I came in for a coolant cap and was sent home in a loaner, because it had damaged something from leaking! These guy helped me tremendously 😊. For that I would truly recommend this service department! Careful of Caleb brown. He tried to take advantage of me as a female car buyer. Told me hed bring my payments down and of course he extended it 96 months. Im 34 and a mother of 2, i assure you Im not someone to be messed with. I got a significantly better deal at the next dealer i went with.

It took longer then expected but they put me in a loaner car which helped a lot with my repair being pushed back further than expected. Great guys in the office, the mechanics are thorough. Just bought my second volkwagon this time a SUV. My sales guy was Tryon and he was very patient with me because I was so indecisive. The service department never answer their phone! I called and called and called and no one ever answered! I wanted to find out if my car was ready and the repair finished but I could never reach anyone! I had drive there in my other car to get an update on when my car will be ready. Awful company to do business with! Avoid them!So expect to chase these people because they are impossible to get hold of and they don’t care.

I have had great success with the service. Justin is one of the best. He always gets to help me I love almost 2 hrs from the dealership. I could go closer but I had rather talk with Justin.The only reason for the 3 star is my last service. The undercarriage protection was not attached it was only wedged in to hold. It caused issues and came loose. I repaired it myself. I did advise Justin who told me to bring it back in. It was to much of an inconvenience for me.The staff usually takes care of me very well.

Very dishonest sales group - I had a proposal and price provided while shopping and had a discount provided. They ignored the discount and added a $1,400 fee for being certified. Plus they reneged on a promise to provide me a second key. Darrell the used car sales manager was quite dishonest. Very unfortunate behavior and shady sales tacticsGreat place to catch COVID - not a single employee was wearing a mask in the common area. First buying experience attempted outdoors only.On the other hand the financing by jack was easy. In short they’ll screw your and help you finance it. Go somewhere where you’ll be treated better. Classic used car salesman. I don’t mind paying more and being treated better.

We bought a used car. We chose Principle based on what they claim their values are. We immediately began having problems. We took to a mechanic who told us it was missing bolts and other issues and there was no way it passed the state inspection. It has also been 4 months and we do not have tags. No one will call us back or try to track down the registration.We have been calling your team for over 3 months.

My new 2022 VW Taos was purchased in another city and had a blowout in week 3. It wasn’t covered. My insurance company failed to provide a roadside assistance. A Good Samaritan changed my tire to donut. I called and spoke with Chris, he ordered me a new tire as it was not in stock. He made me an appointment for later in the day, was flexible, checked everything out on the vehicle and put a warranty on the new tire. I was out in about 1 1/2 hours. Precious!

Went in for an oil change. The oil change was done in OK timing. Justin was very helpful. At the end he gave me a quote on rear brakes. Not pushy said I had some time left but something I might want to look at. Appreciated him not trying to sell me anything.

How do I start let’s see ok I’ll put it this way I’m a Dallas residence and have ad VWs multiple times and I’m or use to b a VW Park Cities customer so I got accustom to a different standard of service from dealerships service and all. So when I bought my 2019 Jetta I started going to Clay Cooley and was sadly disappointed with their service and the things they said they did but never did. So I went to Principal VW and they are truly amazing (mind u i live less then a mile from Clay Cooley VW) the service men there are amazing and can put up with me I’m not let’s say the easiest customer at times but they deal and perfectly. Recently I had my blue Jetta wrapped in Gloss Storm Grey 3M and the whole process was so easy to do they gave me a loaner and kept in contact with me the whole time they had my car for 4 days and 3 business days and when I went to go pick my car up today I was amazed by how perfectly done it was they made spending 2000 plus on it seem not so hard to do and the let me just say something about the guys who do the mai tench work and all in the bay they are amazing as well they always do what is asked and quick and keep u updated and there is one who is super adorable you have to go up there and just look for your self his name is Ramon adorable lol anyways I’d highly recommend them as your VW go to people they have a customer for life if they let me be thank u to all of y’all who make the experience fun and entertaining and put up with my stupidity.

Great at fixing our vehicle but the shuttle service needs some revamping. Requested a 3 pm pickup from work, only to wait for 2 hours until someone arrived.

Highly recommend! CJ, Mike, Blake and the whole staff were helpful and easy to work with.

My experience today was not at all good. I think Volkswagen needs to work on its Service department including the atmosphere and its advisors. The advisor was not able to explain me the service recommended properly, I even ask the abbreviation of the service to be done, but was unable. I normally get a complimentary car wash, unfortunately didnt get one today. I own two cars, a MB and VW, the care I normally receive today from servicing my MB is far better than what I receive from VW Service department.

Awful customer service. Disjointed communication from technician. I waited for 6 long hours before they told me they didnt like working with CarShield. The service Director gives me one estimate; the technician gives me a totally different estimate without the military discount. The facility looks dirty, and nobody is wearing a mask during this pandemic.

Pedro did an excellent job taking care of my car and I did not have to wait that long either.

So this dealer sold me an SUV with issues that they covered up. The A/C stopped working suddenly and to find out that the mechanic told me they literally knew about it. They made a quick fix to make the compressor work and added some gas and that’s it. Of course nobody would notice unless you’re a professional. Now I have to pay over $2,000 in repairs!!! Don’t trust this thieves!!!

We had a quick and easy process in getting my daughter her Jetta. Our salesman Jordan was AMAZING so helpful and listen to what we wanted. Our money man aka David the finance guy explained everything regarding warranty and perks in our deal, he even was able to get us 4 points less than our pre approved offer. These guys Rock!! The service representative gave me advices to not to do some services at this mileage and can hold until future. This saves me money on unnecessary items. This is honest advices.

I have had all different kinds of work done at this location from major to minor repairs as well as state inspection. Justin was very helpful and knowledgeable with everything. All of the employees are very friendly and easy to work with. The prices are very affordable and I will be returning to this location for any work I ever need done on my vehicle.

As you can see I had a good experience with the folks at Principle even though it didnt turn out like we wanted. I had picked out a used car that I was going to co-sign for to begin my daughters credit journey. We saw the car on Edmunds and went for a test drive. John was training Laurie and both maintained an excellent level of professionalism throughout the negotiations. We settled on a price and other items so we went to Davids office who worked out a very acceptable transaction. Throughout this time I made sure everyone knew I would have my mechanic look the car over. I put an initial down-payment with my credit card and they let us take the car overnight. My mechanic found an issue that spooked my daughter to the point that she was not comfortable owning the car. Despite my disappointment, Principle (with only a few questions) refunded my credit card and John and I elbow-bumped our respect for each other. Im sorry it didnt work out but I was quite impressed with their Customer service and will absolutely return when I need another vehicle.

I bought a car from Principle Auto 6mo earlier In San Antonio and had great experience so I gave this location a try and it didnt disappoint. John and Anthony gave awesome service and answered all my questions, I ended up buying a preowned Audi A6, the process was fast took about 1h since I didnt have to finance the car. Highly recommend them and I would buy a car here again in the future. They are moving to Grapevine in 5-6mo.

We had quite an electrical problem with our 2012 VW Beetle. Anthony B. was very clear in explaining the extent of the problem, the fix and the cost range. Luckily we came in on the lower end of the cost to fix the problem. Principle VW is A) very professional. B) very honest. C) only VW service well consider in the future.Oh! I absolutely loved the customer service that was given to me by S. Lee! It is rare that you come across genuine staff that are eager to assist customers with a friendly attitude. Principle was quick to schedule my appointment and addressed the mechanical issues well. My only dispute is that I was told the car would be ready at 4 pm (they called me) and when I arrived at 4 pm, was told that it would not be ready til closer to 7. The reason? The mechanic was pulled away from completing the job. My only other complaint was that I asked for an estimate to repair a car ding and that was not done/or offered.

I highly HIGHLY recommend principle. Justin took care of me and immediately started to make me feel at ease knowing my car was going to be well taken care of. Ramon, who is the technician, is a honorable young man with a lot of knowledge about Volkswagon vehicles but also can take care of clients well. He took my car for a drive and assured me what the problem was, and eased my heart telling me that it would be covered under my warranty. He even reassured me about my original purchase saying I have a great car! As a woman, it can feel very overwhelming, especially when places love to over charge woman (sorry it’s just a simple fact) but I never felt that way while I was at principle. Both Justin and Ramon never made me feel like I was being financially taken advantage of because I was a woman, and Lo-and-behold. I wasn’t! Justin put me in a nice loner car for the night. I’m very thankful for their service and as much as I hope I don’t have to come into the shop any time soon to get serviced on (lets be real, who wants car issues?!) but it’s inevitable, so I will be taking it in to principle once the inevitable happens!

I go to principle VW because of the great customer service it’s always convenient, the service department staff is always great at explaining any issues I have with my car I’ll and it’s always in and out with my service.

The appointment started at the scheduled time. The service staff was friendly and professional. The service took the allotted and estimated amount of time that was described when the appointment was made.

Came to purchase and look at a 2015 ss used. Very disappointed advertised price was not presented to me the car was dusty dirty and had thousands of dollars worth of paint damage.Tyrone sent me with antonio who initially was very professional however not when it came to money 5k was added to the advertised price and the defects on the car were not reflected in the price.
