Messed up my highlights but offered to fix them for free and come back in. The lady was easy to talk to and cool. The shampoo chairs were actually comfortable, and I enjoyed their extended hours. However, none of that matters if your hair turns out bad.

Got an appointment with Maira and all I needed was a retouch on my 4 purple streaks and a haircut. First, she didn’t even bleach my hair so the color would be to my root. She left it at half my head and didn’t properly close the foils which got purple on my face and hands. She even got it on some hair that was not meant to be purple. She was also definitely rushing and constantly disappearing. I didn’t say anything because I was ready to leave. Once she finished doing my hair, I went to the front to pay and it was about $230 for that. It’s usually around $120 at MOST at other places. I’ve never paid so much for such little care. Really disappointed

I had a wonderful experience with Maira. She is very good in haircut and coloring. She suggested Balayage hair coloring and the result is amazing. The color she picked perfectly suits my hair. Salon is very well maintained for haircut and coloring and staff is friendly and professional. I definitely recommend Pure Salon !

Bria is a GODDESS. I never thought I could pull off a lighter look and to my excitement, I was proven wrong (my natural hair color is the darker picture I added)! I came in wanting a change and she absolutely blew me away. She worked her magic and gave me the most beautiful bayalage. I have thick and long hair so it is a lot to deal with. She gave it immaculate attention and time, and the bayalage blends beautifully. I have gotten so many compliments and love the new change! I definitely will be coming back to her and trying out new styles and colors 😊 I cannot recommend her enough!

First time experience here was just OK. I payed $50 for a haircut and blow dry, which was great since my last place was $100. Madison was my hairdresser. She was rough at the shampoo bowl, so my head is still sore the next day. I usually prefer to chat with my hairdresser throughout the appointment, and Madison didn’t initiate any conversation, not even small talk, which was weird as a first time client. I was in and out in a half an hour, so I felt like Madison didn’t want to be there and rushed through our appointment. The staff also looked unprofessional in their casual attire: t-shirts, old sneakers, etc. Not polished. I didn’t understand the overall vibe of the salon. I will not be returning.

I had a great time getting my hair done at Pure Salon. My hair had been cut and colored at home for over a year and it needed a major color correction. Bri was fun and friendly, and did an amazing job on my hair. I will definitely be visiting Pure Salon in the future! The prices were fair and she recommended products to retain my color and the health of my hair.

This was my first haircut since the pandemic started and while I was initially nervous Pure Salon did a good job of putting my nerves to rest. They followed health and safety guidelines of requiring masks for employees and customers, washing hands frequently, checking temperatures, and maintaining distance where possible.Hannah was amazing; she was nice and personable and gave me exactly what I wanted. I dont got to salons often and sometimes find it hard to explain the end results I want, but Hannah talked through it with me, asking questions to clarify, and checking in throughout the haircut to make sure I was happy. Overall a great experience and I will definitely be returning.

It was an ok salon. I’ve been there twice and they do really basic haircuts! For some reason I don’t find great salons for women’s haircut. Didn’t have an awesome experience till date! I’ve asked for layers but the output was no so satisfying. I may not go there again.

First time here for a haircut, prices are comparable with other hair salon, the salon was clean and spacey, my stylish was great gave me a good haircut as I asked for, it didnt style out as I expected it, but happy with the cut, they even give hand massage while you shower, i love Aveda products, maybe well will go back again for other services.

I’ve been going to Pure Salon for 5 years now (although I’m not a frequent client, at best I get my hair done once MAYBE twice per year) and I have always loved going there. I always feel welcomed and apart of the Pure Salon family. PRE-covid I loved that they gave wine and a great hand/arm part of your experience at the salon. The best part is my girl Kara (hairstylist and friends 5 years later)! She is absolutely amazing, I am not the type of girl that knows what to do with my hair so I give her free reign and let her work her magic and she never disappoints! I moved to Frisco about 3 years ago now and I have tried to find someone closer but after two bad experiences and hair cuts I found myself back at Pure because I know Kara will always outdo herself and I walk out happy with my hair every time! Post covid even with the guidelines (social distancing, masks, temp check) it was all seamless and I was thankful to be there and get my hair cut which was long overdue!

This is a fabulous salon. When I lived in Texas, this was my go to salon. My stylist was Cassie and she was the best. She did a fantastic job each and every time and always made me feel welcome and at ease. It was nice that she was from my home state of Florida also which we discovered during one of our chats. She did a great Brazilian blowout as well as my routine cut and style. I would highly recommend both the salon and Cassie.

This was the first salon I started going to when I moved to the area six years ago. I always got wonderful cuts/color. The front desk was always very warm and welcoming, too. Since I have long hair, Im pretty finicky about finding a terrific stylist. Once I do, I stick with them. The two stylists I loved from there both left, unfortunately. However, I would certainly still consider going there if I lived closer in the future.

I made an appointment with them a few days ahead of time to be sure I would be able to get in. I write down the information number and time of appointment. I go in for my appointment on time. I get up to the front desk give them my name and they say they dont have me scheduled and dont even have me in there system. I show them the card I wrote down all the information on. The receptionist then looks at me like I am a idiot and says I must have google searched them and called another number. Instead of fixing their mistake they said they are full and cant fit me in until left week.

I moved to Las Colinas about a year ago from Boston and had been seeing the same hair stylist for over 10 years. The struggle is real! Trying to find a a quality stylist who doesnt charge half a paycheck is a challenge. I went to 2 other places before stumbling upon Pure Salon, which happens to be nextdoor to where I get my dog groomed. Pretty typical salon but everyone that works there is super nice! I had made an appointment with whoever was available, which I totally lucked out with Kinsie (although everyone that works there seems on point). Kinsie is super easygoing and superb at what she does. My hair has never been better! Im also pretty vague about what I want, usually something along the lines of, uhh yeah whatever you think would look good. The prices are good and like I said, everyone is really quite nice. Ive been there about 4 times now and am thrilled that I found a place! The text confirmation appointment reminders are helpful as well. Also, I believe that I had to cancel and reschedule twice, which they were super cool about. So if you are looking for a good spot with great stylists that is also comfortable to spend a couple hours in, Id check it out.

Im glad I found Pure Salon in Las Colinas. There has only been a hand full of times I have been completely satisfied with a hair salon/stylists. Sanya is such a master at what she does. She exceeded my expectations with my cut and color. She is genuine and friendly. Sanya has high expectations for her work and definitely satisfies her clients.The salon itself is top notch, very clean, and trendy!

Used to go here for 5+ years and all of my awesome stylists eventually quit and moved on and I noticed a big turnover throughout the salon. I then tried Ciara and was not happy with her so I went to Sanya a few times and paid $130+ for a cut and partial highlights. The service was not good. My few highlights looked grayish and the cut was barely a trim. When I called afterwards with my concerns the receptionist placed me on hold and had Sanya pick up the call. Instead of giving me the correct customer service response of please come back in and well make you happy her response was okay Ill make notes for next time Needless to say there never was a next time. Not sure what it is, but this used to be an great salon and something is going on there that drives away their best stylists.

Hello friendsThis pure salon Irving is a fake salon and their staff are incapable but do not understand how they got license from Texas department of license and regulation. I had really a worst experience with them. Their owner is really talking rude when we raise acomplaint against their service. I have been there for Brazilian Blowout they didnt inform me while booking appointment that they cant perform hair smoothening service instead they applied some cream for sake but charged $250+tax and suggested some shampoo and other products on the whole charging some $375 and asked me to take next hair wash after 24hrs. When I washed and drying to dry my hair I found that they didnt do Brazilian blowout instead they jus blow dry because my hair looks remains same as I had before Brazilian blowout.. No change nothing meaning to frizz free. It was heart breaking for me. When I been there to complain and show they didnt ask even sorry to me they said their owner will come only on Tuesday so u wait till her call. But when I asked staff regarding my service they clearly agree that your hair will not be look like frizzy and curly it should be straightened and will last after 12-15 weeks that too if you use the product that we suggest will extend to have smooth ended hair. And they agreed my hair was not properly smoothened through Brazilian blowout. And she will either refund$250 or will fix the problem. Finally came to home waiting for her call. She(the owner) called me and not even asked sorry to me but she starting arguing that we cant make your hair smoothened completely it will be like this u will see still see curls and frizzy. We will not refund your whatever we did is correct. What I explained her is I do have the same frizzy hair after their service and my hair remains same but she not even ready answer for that. She doesnt even see my hair to know the difference. She talked with me rude and saying we will not refund your money. I am truly disappointed by their service as well as their rude behavior. Their staff pretend to be professionals but in real case not that for doing Brazilian blowout and other smoothening service they should have at least professionals. I was cheated by them. They are jus running for money not focussing on customers satisfaction. If they jus do hair cuts and blow dry, should not have such services in their menu. They are cheating people and playing against customer feelings. Friends dont jus blindly book an appointment without getting an assurance from their about your service that too hair smoothening and highlights and coloring. They are cheaters I jus hate this place and requesting you guys to think twice before go there.

I moved to TX two years ago and hadnt had much luck with any salons...they never got my color right and they never listened to what i really wanted as far as a layered cut was concerned. After countless months of reading reviews on line i finally fell on Pure Salon. Supprising there were no negative reviews and it was very close to me. So i took a leap of faith and booked an appointment. And i am beyond happy that i did. My stylist was Ciara. When i walked in they offered me a drink and were super friendly and not like those stuck up hair dressers who think they know everything. She sat me down and we had a good talk about what i wanted and even had another colorist come over to make sure the color i wanted would work with my hair. Let me say that they got the perfect color for me and i am beyond happy with the outcome. Also when she cut my hair she went a little at a time so i was comfortable with the length and could see exactly what she was doing. Also, the hand massage and great conversation were a big plus to make me feel relaxed and like iv been going to this salon for years. I already booked my next appointment and will never go to another salon again. Thank you Ciara!!!! I get compliments on my color everywhere i turn!!
