Stay away!! First experience : was told one to two days to repair phone charging port. 2 wks later I finally got back phone after calling bc no one ever bothered to notify me. The repair was good I passed phone to granddaughter after a yr. My 2nd experience was AWFUL ..they kept my nexus 6 for over a month (was told by Erika it would be 3days max ) she did give me loaner phone so at least she was trying. However I got phone back and within less than week..a solder point broke loose. So I took it back and waited another 3weeks no phone calls ever to keep me posted. I picked up phone which still wasnt fixed properly. We took to to another shop who opened up phone in front of us showing a cheap China part and very bad solder points. They ruined my charging port! My husband ended up installing a QI module on battery so Im at least able to do wireless charging now. Nothing but wasted time and $$$ at majestic. Erika is a very nice girl but when I deal with a business I expect more. I shouldnt have to call daily (which nobody answers) or drive to shop just to get updated on why its been weeks not days . bad bad bad business...let me say this the only positive is Erika was very nice always but sadly she cant control when phone actually gets repaired sometimes. If youre looking for screen replacement or something she can do at shop, I would do it but if its a repair not done by her at shop ...I wouldnt leave phone. She is kind and knowledgeable about a lot of repairs.

I went in to see the price to get my phone fixed.The first thing was their was a child walking around barefoot food on the counter,I got told to hang on and was waiting for a good 15 minutes before the women who fixes the phones even asked me what I was there for.The place was a joke!I was in on a day where another customer was complaining about a lot being wrong with their phone and she seemed clueless,why would I have a person who dont know what theyre doing work on my phone!HORRIBLE SERIVICE,HORRIBLE BUSINESS!
