Whenever we had questions on any of the beautiful wigs and prices that we may had to ask about. The wonderful professional attendant was absolutely amazing and helpful

The rudest most unprofessional place i have ever been.the owner just flat out told me to get out.the other employee that was there acted as if i broke into the store or something when i walked in a few mins after they closed.if you are closed for the day then lock the doors or turn off the open sign..never going back again..

Racist!!!! I walked into the store at 7:48pm. When I walk I the store owner/employee (Asian) yells were closed. I look on the door and it says 8pm but I leave anyway. I call the store to verify the store hours and she says 8pm. I asked why did she turn me around when I walked in? No rebuttal. I observed other Hispanics and white people continuing to shop and were allowed to enter after I was turned around. Please do not shop here if you are Black! DO NOT GIVE THEM NOT 1 BLACK DOLLAR! They are racist and unethical. I plan on following up on this matter legally.

Trash customer service! Use to be one of my favorite stores years ago. Great people and help and a large selection of items. Now when I come in there, their is always a different staff. And the staff that work there don’t even know their own products then wanna get mad when you ask them for help! The man working the counter so so rude, if you don’t wanna be there then don’t! You picked this job. The only reason I’m giving this 2 stars is solely based on customer service and staff. It is a great store

They look at you like you going to steal. Especially the young black security guard. I understand things happen but every person of color isnt a thief. I work very hard and put in alot of hours at the Airport so for me to come spend some money and get looked at was not called for. I understand hes there to do a job but at least give good customer service on top of just staring. I wont be back anymore.

The MOST RACIST store ive ever set foot in. I went once and they followed me the whole time, I felt uncomfortable and left. I went a second time by mistake and got quickly reminded of why I left the first time. I went to a beauty supply store across the street and its head and shoulders above this one. If youre a black man do not go here, theyll follow you around like youre on a leash. Theres no place for that type of racism and prejudice in a business establishment.

I meet the nicest security guard there. I love it here.... they are not too cluttered and the have wigs w parts for the side I wear them on

Went in looking for specific hair clips. There was one other customer in the store, and two employees.No acknowledgement of me coming in. No one asked if I needed help locating the clips I was looking for.I did finally find the item and stood at the register for a moment, saw an employee talking on the phone, who held up a finger to acknowledge me and would be to the register in a moment. Waited another few minutes with no one coming forward so, I left $30.00 worth of items on the counter and left.I will never be back.

Great selection but terrible customer service

I believe the prices are a little high. I usually compare it to another online store and its cheaper vs their store. The employees could be more friendlier and they need more than one employee helping customers

They have just about everything you need and a good variety too.

Spacious store with plenty of variety in stock and very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. They have everything from hair, nail, makeup and even accesories! Im also a fan of the low and competitive prices! Great store overall. Plus theres usually a security guard at the front so I even get to feel a little safer while shopping.

The young security guard was very helpful & actually helped me pick out the hair which was cool. I just went to return it (i had the receipts as required) & the cashier got an attitude and asked me why was I returning it, like i owe her something. I dont know what type of customers theyre used to but they shouldnt be that way with every PAYING customer.

I was looking for gel polishes....they did not have a lot of colors.

Theyre soooooo rude to their customers!!! Literally a woman who was in the store way before we were and before the store closing wanted to grab a wig. It was 8:01 by the time they finished and he was like WERE CLOSED and telling security to lock the doors. Also the same guy snatched the packs of hair from my stylist hand. Like if I wasnt saved I would of lost my religion. PLEASE DONT GO HERE

I used to love this place but now they have me all the way f***ed up! Asked the lady what color hair I needed, 2 or 4, she said 2..got all the way home just to find out that she put the 4 in my bag. Came all the way back, I live pretty far, just to have this lil ol Asian lady, who help me pick out the color by the way, tell me that I was wrong and that I picked it out so it was my fault. POINTING HER FINGER AT ME MAY I ADD! Was trying so hard not to raise my voice at her and cuss her out. As a person who has worked every type of customer service job, plus being in the military, I was really shocked! Do these people not know what customer service is and/or means. Last time they get a dime out of me! So freaking rude! Ill be damned. YOU HAVE OFFICIALLY LOST MY BUSINESS and I will be telling others NOT to come here.

Have everything I need for my hair!

Employees and managers are always speaking in their Korean language, they dont know how to use an inside voice, sometimes yelling in their foreign tongue and Ive heard several customers complain. It annoys myself as well. My girlfriend and I were regular customers but now save ourselves the headache

Dont buy wigs in bags unless u try it on never get the one thats on display make sure your human wigs are really human wigs theyll claim they are and sell them as they are but they arent... Plus check your receipt will charge u 2.99 five times but u have. Only two 2.99 products.. Sometimes prices are already on your ticket when they start tallying up your purchase..

They have lots of options for hair but their service sucks. The guys that work there are rude and they only had a very small portion of professional products and smaller sizes in Kera Kare and Mizani. They did have some good specials on Remy Saga. This place will have to be my absolute last option before I spend my hard earned money here. Ill keep looking for other places in Dallas or keep ordering online with better service.

I called to find out if they had a brand the lady told me they did have the brand I needed and I asked her to check stock on a certain length of hair she told me she did not have time to just come in and see for myself. If I was going to do that I wouldnt have called . I only shop here because its the closest beauty supply near my job . The other reviews are correct they watch you constantly to where it starts to feel uncomfortable shopping here .the service sucks I wont be coming back

Horrible service the young girl at the wig counter was so busy on her cell phone that I couldn’t get any assistance I was pretty much ignored and felt like I was bothering her when I asked questions trying to find a particular wig today on 3/3/2020

I only go here when no other choice. I bought several types of bleach tubs and accidentally got two of one. I brought back next day just to exchange for same price product. I had spent almost $100. Less than 24 hrs before but they acted like I was a thief. I didnt have receipt but I had my Cc transactions playing on speaker phone for them. Even after that they were very rude and said no exchange. Bad customer service.

Can’t fully verify if it was this place or not, but I still wanted to warn you guys just in case. Shopped here on Friday and used my debit card. Woke up on Sunday with several attempted fraudulent charges. This is the only place that I have never used my card at. I typically only used cash at places like this, but didn’t have any. My bad for thinking I could trust them. Never again.Also, the experience in the store was a typical hair store experience. Walk in, no one greets you. No one attempts to help you, but they keep walking by you “working.” Wish I would have trusted my instincts about the guy at the counter checking out. Got weird vibes off of him. Lesson learned. Will not be back.Side note: my braids are popping though.
