Ill take my business else where. Ive brought my 2014 dodge ram in for service a few different times for service and never had a problem. I brought my truck in for a radiator replacement. I brought the truck in on a Friday morning and left it. Well, 8 days later I decided to call them for an update and they hadnt even looked at my truck. They called my warranty company and found out my warranty was expired and then quoted me $1,087 to replace the radiator. What bothered me more was that my vehicle sat the whole time until I called for an update. Taking my business elsewhere from now on.

First of all I must say I was nervous going into the dealership because I haven’t had great experiences at other dealerships in the past. The team at Clay Cooley definitely changed my perspective! Robert (the sales associate) was wonderful with his customer service and knowledge, he made the experience super easy and I will use him the next time we buy a new car. Derrick the sales manager went above and beyond in helping us get the deal done. Chris Carter was super helpful in the process once we closed the deal and Kareem was honest and helpful navigating the financing. Best dealership experience I’ve ever had! Contacted the dealership a while back and talked with a salesman (Travis Beasley) about purchasing a vehicle they didn’t have yet in stock. Travis assured me a call first thing when they came in and he stuck to his word!!!! As soon as the Jeep Grand Cherokee L’s came off the truck, Travis called me and scheduled a test drive. I was very impressed!!! I expressed to the salesman the exact one I was looking for (color interior/exterior, trim, luxury package etc) and what I was planning to trade in. He assured me that they had not one but TWO available just to check out the different luxury packages. (Which is hard to find these days other dealerships I looked into gave me the run-a-round on the vehicle or only had one in stock which didn’t have the features I was looking to purchase.) This review is only for the Clay Cooley Chrysler Dodge parts department. The parts department here really dropped the ball for us. They had a part waiting for us on will call that we ordered on Saturday, Monday was a holiday and on Tuesday morning I called to confirm it was still waiting for us. I was told yep we have it here waiting for you and it was ready to be picked up. I informed them we were driving an hour away to get that part and they assured us it would be waiting there. We made the drive and sure enough they had already sold it. The younger guy at the counter made sure to tell me oh yeah we literally just sold it to the guy in here before you. Money come first at Clay Cooley, not customer service. We will do everything in our power to make sure none of our 24 locations ever do business with Clay Cooley again.

I just bought a truck from them. My salesman was great. The overall financial super slimey. They claim that the family and friends coverage is free it’s not. You pay for it. You are also required to pay a mandatory 995 fee for GPS tracking. Then I received 2500 in rebates only for them to lie about additional fees that are mandatory

How long is too long to be left on hold when I just wanted to know if my vehicle was ready to be picked up? The message kept repeating “We want to hear about your experience as a customer”, well, my experience was not great. Have you ever sat and listened to the same message repeated for 24 minutes? I knew I needed brakes for my Chrysler 300 I was going 2 have done October 11th, however I started hearing this grinding sound on Friday. called service, said it was after 3:30 but to call Saturday. After I got off work @ 1, called told service person who name was Tony the problem, he said come on we can take care of you. I remember why I dont trust dealerships. I got an online quote for my vehicle...didnt expect even the minimum but 4000 less. Just a lying ploy to get you in the door. The gentleman I dealt with was nice, but dont have me drive one hour for a LIE when I made sure over the phone they knew I just wanted to sell and NOT buy another vehicle.

Maintenance is sloooooow. Made an appointment for an oil change, rotation, and alignment at 7AM in hopes to be in and out quickly. I waited over 3 HOURS.

All my reviews have been 5 star thus far. It’s unfortunate that I have to leave even 1 star to write a review. I called this dealership 2 different times on 6/7/2021 to confirm availability of a Pacifica hybrid touring L 2021 model. They took the stock number and mentioned that it is available at 144 pm. Then I called again at 327 pm to mention that I’m on my way and if it was still available. The gentleman said yes it is if it is still on the website it is available. We drove an hour to get there and they said it sold on Saturday !!!!!!!! But it it still on the website as of 423 pm today showing available. I asked to speak to the manager here and they just made me wait without anyone coming. I got my wife with me and she’s in between patients at work. Poor communication and very unprofessional. I’ve decided not to name the people in charge because it mayJeopardize their job integrity. However if someone can reach out to me I’ll describe everything and name everyone with proof so that atleast you can offer better training on honesty. You’ve lost a customer and I suggest other customers beware.

Awful post purchase experience with this dealership. Attempted to obtain a gap cancellation form and was told there were no physical copies available outside of the finance managers who were with clients and running two hours behind. After 20 minutes of waiting for a simple form, I spoke to the sales manager who said there was absolutely nothing they could do to provide me with a blank form. This dealership is all about making the sell and could care less about customers, we will not be a repeat customer!

I normally don’t leave negative reviews but this was one that I had to bring up. A few days ago, I set an appointment for a vehicle with a sales rep, that I won’t name. I called to confirm before I headed over there. He said that the vehicle was still there. When I showed up 10 minutes later, the vehicle was not available. The integrity of this individual was definitely questionable. Then he tried to sell me another one which couldn’t educate me why this one was a good option. Less features then the one I wanted. I wanted a blacked out Ram. I was no longer interested.I got home and received a phone call about an hour later saying that the vehicle I wanted did not in fact sell.So upon texting this rep about the vehicle I told him I did not want to go back in unless we can figure out numbers and work a deal over the phone. After telling me the entire week I would get a military discount, turns out, they don’t give military discounts on used vehicles.I refuse to do business with any company that does not do military discount. Even less when people lie about the availability of the vehicle just to get you in. Nothing worth than time being wasted. I’ll take my business else where I matter to a dealership vs just another sale. I’ve never own a truck before and I was hoping this was going to be the dealer for me.Anyways — employees shouldn’t give wrong information. I got screwed over before in a dealership and refuse to make the same mistake twice.

Honestly I waited almost a yr to write my review due to waiting g to close on a house, so clay Cooley could make right of what they did to me.May of 2020 I purchased a 2015 ram Laramie eco diesel from them for $27k.Had it not had a check engine light come on the first week, let alone for 1yr and 4 months due to the def system failure and lawsuit.Keep in mind I called them within the first week which was well within the 7 days buyers remorse. I called three times with no return call. No worries I now get stuck with a $35k loan bc they DONT CARE ABOUT YOU, after you’ve signed!My truck has been in the shop 10 months out of the 15 months I’ve owned it!! I’ve had to spend $3500 and more time back and forth of swapping rental vehicles.They said they would make it right when I was able to trade in! Also EVERY SINGLE PERSON, involved with my trucks sale have all been fired!I went in today for them to offer me $8k less than what give me the vin.com offered and what KBB appraised my truck.I’m disgusted with this dealership, and I WILL BE CALLING BBB on clay Cooley for the actions and treatment of my deal. If I’m protected for 7 days of purchase they should have honored it.DONT let them tell you anything other than the fact they just want you to sign.Little do they know I’ll be purchasing my 2500 ram an, $80k truck, as well as another $70k Durango hellcat elsewhere.They have potentially lost $750k in sales for the lifetime of mine and my wife’s expected driving years.APPARENTLY THEY DO NOT BELIEVE IN THIER MOTTO OR RETURNING CUSTOMERS!!!

My first time buying a car after doing all my research I found the car I wanted was located at this dealership. After showing up they said it was not available, so of course I looked around. I asked for a 4x4 and said that is a major factor in buying this car. After switching around trying to sell me multiple models I was not interested in they showed me a 2021. I was told it was a 4x4 after asking multiple times, I thought everything was great, even gave them an awesome review. Come to find out it’s 4x2 and I only found this out after how the car handles in our freak snow stormsJokes on me! But learned a valuable lesson. I do not recommend this dealership!

Carlos Sanchez and a gentleman named Tyler gave us excellent customer service today. We came in to see if we could do a trade in. To gather all of the information, run the numbers, make a decision, and drive out of the driveway, it took under an hour. I was dreading going in for the appointment because I know that sometimes they keep you in there for hours.. but not Carlos! My salesman was Aaron P. And I was in and out, very easy process. Arron had good Vibes from the door and I felt great about my Purchase!!! Jose R. Was very knowledgeable about my finance closing.

Took my truck in for service and they were not very good. I asked them to check my emergency brake, because the cable mount had broke. They said it was working fine. They said they had engaged the brake in drive and it held. I had disconnected the cable because of the broke mount, which tells me that they had not checked it.
