil change a few months ago. They had me standing around for 30 minutes so they could set up a presentation on why I needed about $400 worth of useless procedures on my car. Do not recommend.

The only place I’ve gotten my oil changed in the last few years and I’ve never had any issues with that. I did do my front breaks there earlier this year and after a week they were grinding very loud. They replaced them no problem and they’ve been fine since.

Went because check engine light was on. I was told transmission and 2700 to fix. Took to eagle transmission and was told its perfectly fine. SMH.

Me and my husband took our cars in at the same time to get them inspected. They finished the inspections in about 15 - 30 minutes, not too bad. We pay for both inspections and leave, figuring that both cars passed inspection. When we got home, I took a look at the inspection sheet to find out that my car didnt pass inspection for a little low power steering fluid and belt condition. I dont care about the money of the inspection, they did perform a service. What I didnt like is that they didnt have the decency to tell me that my car didnt pass.I may be a woman, but I do know my way around cars and know that this place out right lied about the belt because I had it replaced a few months back and the power steering fluid was fine. So I took it to another place and it passed inspection without making any changes to my car.This place is a huge scam! I will let the BBB as well as the state of Texas know about their practices.

Ive been taking both my cars here. Very professional, quick service and they know what they are doing. They are a little more pricey than I like but they are walking distance to my house. Hard to beat that.

My truck died at the gas station across the street from this business. A Kwik Kar Rep/mechanic named James went completely out of his way to help me out. He ran over with a Portable Jumper which did not work and proceeded to run back and drive his Own car back to jump my truck and get it going. He even tested my battery to make sure the alternator was working and that only the battery was indeed faulty.He offered to replace it but I didnt have money at the time to buy a battery. He told me not to worry about it and come back later if I wanted to. I just want to remark that businesses like this truly Thrive because of guys like James. It is hard to find people so dedicated and honest that go out of their way to lend a helping hand. I got my car fixed locally because it died again by my home. If I had lived closer to this Kwik Kar I would have definitely returned just because James was there.If there is any reason Anybody should come here its because the customer service is truly genuine. I wasnt even a Customer and I was treated like I was and wasnt able to give anything at the time. I hope someone reads this and gives this place recognition for the exceptional service. Thank you James. A++ all the way.

I have been doing my oil changes and inapections at this location .. Always had the best care for my cars. . Roy was actually the one gave the best service. So i did go last week to fimd out his gone.. And did not get a good service.. Where did he go??

They charged my mom $120 for a oil change and an air/cabin filter change. Took advantage of her because she doesn’t know much about cars. $50 for a cabin filter that costs $10 is crazy! Never letting her come back here! Horrible scammers!

This establishment took care of me right away when it seem like they had cars to the road. They were extremely careful with my truck while doing an oil change. I was also informed and showed things that might needed later attention down the road. Awesome, polite and professional customer service along with being military friendly. Great job.

We always get our vehicles inspected here. They do our oil changes too. They recently did a brake job on our truck and we couldnt believe how much better the truck handled. They have fresh coffee and water for customers. The restroom was very clean. It is so refreshing to find a clean restroom anywhere these days. We have had many services done here. Every time we were satisfied. They replace wipers, air filters and many other things. The waiting time is minimal. That is important to us. The prices are competitive. We believe the quality is awesome so overall it is a great place with a great value.

Went to get my brakes replaced along with 2 front rotors and my truck is more dangerous to drive than before. Almost threw me off the road. They will not touch my truck ever again. Its a shame they try so hard to sell parts but dont know how to install them properly.

This place used to be an amazing car repair shop that I had been coming to for years, but unfortunately it is now under new management and reeks of a scam operation. You go in for one thing and once they have your car they try to sell you on a bunch of other unnecessary repairs. They will call the more expensive suggested repairs critical and act like your car will fall apart if they let you drive it for one more mile. Reminds me of Jiffy LubeEverything is also now very overpriced. Their oil changes are pushing $50 and engine air filters are $25, but somehow my total came out to $160 for just those 2 items?? They are also no longer honoring the punch cards or any previous coupons you may have been emailed that had not yet expired.And its obvious that since they took over several weeks ago they are paying people to write positive reviews or getting their employees to do it. For many of the recent 5 star reviews, the reviewers have never written another review before, and oddly similarly rave about being a new customer for life and/or how amazing Alexis was, even though all she does is check you out at the end. Also, she had no idea how to use the computer system and had to constantly ask for help with it.This store is NOT the same place it used to be. Save yourself the hassle and find a new go-to car repair shop!Like Share

We change the oil, they receive your car and in a short time it is ready, very good service!

So you figure that when you tell an employee and the manager that a bay doesnt work they would put an out of service sign!!This Kwik kar operates the car wash, so here is a review. The thrash buckets are always overfilled, the brushes on the bays are worn so bad you risk injuring your paint, the soap is so diluted it just fizzles away, hardly any floor mat hangers work, the vacuum are broken and clogged. This is not one time, this is always, a constant problemFinally got sick and tires of it one day when the brush would not dispence soap. So I went to the Kwik kar oil change 5 minutes before closing. The place was closed, but someone came out and told me ask for a manager the following dayIt left my truck dirtier than when I started. So you figure that when you tell an employee and the manager that a bay doesnt work they would put an out of service sign. So the next day I went and asked for the manager. The guy came out and straight up asked me, so what do you want, no apology, didnt ask for any details, didnt check the bay, nothing. The manager just walked away and left me standing there. So I follow him and he gets into the car wash service are and hands me quarters. Really, how about a out of service sign on the bay. A lot of people dont know that the car wash is operated by Kwik kar. Here are some awesome photos! This car wash used to be good, Ive used it since my fist car. I am 30 and half now.

Fixed my car quickly & has been working great ever since.

I normally take my car to the bald guy with the tattoos on his head over at beltline (cant remember his name) but I was running late today and had to make a stop closer to home, not only did these guys do a great job and get me lubed up quickly, but their pit manager informed me of a major oil leak I wasnt aware of. Very happy with my visit today! Both Kwik kar locations get my business any time I need service on my lowrider!

EDITHere are some examples of why I rated this low. They told me that my air filters should be replaced, despite them still being good for quite awhile. When they showed me the list of service prices, they gave me that sheet for an entirely different reason. Please update your customer information. That was at the top of the sheet. No mention of the prices at the bottom, but that is what the manager pulled out when he was telling me that they had shown me the prices. Unethical or not, the prices are still too high.ORIGINALThe customer service was good, but they price-gouge pretty heavily. $65 for an oil change? There are plenty of other places you can go which offer basic services like that for half the cost. Dont go here unless youre prepared to pay ludicrous fees.

To be honest with yall, go somewhere else. They overprice every single little thing, not to mention I went for an oil change here not too long ago and the employee who did it didnt use a funnel! This clown literally spilled oil all over my engine and it actually drained inside one of my cars cylinders! Didnt notice till this morning. Never coming here again. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

My daughter took her car here for an inspection and after she left and got home she looked at the paperwork and her car failed because the power steering fluid was low (I checked it and it was fine) and a bad belt (the belts were replaced a few weeks back) there was nothing wrong with them and when she took it to my mechanic it passed with no problem.I would never use this place for anything. If I could rate it a zero I would.

After owning my car for a month and a half, while driving to work in morning traffic, my car rapidly decelerated, began jerking and the check engine light came on. This was the closest auto repair shop and Im quite thankful that it was. I had to leave my car and get to work and hope that I wouldnt be replacing anything really expensive. I got a call at 2pm explaining that a hose had been poorly clamped and it was fixed along with topping off the fluids that had been spraying out. They drove it a bit to ensure it wouldnt occur again and said it was fine and there would be no charge! Im very pleased with their work and help.

I took my car to this location to get my brakes fixed and they only put two out of the five locks back on my front tire and my tire as we were driving my tire almost came off. We called and they said that they would not fix it or reimburse us to get it fixed and this is terrible customer service. I am disappointed in the manager as well as who is over this location and I will not go back or recommend this location to anyone! Taking care of customers should be your top priority but clearly it is not! I give them a zero rating!

I have been to this store twice since I moved to the area, with great service both times. The last time I asked for brake service, expecting to have to pay for new brake pads. The technician informed me that my brakes are fine for now, but will continue to check them every time I come in going forward. He could have just told me they needed replaced, and I wouldnt have known any different. Honesty like that will keep me coming back for my oil changes and any other service they offer that I may need!

I came for a simple oil change. Everything else was just changed by my dealership.I was told I needed steering fluid because the fluid looked off color... it was the perfect color and new. They also would not take my groupon deal because they couldnt provide me with right oil. Ended up paying full price and now having issues getting a refund. The upsale BS is alive and well at this shop. Be prepared to be asked Can you come with me, I need to show you somthing lie. Disappointed.

I went with Groupon coupon option.. he said we will match the price .. then I said ok.. later he put additional cost for filter and taxes ..which is really not worth for that price.. generally oil filter cost $5 .. they charged double prices... then suddenly he said engine flush .. offer some thing .. confused .. so just be clear what you need..

Wonderful friendly staff who gave perfect car care to my beloved 2004 Mitsubishi Endeavor. Sad painful ending is that they will not keep a vehicle on their compound if it cannot be repaired the same day. They refused to keep my SUV that gave me 10 perfect years of service but then the starter died. After being a loyal customer, Kwik Kar refused to help me.

Another wonderful experience! Everyone was extremely helpful & knowledgeable. They were also a LOT cheaper than the other places I called! I will definitely be returning! Thank you for the great service!

I went here about a month ago to get my brakes looked at. Fantastic service, fixed the issues I was having in a couple hours, charged a very fair price, and answered all of the questions I had. Im in the process of getting a new car, and they were up front about things that needed to be replaced and smaller issues that would not harm the performance of the car in the time it takes me to find a new one. Awesome experience, cannot recommend them enough!

I went in for an oil change and the service was great! They checked all of my fluids and topped off my coolant and brake fluid for free. Anthony service my car and was very friendly.They also recommended I change my air filter and showed me my current one. Ive heard that some places like Jiffy Lube will show you a gross air filter that is not yours to scare you into changing it, and since I wasnt in a hurry to spend another $30 for possibly no reason, I opted not to change it. I later looked up how to change my own air filter and that nasty air filter was actually mine, so no scams here! You can buy your own air filter for about $15, so the Kwik Kar upcharge is not too bad if youre scared to try it yourself.

My absolute folks to go to for my cars! They know what they are doing and give it to you truthfully and in lay mans terms. Id recommend them to anyone! Great customer service! Great prices! Knowledgeable staff!

I went in to get tune up, they only changed spark plugs and charged me $315 when the plugs were only $59 total and it only took 30 mins. Im very upset and disappointed.i will not recommend to any of my friends.

I have to agree with the other reviews. They give you quality work and dont try to pump more money out of you. Which helps if you are on a budget. So far I have had an oil change and then went back for my state inspection and emissions testing. They are respectful and professional. I will refer all new friends and co-workers to them for sure! Had to change front brakes and rotors and was able to get in the same day.I had my own parts and they gave me great pricing on there labor.Highly recommend!!!

If you’re looking for a spot near 183 and Esters / Belt line then go here. Quick service. Solid prices. And a discount if it’s your first time. They don’t try to up sell you just for more money. They only do it when your vehicle actually needs it.

One of the worst experiences Ive ever had. The owner yells and screams at the customers as if they were idiots. He yelled at me, at another customer and the wife said he yelled at her and another customer when she went there. He wont get any more of my business. Too many other places to go.

This place is a gem, and Im blessed to have found it!I cant begin to list all of the places, amounts of money, and wasted time, that I spent at other car repair shops. Lets face it, honesty at a car shop is like looking for a needle in a haystack. BUT, I promise you, these guys are honest and passionate about their work.My last car was a challenge (to say the least), and had $$$ signs all over it, but thats NOT how they looked at it.They were understanding and helped me keep it running for as long as possible. I cant thank them enough!There is about 5 guys (I think) in this shop, and each of them takes pride in what they do. I used to change oil in this location regularly. Now, I think they have under new management and I felt that their intension is just to make money and more risk of scam operations. Before when it used to be under old management. They used to check everything and i can clearly see on the receipt but now these people haven’t check anything. When i see the receipt I found blank in service checklist option. They just change the oil in less then 10 minutes. And the customer service is really zero. Think thrice before you go in this location for oil change. I really had bad experience.

You guys have a customer for life. I was so pleased with the service especially from Alexis so professional and service was quick and made me feel comfortable. I will be taking my car back for anything I made need.

Ive taken my car here twice and they have by far been the best experiences I have had with any auto shop. When I pulled my car up sometime immediately came and spoke with me. They were easy to communicate with and got the job done fast. Will definitely be coming back.

Great place to get car service but I have to give the car wash part a 1. auto is ots and the self service charged my card 10.00 for just a quick 5 min wash and rinse, much more than machine posted as price.

Fantastic customer service and knowledgeable mechanics. Best place Ive ever taken my car to get worked on in DFW area. Super quick too. It took them an hour tops to replace a noisy alternator on my Camry. I was very impressed and it didnt cost me an arm and a leg. I highly recommend this place.

They are very customer service friendly, they DO NOT try to get over on those of us who are not quite as educated when it comes to auto repair and the prices are very reasonable. After experiencing a poor result at the Firestone we took our car to Kwik Kar in Irving. What an incredible experience: we were greeted immediately upon entering the facility, we were told by Firestone that we needed brakes and roters which we were shocked by given the age of the vehicle. We appreciated the honesty so much that we have taken a second car to Kwik Kar and will begin taking all 5 of our vehicles to Kwik Kar. All of the work performed was outstanding and fairly priced. We will be back- thats for sure. Bruce

I am not impressed. I took my car today to get inspected. With the new Texas law of going to one sticker, I didnt even need to get my car inspected. Do you think the employees there told me? Of course not! I called and got a half apology but it doesnt change the fact that I wasted $25. Perhaps I should have called the county first so I would have known whether or not I needed to get it done. I guess I depended on honesty from this place of business when I shouldnt have. I will not be going back there.

I went to this place spoke with the manager that tried to get over on job that cost only 5 at the most. The manager tried to charge me almost 60 dollars. Then the general manager called me and tried to justify his worker. I just hung up on him. I hate when a business tries to get over on anybody. Thats why all these other shops are available and my mechanic is awesome. My opinion I will never get my car worked on at this kwik Kar lube in Irving on esters 75051. They can even put air in my tire sorry mf

Great service and quick service.

We went there and asked them to check all the car fluids and they charged us for that. A week later we are experiencing car problems from LACK of fluids PLUS the main worker there insulted/teased me the entire time because of my age. Wouldnt recommend this place.

I visited this location to seek assistance with a noise from one wheel. They quickly attended to me, found the issue quickly and although they could not perform the maintenance there were extremely helpful. The issue was a bearing replacement which is a service they do not performTheir accuracy with finding the issue potentially saved me hundreds when I ultimately had the issue resolved at another location. Highly recommended.

These guys are always very honest and helpful. I highly recommend this shop for oil changes and any repair work. Ive had numerous repairs and countless oil changes with these guys for the past 2 years.

Avoid the groupon trap, the info is not proper. They ask for additional charges which are not defined on groupon. Also you need to call them and inform them that you want to use groupon.Stay away from groupon deals for this there are lot other good options available

Would have given this location 5 stars for fast service. But the staff’s behavior was disgusting.The mechanic insisted on harassing me about the make and model of my vehicle. Never is it ok to make or poke fun at a costumer, even if you’re having a bad day. Very unprofessional.
