I Love going to #Walgreens and I love the rewards and its always clean, and there is never no short service of products. Pharmacy was closed, but it was brightly lit up inside, and outside. We were door dashing, and easily convinced our patron to buy Walgreens Aspercreme instead of the more expensive one. They do not require masks or temperature checks though it was suggested on the intercom speakers of the store. The hours are listed and the employees are quite enjoyable. There was no crowds, and the parking lot was easily accessible and they have handicapped parking right in front of the store. I easily see myself going here especially if #Walmart, #Krogers, and #HEB are closed already for late run for #Gillette Razors. It reminds me of a what a miniature #Walmart would consist of, and look like. Heres some pictures I took, if you have any suggestions I am always up for constructive criticism.👍

I went in today for my first dose of the Covid vaccine. I made the right choice going to this location. The staff was very professional, very friendly. I was a bit stressed, but they made everything easy. I highly recommend going to this Location for any vaccine. Setting up an appointment and completing the forms online speeds things up. It’s easy to do. I declined to submit my health insurance information online, I just gave them my card when I showed up for my appointment. Again, they made things easy.

Tonight I went to Shady Grove Walgreens instead of closer Shady Grove CVS due to extended hours. Needed a passport photo. The two gentlemen working the photo area told me their camera was broken and sent me to the Belt Line and Pioneer Walgreens. They told me at the other Walgreens that their camera was broken also and has been for two weeks. I said that the Shady Grove Walgreens directed me there and she said “they know” that her camera has been broken for two weeks.At no point was I rude or disrespectful, and I don’t know if their cameras were really broken or not, but it was a bad experience. Came away empty handed.

Wow, weekend and 2 people working pharmacy and COVID vacs, lines thru the store plan on being here for hours.

I enjoy coming to this store, the photo and pharmacy customers services are awesome! Always helps or figures it out. I would of giving it a 5 but im not a huge fan of there restrooms especially with the rona. Just go to bathroom before heading to store other than that GREAT customers service!

My father came here for Covid testing and the lab this particular Walgreens uses is a different one then another Walgreens we went to a week prior. The technician gave my father a paper (not to lose) with a number on it to pull the results.. however! The person who wrote the number down wrote illegibly and there is a letter? in the middle when they should be all numbers. So wasted time as we will have to go get a test elsewhere and they are backed up with appointments everywhere. DO NOT GO HERE FOR COVID TESTING... SLOPPY WHEN PEOPLES LIVES ARE AT RISK.

If you’re coming for a vaccine don’t bother making an appointment, they don’t matter.

I had an appointment for covud testing after waiting about 30 minutes when my turn came they told me i have to wait another 30 minutes. I’m sick and finally managed to drive and they just are careless. Why take appointments if you can’t give service?

Not only are the hours posted for the Pharmacy at Shady Grove, incorrect but multiple times the pharmacy has sent notification for me to pick up my prescription, then were closed when I arrived (within 5 minutes of the notification, in the middle of the afternoon at 2:30pm). The pharmacy shuts down whenever the want, regardless of the posted hours. Their entire staff going to lunch at the same time is more important to this Walgreens location than providing prescriptions in a timely manner.

I bought head and shoulder shampoo, reached at home and checked it...it was used by someone and it’s very disappointing that they are giving product which is dirty and was used by someone

I like this location because its always well organized and stocked on all items. The customer service here is so great, I always manage to find a friendly associate for help or just ask the cashier and they are knowledgeable on the items I ask for. The one thing lacking here is the organization of the pharmacy, they seem to be in disarray and have, on numerous occasions, called me to pick up a prescription a week AFTER it has been picked up.

This place is unsafe a threat to the safety of senior citizens and their property. They dont have enough security cameras to protect shoppers. I went to pick up my prescription s on march 18 2020. I drove through the drive pick up pharmacy they said not all my prescription s were ready. They said if I waited 10 more minutes inside they would have them They didnt. By the time I got my prescription s my car window was smash item stolen. When I explain to police what happen they checked the security camera they have and it could not pick up of individuals who committed this crime in broad daylight. The manager didnt even bother to send someone to clean all the glass on parking space. I cleaned it myself.Police officer said Walgreens camera insufficient to see who broke into my car. Had to pay to have window fixed my cost. And cut my finger on Walgreens property cleaning their mess. Very unsafe for seniors.

Your card system discourages me from returning to your store! You employees are NOT at all helpful with that .

I went to this store to pick up a prescription for the kids which was supposed to be covered by the insurance like the doctor told me it would be. I was there to pick up 3 in total. One of the ladies said one of the three would be either $70 or $20 for the over the counter. So I told her I would be back when I decided which one would be best. I go back 15mins later and a different lady helps me out. I give her the information and gives me the medicine with out mentioning about cost. Because every medicine we have picked up has always been covered by the insurance. I will record my next pick up and find out why this is happening. Maybe someone is pocketing customers money? Hope this gets fixed.

This pharmacy location lacks customer service! Anytime I call for a prescription they are just rude and answering me like Im bothering them. I had the hardest time getting them to take my insurance by that I mean it took then over a week. (luckily this wasnt a medication I need its by preference. I decided to switch to a new location just because of the customer service. Want to be rushed and treated poorly then go here :)

Very annoyed at this pharmacy. My son is 17 months old and very sick. The hospital prescribed him 3 simple medications. I drop off and was told the wait was 25-30 mins. I said Id come back. I wait an hour before returning and was told the still werent ready. The girl at the window said to come back in a few minutes and I said how long is a few minutes? She then said 15-20. We are trying to help people way before you. I thought that was rude and poor customer service skills.so now my son is having to wait to get his medication.

I love this walgreens! I drive a little further to come to this one. They have great customer service

This is my favorite Walgreens in the DFW.

Mostly go for photos but there always ready estimated time is usually right on the ball or ready before! Prices are cheaper in retail than cvs plus they never have my photos ready!

Its clean and neat and you can find things in a hurry. Prices are pretty good and service is a little slow at times, but you can find what you need for decent price

Pharmacy has really bad service. I called like 3 times to see if the prescription was ready to pick up and they kept telling me no I waited almost 7 hours for it, and am guessing they never even got to work on it. I ended up getting my medicine from another Walgreens who had it ready in less than 20 minutes.

They are thieves, 30 minutes ago I picked up a medicine that they charged me 80 dollars, in Good Rz I discovered that 15 came out in another pharmacy, but they did not want to return the money, they are very malicious in that ougar, 16 years ago, yes, a client but until today. Im not going back there
