I have been with this company for years. No complaints. Great equipment but much more important, great tech support. Every time I call they answer quickly. I needed a tech out today and Tramario, who had installed my system originally, came back and was great as usual. Professional, friendly, and took care of business.

Company stayed in contact with texts the day before. Received a text about ETA for my appointment shortly before the arrival of the technician. Recieved a call from the technician saying hes on his way. Arrived when he said he would. Very polite and efficient. Answered all of my questions about the new keypad. He tested everything to make sure it worked properly. Overall, very professional!

Received a text saying tech would arrive in 30 minutes. On the dot, came installed battery, fixed frayed connection. Prompt service. Nice friendly well mannered guy!However phone call to get services was horrible. The woman would not shut up and let me talk. Finally asked for a manager when my grown son said, ask for a supervisor, she cant do that! Supervisor was understanding and flipped me over to get my bill lowered. Now saving $8. A month. doesnt sound like much until you figure it out that its $100 a year.

We had Central Security Group, then it changed to Alert 360 since 2011. We have had one instance when someone tried coming in a back door when we weren’t home and there was no loss. I don’t know if it was the alarm or because law enforcement got there so quickly but we were completely satisfied in the communication after the alarm was activated. We recently moved and there were some communication issues that were a little frustrating. Then Mark came out to see what we would need going forward. Finally technician Steve installed everything. I can’t say enough about Mark and Steve. We were ready to move on with a different company and they restored our faith in Alert 360. They were both professional, courteous and made everything right. We highly recommend Alert 360.

I have been a customer for over 10 years. My contract expired 7 years ago. My payments were auto-drafted so there was never a late payment. When I called to cancel, they informed me that they will bill me another month even though they bill in advance. I cant understand why Im being billed an additional month when I will not have the service. Poor customer loyalty.

This company is billing us for an illegal contract. They are debiting funds from our back account every month, even though they dont provide service to our area. We are having to go through small claims court, which will likely cost us the same as it would to buy out of the con artist contract they gave us, but its the only to hold them responsible for unethical business practices. They said the only way we can get released from our contract is if we refer someone who signs up for a new 3 year contract, which we cant possibly recommend this company to anyone in good faith.

Terrible company, I would recommend you do NOT signup. We had them out to our house for an estimate and decided not to go with them. They continue to hound us and use very aggressive sales tactics. We have asked them multiple times to stop and they will not (even though we have email evidence that they have agreed to stop).

CSG/Alert 360 was our alarm company for about 3 years and we were completely satisfied with their service. When we moved to our new home, the service transferred as well. Unfortunately, following several service call and tech support attempts for our doorbell camera it was determined that the service in our area wasn’t compatible with the doorbell camera to work properly. Our new home wasn’t built with a peephole so we depended heavily on the doorbell camera. That being said, Diego (Manager), was the epitome of a Customer Service professional. He listened to our issue/situation, understood the task at hand, took action to rectify, and found a resolution. Going forward, if we ever move back to an area that affords the proper signal for the Alert 360 product, we will definitely be returning customers.
