Walked in two cashiers each with a customer and a manager with a tablet. Gave my information at the door to check in was told someone would assist me shortly. Another couple came in after me. He takes their information. After waiting for over 30 minutes when the next register opened the manager sent the couple to the register and walks up to me and says IM NEXT and someone would help me shortly. I advised him I came in before them he states NO you didnt. What was the reason for taking information when you diregard who came in first? I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS STORE!
Not enough staff only 2 at counter and Monta at door taking names waited 30min. And left came home took care of the problem myself. Monta did say they were not technicians and would google the problem Kidding me. Metro i have had you for many years i dont want to switch. 3/23/2021
I would like to compliment Manager Montae for his great on the job training skills and for his ability to make me a satisfied metro pcs customer. I want to give a very very special thanks to Erica for her very very beautiful personality, very well trained and just a wonderful team member to Metro pcs the metro company should be grateful to have a employee on board like Erica she is a asset to the company. Rosie and Victor are also good well trained employees. However Jesus/ Hazislike to lie and play mind games with customers. I do not tolerate games are manipulation. Thats totally unprofessional and not good on the job training skills. It should be immediately addressed. Im a long time valued customer and I didnt appreciate the lies and games he played ion me to address my concerns.
Very helpful and good service never had a bad experience even now with covid and how things have changed. If you need a good phone at good price all unlimited cant go to a better place.

Free upgrade text from metropcs led me to this location as the only corporate store in Irving. Initially got told the offer was online only. I left then read the fine print saying in store only. Went back to be told they dont have any of the applicable phones in stock. Complete waste of time and terrible customer service.
I love Foremans theyre really nice people in there theyre very cordialthey are very helpful to have a good team of peoplethey have a great selection of lawn equipment and other things to help with your yard work they have a lot of things in back I got great big mowers to little mowers and weed eaters go in and check them out no help you for what youre looking
Went in there to take the wife to get a charger for her phone and they didnt have it... so when we explained the situation that she needed a new phone she didnt even try to say what kinda phone are you looking for or tried to help us out... she has no people skills or sales...

The manager is super rude! I have breathing issues I wore a mask anyway out of respect for the people I just didnt cover my nose. The manager got in my face and ordered me out of the store! Even though I tried to explain my health issues to him he just stuck his big arm and hand in my face in a very threatening manner. I am very scared right now. I called the police because I am pressing charges against him this is ridiculous to be treated this way! The american disabilities act protects me from this GARBAGE treatment!
LOOOOOOOVE THIS LOCATION! It stays open late! Daisy is the best! Only downfall Ive had latelyis having to wait outside for service and to have any purchase or customer service and Ive been a customer for over six years and they let people who are only making payments at the machine go in ahead of you not good for business hope the manager sees this review and accordingly corrects it!

Horrible Customer Service!! Barely walked in, and no greet to start. Looking to purchase 2 New phones, asked a young girl if they had it in stock. Her response what no idea. Ha! If you don’t know and you work here, what are my expectations as a customer?? Reached a second person and besides the eye contact, we received a turn away. No give me a second, i will be back, or helping other. I preferred to drive to Irving location on belt line to Krystal. She has what this stores crew is lacking!FYI if i give zero for a rating I would.

Go with MetroPCS, unlimited local and long distance calling, and you have to the bill once a month not by the minutes!! Ive been a MetroPCS customer since 2009 and I love it!!
I hate to write bad reviews but I am so disappointed by the fact thatwhen I called in asking if they could help me with my issue and got a yes in response but got sent back when I went in saying they were not able to help?? what kind of customer service? It was very unprofessional when even the supervisor came out and told me that they could not switch my plan to what I was paying before. They made me pay 4 months for something I was not using. VERY VERY disappointing. Customers will not stay with you if they dont get the service they want.
The people at this place will tell you anything in order to make a sale, but dont e careful because they will tell you we dont know who told you that about warranties its not in the contract. Dont believe what they tell you or you will pay dearly the consequences of believing their lies...My thinking is that because must of the people that goes to this Metro PCS are Hispanic and must can not even write a review, they get ripped-off by Metro PCS. Be very careful of you buy here or look for other place with more ethics or go to a different place or a different company.
I purchased this phone after speaking to a representative and being told this was a great phone and there has been returns due to issues only to have every sort of issue. After the fourth return Ive done in three months of my purchase I was given the number to their representative Ethan to assist me. I have called several times, left voicemails and emails with no response to any of them. I am truly disappointed with the lack of assistance/service I have yet to receive from them and am still stuck with having to trade this phone in which Im having to do once again today making this my fifth trade. If I could give a negative rating I most definitely would do so.
These guys fixed an internal problem I was having paying my bill online. I took one star off only because it took so long for the workers, there to figure out if I was full of bologna, or not lol once they realized I had a legitimate problem, it took quite a while to fix (little less than an hour), but I was okay with the wait - it was expected. These people were very knowledgeable and competent.
- Not helpful and rude. I came in this morning at 9:00. They had me waiting about ten minutes before they decided to actually help Me. They looked and saw me waiting than finally someone comes out from the back. But know one even said hello, or how are you something.I was just standing there for about ten minutes. I then give them my phone dead and not been able to use for TWO days. So that they can use that the phone over hearts and shuts off. I have bought batteries and chargers still it continues to overheat. She put in a new battery and put the phone on the charger and still it overheated. I asked to speak to the manager, he only offered to replace this phone, and give me the same phone paying $15. Which is literally not solving the problem at hand. Ive read reviews and that overheating is a problem with the Samsung note 4.

I was having problems with my phone came here because I had my old phone with me I was using my iPhone 6plus and it wasn’t working so I went back to my iPhone SE and instead of him tell me the reason my phone was showing no service was I just needed to have my imei updated he updates himself. He asked me if I was okay with paying the 10 for the change ( which I told him I needed a new sim) he knew I didn’t need a new one. I didn’t really have the money to pay would if I had to I could’ve easily called by phone to have it taken care of for free. So I am not happy at all two stores in a roll just taking advantage of customer who don’t know what the problem was. I’ve done customer service and know if it’s something that a customer can do simply to have it done for free I’m going to advice them. I will definitely be switching my services.
Always on there toes and will help you and not try to get you to buy unless thats what you come for we are very happy with metro PCS.

Highly recommend not going here managers a joke told me to read the 500 pages of terms and agreements she work for metro pcs and cant tell if sim card is good. 8 employees standing around 2 sitting down on clock they told me my phone and sim card no good.I walked to my van and called 611 gave them the info they had the phone on in less than 5 minutes .Walked back in showed all the worthless employees what i did and thats pathetic.RIP OFF they got busted Dont let it happen to u.I will pray for thes kind of people in life.Manager refused to come out when i went back in she was on a conference call on a Saturday evening 4pm another lie im assuming i am in contact with channel 4 news to follow up I am greatly disgusted with this Irving Story road location.DONT DO IT

Maribel who was with management was not helpful and rude. She told me i could call the Metro customer service, i was in because my phone has a manufacture defect with the charging port. As my phone beeps at 13% she points out i still have 13% if i wanted to call. I am blown away with the poor, rude and unsatisfied serviced i have received from this location not to mention a manager.

Worst Customer Service Ever.Wouldnt recommend it to anyone. They have about 15-20 employees roaming the store yet no one ever answers the phone. Ive been trying to speak tp the store manager since yesterday with no luck. Ive left messages and no one returns my call. This store sucka ASS😡😡😡

Went in there today somebody without my permission was able to change my account they didnt ask them for a id and they didnt know my password but this store still let em do it now i gotta go back to the store for the 2nd time and get my account back costing me more time and money

Such an stupid staff i went their to add and remove line and they said it cant be done at the same time you have to wait after removing line from account and i went to another authorize dealer location in Carrollton and she did add and remove line from my account in less then 15 minutes i guess this store is owned by corporate so they really dont care
