Nachos were ok, elote was meh…

Every time we come to the area we love coming here for a vampirito, the corn could be better but everything is fresh and delicious every time, good service prices are reasonable and clean restrooms

Got a strawberry kiwi freeze and a ice cream milkshake. Both were out of this world good. This place is definitely a hidden gem.

This place is great!! Everyone is very friendly and professional. My husband and I tried the strawberry and banana shake, a special drink with sparkling water “agua mineral fresca” made by the manager Norma, Pecan ice cream and also tried corn with cheese/salsa was so delicious!! Its a great place to have fun and taste the creative paleta flavors. They have light/fresh options, indulgent, decadent, warm, cold, sweet, and savory snack or dessert options so something for everyone!!

It has a weird line/ safety precaution system, definitely different from any other. Food is very well made and taste great. Prices are as standard as any other treat cookery.

We were ignored when we entered. And they were genuinely mad that we had questions, it was out first. We were very polite and stood back so we didnt make anyone wait. My 14 year asked a question and then got screamed. We left. And their prices were at least twice the other place we deceided to choose, who were great!!!!

The elote is really good! The paletas were really good too. The restaurant is small so expect to take your order to go.

The fresas con crema are so good! The crema is thicker than most places and tasty. Overall, we enjoyed our snacks. 🤤

Shakes were okay, strawberries with cream were okay. Mangonadas ehh.

I ordered a fruit cup and the cucumbers didnt seem fresh. They were kinda soft. The other fruit in the cup seemed ok. The fruit popsicles are really good too. The plastic shower liner looking social distancing dividers were kinda weird and made the store messy looking.

Great selection, fresh fruit is amazing and the strawberries and cream is fantastic! Customer service is on point and they are always so nice!

Its literally an a-MAZE-ing place...

Don’t come here if you don’t know their menu by memory . If you ask for something incorrect, instead of correcting or asking for clarity, they give you what you “asked” for and laugh about it while making it.Their service is horrible. My day would have been so much better had I not gone to this place.

LOVE the fruit cups with salt lime & chili and the fruit freezes too! The strawberries and cream are fantastic. The corn cup is delicious too. I grew up on La Paletera in Corpus Christi and Im so happy the one in Irving is still here in DFW!

This place was great! This isnt a sit down and wait for someone to come by and ask how you are. Its a chill place or a grab and go. The Duros was okay, but by far the most refreshing option they had was the Tornado. Great Mix!

Great treats. They could have a second cashier helping out on busy times. Only giving them four stars because it was a bit messy we had to clean our own table and chairs.

Poor customer service the lady behind the counter answer the phone while I’m standing right in front of her waiting to place my order and begins to take their order. Completely rude since I had already been waiting at least 3-4 mins could have placed the call on hold while she took my order considering I was the only one in line at the time!

Great tasting fruit cups, but they have all kinds of delicious snacks. Yeah theres a creamery next door, but its next door. In another building altogether. Quit being ignorant people.

Best elote there ever! And everything else taste awesome. I dont live here in irving but its hard to find a place that sells nicely made elote lol highly recommend ☺

Poor service and icy ice cream as if it had been in the freezer too long. The plain cones also were stale. Sugar cones were not available. The cashier also wasnt particularly service oriented and the price was a little high for a simple single scoop. We wont be back.

Let me start off by saying that I work next to this place and I have given them so many chances to prove themselves. They have the WORST customer service EVER! Their corn in a cup is nasty, the chili cheese nachos is basically just nachos, I have bought a can coke like 4 different time and each time the price goes up, and dont even ask her to change your order bc she will be more rude then at first. Today was the last time I visit this place. Im done... Im guessing the pics online are from they first opened bc Im pretty sure they dont get that much people anymore...

Bad Service! They have 2 cash registers and only one person to attend the front desk. Not very friendly staff, and is dirty, and NOT comfortable to seat and enjoy your purchase, the tables are filthy and almost broken furniture. They dont care about customer service whatsoever! I am including the pictures of the tables and chairs they have. Is this what customers deserve?

Good service. Fruits are fresh and good quality, Great icecream selection, good location and parking.

The lady at the front is friendly but the people in the back could be hustling more especially when it gets to busy hours. Strawberries sometimes arent as fresh but other than that everything is good. I recommend the corn in the cup and the El Duro chicharrón.

Antes me gustaba ir aqui hace un ano pero ya hacen las cosas bien diferentes el elote ya estan usando queso de Mozzarella y la agua de piña no es natural es como kool aid. Ya no regresaréI use to be a regular here about a year ago and recently went again I purchased the same as usual a corn in a cup the which was very different than before the cheese was mozzarella and seemed to be old. The pineapple water also tastes very different it use to be made natural but now it’s a kool aid drink and also tasted like soap couldn’t drink it. Very disappointed will not be returning

I would leave negative stars for this place if it was possible. staff isnt friendly at all they lie about prices all the time. ive gone many different times and they always charge me different amounts and never give me a receipt. i wouldnt refer this place to anyone.

Salvadorian place not mexican, the only difference is some of the food. Fruits and ice cream are typical for this type of Paleteras.

This place just to by nice the staff was great, but now is just horrible, the fruit is not fresh, the staff is handle like a Mexican business, or changarro chafa, they make my order the way they like, not the way I wanted I ask for specific fruit, guess what? They put me what they want, one I was At my house I find out, I was so encabronado, any way dont go at this place, you can spend your money in a better place whom appreciate every dollar that you spend there.

The place was crowded, not very organized, I order a corn in a cup that was not very good, a pineapple popsicle that tasted bitter :/ and strawberries with cream that were actually good maybe a little too sweet I do not think that I will be going back.

First time i went to this paleteria & it ws the worst service i have ever received the owner or manager was counting the money and NOT ONES DID HE SAY CAN I HELP YOU!!!! THEN the employee said next n got tge person behind me the ice cream looked old n the regurgitator said rice pudding n it was empty el lugar es un ASCO!!!!!!
